Went to dinner tonight with a friend, I got a regular sandwich meal with fries and a small mac and cheese, and my friend got a nugget meal with fries and a small mac and cheese. 15-20 minutes after eating in the restaurant my friend started to feel sick and nauseous. She immediately had to use the bathroom and was throwing up. I feel fine though, we are guessing the nuggets were undercooked, and the mac and cheese was too rich. We will NOT be visiting again for a long time. Do better chick-fil-a. read more

Service was efficient, and friendly. Food was pretty average for your standard chicken place. I got the number 1 meal and the waffle fries were very good and not over salted. My soft drink was not flat at all either. I wouldn't say the price is worth it, but good nonetheless. The restaurant itself is very clean and seems to be pretty up to date with modern technology. I'm just writing a review on a one-time drive thru experience. When Chick-fil-A first opened I waited for the line to not be around the block before trying them out. That took awhile. Finally the opportunity arrived and I got in line for the famous sandwich. The polite staff took my order and the line went through rapidly. I got the sandwich and parked my car nearby. It was very good, fresh and juicy. The flavor was excellent and so was their sauce. They really lived up to their name with the legendary sandwich. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of it. I have not gone since because I am not all that crazy about fast food. Also, I have no idea what it is like inside the restaurant. If you want a great chicken sandwich though, this is the place to go. read more

It looks like Chik-fil-a but it's a poor a representation of the brand. Waited 35 mins trapped in the drive through line to find out they stopped serving breakfast 3 mins ago and they ran out what I was there for. No napkins, no straw, no ketchup, and no sauces. All smoke and mirrors! read more

I like this Chick-fil-a. The drive thru is simple if you follow the road rules, and the inside is fairly nice. In a area next to a mall it's perfect to go after a shopping spree. The service is quick and workers are nice. Portion sizes are nice as well. I always get the Grilled Nuggets, and they are always amazing! read more

I ordered two chicken sandwiches one for my girlfriend and one for me. Her chicken sandwich was good up until the last bite when she took a bite there was cling wrap or some sort of plastic in her chicken sandwich and then after that she was disgusted for the rest of the meal. My chicken sandwich was fine however the entire time I ate my chicken sandwich I was questioning if I would get a piece of plastic to. We went back and showed them photos and expressed everything how we felt and the only thing they did was give us one new chicken sandwich but never comped us for a meal or gave us extra meal cards. Stopped here last week because my son wanted to try the new maple bacon sandwich. I ordered 2 of them and a large drink and regular shake. $26 and change. They took my order before I got to the menu so I couldn't see prices. I asked the guy how much the sandwiches were after he told me the amount and they were $8.59 each. No chicken sandwich is worth $8.59. These fast food restaurants have gotten out of hand with their prices. I I always tell my husband and son we could have gone into a restaurant for the prices they are charging. Will not be ripped off again. read more

I absolutely positively was thrilled when this restaurant opened and I continue to be amazed at the fabulous food and outstanding service that we receive each and every time we enter. Called the phone number on receipt and ended up not talking to someone local. Went to a call center where she took my information and told me someone would get back to me. I've heard nothing. We came in as a group of 3 at 9:48 and they began serving us individually at one cashier. They took a noticeably long time to assist and take our orders and the last person in the line was a person in our group. In the middle of taking her order another employee interrupted the first employee and told her to refuse service. They then attempted to kick us out before we received our orders and refused to give the last person in our group their food. We got in the store with more than enough time for them to take and prepare our orders with a surplus of employees present. Do not recommend. read more

there staff is nice but when it comes to getting the order right they don't know how. i'm vegetarian so i go here in the mornings and get the burrito with no chicken. they are always so confused when i say no chicken but i would think it would be pretty easy to do. i have now came home opened the bag and see there is chicken in the burrito. i specified multiple times at the mic and i'm just disappointed bc i do love their breakfast when they get my order right. maybe they just need time to figure things out here...also tho it would be nice if they just had an egg n cheese burrito option. read more

I placed an app order on my phone for a few breakfast items. By the time I finished the order and PAID for it, the time was 10:26 AM (Before the end of breakfast). I started my drive to the restaurant and went thru the drive thru where the person there asked for my name, paused for a brief second and said "ok, you're all set'. I waited in the drive thru for a few min and when i got to the window, the young man said, "I'm sorry, we stopped serving breakfast at 10:30" (it was 10:38). I said oh, no worries, I had my order in before that. He responded with "No you didn't. The order was placed after 10:30". In lieu of arguing with him, I simply looked at my phone, saw that it had a time stamp on the order of 10:26 AM and showed him my phone. No apology for inventing the lie that I didn't place the order before 10:30, just a "uh, well, we can't make breakfast items for you". I told him that I placed, and paid for the order, on the app before I left the driveway and that they should have made the order before they "closed the breakfast" as they KNEW I was on the way. He answered with "Uh, we don't make the order until you get to the drive thru". I asked what the purpose of the app was if not to order and have it ready when I got there. His response was "Do you want to talk to a manager"? I explained very politely that I was extremely upset and asked what he thought a Manager would do. He said that he didn't know so I just told him to let them know I was upset. read more
