The Voodoo Fries were sinful and delicious Boneless Wings were equally Awesome. I didn't realize it was BOGO on the wings I will definitely order again! Thank You read more

Wingstop - This is Sweet Heat Chamoy and Cajun boneless wings. I didn't realize it was BOGO on the wings. That along with Voodoo Fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Green Bay, Wisconsin

I happen been there for a few years. I went last week and was very disappointed. Small portions with expensive prices. It has turned into a bar, not a family atmosphere. read more

So amazing! Food was absolutely delicious. The workers were kind and checked up on us, they even brought us our food!! This was a 10/10 experience. read more

Food was really good. Service was pretty good. The atmosphere was very loud, and a lot from the kitchen can be heard. Don't really suggest dinning in but the food is solid read more

They made us do an online order instead of taking the order.... Mind you online order prices are higher than in store. The workers were lazy and didn't show that they cared at all and made us wait while the dragged their feet. I'm not this harsh I swear!!! But they literally were dragging there feet and being slow because we asked to not order online. Dude pushed trash down with bare hands into the trash and instead of washing his hands used hand sanitizer then proceeded to touch/cook food. Tables, chairs and floors were dirty... (mind you the place was not busy! We were the ONLY ones) probably the worst experience at a Wingstop I've ever had. read more

Some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced in fast food history. The man with the glasses taking my order today was such a friendly energetic person and I loved it. The wait wasn't long for how much I ordered, about a 10 min wait. While I waited for my food I couldn't help but notice how clean the inside was, floors were swept, tables cleaned, chairs pushed in, and drink area clean. The atmosphere was also beautiful, the music was nice, the wall decor, and just the whole vibe. Not only was the man at the counter nice but so was everyone else working there, props to every single one of them. When I got my food I went to my car and started eating, this is my first time eating Wingstop and everything I had led to the hype it had. This Wingstop WILL see me in the future. read more

Don't waste your time here. Came here several months ago and was forced to order online because the "the system is down"....aka, to lazy to man the counter and take orders because they don't hire enough staff. Here I am several months later and guess what, the "system is down" still ! Guarantee it isn't down, just gone want to hire more staff. Floors don't look like they've been cleaned in quite awhile. Not only do they over charge for their food compared to other wing places, their portions are also far less. Go to Popeyes, Parker Johns or heck, even Buffalo Wild Wings for a better experience. read more

First off, the fries are addicting. They are slightly sweet so a warning for those who don't like that flavor. My favorite sauce is the Korean Q, spicy and yummy. Of course, these aren't the best wings I've had, but they certainly do when I need some wings and yummy fries. read more

Went there on a Friday for lunch. They had a platter of seafood. I only wanted the shrimp but the lady said they didn't have a lunch with just shrimp. limited seafood options on Friday. I ve been there twice now and the soda was flat too. Dont think I'll go back. Just not enough variety on Fridays for fish. read more

Yes I was visiting my sister from Wisconsin. My chicken was delicious and hot . I'll diffidently go back

Closest Wingstop to me is Green Bay so I decided to make the 45 minute drive there. Arrived at around 11:00, they close at midnight. My friend and I walked in fully prepared to order and be greeted by friendly staff, got the complete opposite. We were told to just wait a minute so we took a few extra minutes to check out the menu and solidify our choice. Once we received any assistance we were barked at by a rude employee asking if we had a pickup order, which we did not. They told us they weren't taking anymore orders tonight, automatic let down. There was no notice that they didn't take in store or online orders past a certain time whatsoever. I am just appalled. Automatic 1 star, would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Never returning. read more

Fast and friendly service! Fairly priced menus, clean facility. The portions and flavors are outstanding! Some of the best wings I've ever had. Well worth the stop! This was my first ever Wingstop experience. read more

Just wings, which can be found most anywhere. The cook was on his phone before we walked in. Then had his wallet and a card out while we ordered. Probably wouldn't come back just trying something new. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Green Bay, Wisconsin

Order done online coming from Appleton, wi asked for all flats and I have drums with feathers on the chicken. I'm not eating those and can not take it back as it 20 plus miles away.. waste of money In these times!!! read more

If you want to wait an egregiously long amount of time for some broke teenagers with no work ethic to make you some decent wings? This is absolutely the place to go. If you want a good experience however I'd try legend Larry's or possibly even a grocery store. No matter where you go you can't be making the wrong choice as long as you're choosing not to go to wingstop read more

Place is tucked back and tiny, service was mediocre at best, ordered boneless, got bone in. Took awhile for them to get done, but you can see them making them. It would help if staff weren't on their cell phones while cooking. Fries were super salty. read more

The Absolute Slowest Service I have ever received while in Green Bay. Once I finally got my food the wings were good. Waited atleast 45 mins for a place that is suppose to be Sit down quality with a fast food waiting time. Completely ridiculous! And the guy taking the orders had the nerve to have an attitude which made the wait even worse. Oh, I'm addition to the fact he forgot I had ordered fries and left them out of the order. Just a horrible experience. And I was with my lady which made her first experience of wingstop one to remember. Lol read more

every time i order through door dash something in my order is wrong.. other than that the food is great

My wife and I stopped in for a quick late lunch on a Friday afternoon and we left with our wing craving satisfied. Very friendly staff with a decent variety of wing sauces (both dry and wet). We tries 3 of the sauces - Korean, habanero and regular hot. All were tasty with the wings being just about the perfect size to get a nice crunch without being overly awkward to eat. We were impressed with the wings and will be back read more

This is the most disappointing wing joint I've ever been to. Always super slow. The boneless wings are basically kids chicken nuggets spun In subpar sauces. I've watched people leave because the orders were taking way to long. They are grossly understaffed. Avoid at all costs. read more

Great wings!! Have ordered take out a few times and always fast! Usually get the garlic parm and regular buffalo. Best garlic parm wings I've had. Also the Louisiana Rub is fantastic! read more

best food I've had in a while!! I really suggest if you're looking for a nice wing spot!

