(There are multiple company signs that say "open till midnight", and so does all of their menus/pamphlets) The other night I called within plenty of time to put in a to go order before their 10pm closing time only to have the person on the phone tell me that their clock, that is apparently set several minutes fast, told me it was too late to order. In other words, they cleaned up before they should have, and were too lazy to do their job during advertised open hours. After this I called franchise headquarters in Texas, explained what happened, and was told I'd be contacted by a regional manager. It's been well over a week since then, and I have not been contacted. What makes this unfortunate is that their food is good. In fact they have the best ranch and blue cheese dressing of any of the wing places like them in town. Like I said earlier, it's the service that's not good in my experience.