I've heard great things about this place so I had to try it. I wasn't a huge fan honestly but everything was hot and good. I think it is the kind of place you love or don't. I will say if you haven't tried it, it is worth stopping for a quick meal. The chicken was extra crispy too. read more

It's too bad that the hours posted online don't match the actual hours of the restaurant

We ordered wings delivery to our hotel room. My family had mixed reviews. My daughter ordered the bbq traditional wings with seasoned fries. She liked the wings however she did not care for the French fries. My son ordered the garlic parmesan and hated them. He said they didn't have any flavor. My husband tried the wings and he said the same. He said they were dry with very little garlic flavor and overpowering parmesan. My son also did not care for the sweetness of the French fries. My husband ordered lemon pepper and fries with cheddar cheese dipping sauce. He loved the wings and said they were some of the best he'd ever had. He said the fry seasoning was confusing but the phenomenal cheese sauce made up for it. I ordered the Hawaiian wings and they were so good. I ate all 8 of them! I loved the seasoned fries and spent the meal trying to figure out what the seasoning consisted of. There is definitely sugar in there. I also had the cheese dipping sauce which I licked the container clean. I'm usually the light eater in the family and I finished everything plus one of my daughter's wings(excellent) and more of her leftover fries. The total was 54 dollars. read more

The wings are amazing, the fries are better, and their homemade sauces are out of this world... however the best part of this business is their customer service. Each and every person working there is so friendly and have a sense of urgency like no other!!! Just an awesome place! read more

Let me definitely start off by saying the wings are not bad, but you can get much better locally. We ordered a mixed variety of 25 boneless with BBQ, garlic parm, and teriyaki. None of us could tell much difference in the bbq and teriyaki flavors and the garlic parm was more of a dry rub than a sauce. The wings were small, but the chicken was all white meat with no weird surprises when you bit in. Place was very clean, but it's also fairly new. Service was fast and friendly. I would order again if in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for them again. read more

Let me just say...awesome. If you like wings..eat here. Friendly service and pleasant vibes. Clean dining area. No brained stop.

Very disappointed. Everywhere online says that this establishment is open until midnight so we went because we were craving the wings and fries...even drove 25 minutes to get there because there isn't one closer to us. When we arrived at 9:42, we did not get acknowledged at all for 5ish minutes and then when we were finally approached by the cashier he told us the kitchen was closed. I'm sorry but if your store actually closes at 10 (even though everything online says midnight) shouldn't your kitchen be ON until 10? And then the employees should start "closing" after 10pm? Makes me question the establishment. Utterly disappointed & now hungry and getting wings down the street! read more

Wingstop is my favorite wings fast food place. This place is no exception to my favorite wing fast food places. I will be coming back. The service was great from both the young lady and the owner! 10/10 Wingstop! read more

Horrible customer service. Management does not care. The last two times I ordered there were missing items. One time they had called while making it to say they were out of the cajun corn. That's fine, I substituted both for fries. Cajun corn costs more. Not only did they fail to refund the cost difference but they totally forgot one of the fries as well as an order of 6 rolls. The next time they forgot the rolls again. I called and was told a manager was not available but one would call me the next day. That was a month ago never got a call. I filled out a survey and on the survery it asked why I was not "very satisfied" so I explained the missing items and lack of outreach. Never got a reply to that. So I went to the corporate site and filed a complaint 2 different days. No reply. So I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau who reached out to Wingstop corporate over a week ago. Have not heard a thing. They were happy to take my money and unwilling to return the $15 they basically stole from me by not providing the items I paid for or charging me for the appropriate items when their more expensive item was not available. It wouldn't be a huge deal except for Wingstop totally ignoring me and not seeming to give a crap. Between those 2 orders I spent over $130... they lost themselves a good customer. In fact, earlier tonight I spent $62 at Buffalo Wild Wings and *they* did an excellent job there. Go there instead. The funny thing is, when doing a review on their Facebook page, there are preset options you can select for "don't recommend" such as slow service or small menu. Poor customer service is not one of the presets. Update- it has now been over 2 weeks since the BBB contacted Wingstop corporate. It has been 6 weeks since my initial complaint. They have my phone #, email address, and street address. Still have not heard a thing. read more

I love this Wing Stop! Such great costumer service and just a awesome place in general.

I have been to Wing Stop on three separate occasions. Each visit was awesome!! Best wings ever! I usually go to wild wings for wings, I can go to Wing Stop and spend 1/2 the money for better quality wings. The sides are so fresh, seasoned fries are so good, and the wings were done to perfection. The staff is so helpful and courteous, love Wing Stop!! read more

Visited Wingstop on Oneida in Green Bay for the first time yesterday. The lady behind the counter was friendly and took my order quickly. I ordered a combo pack of bone in wings in Hickory BBQ, Teriyaki and Hawaiian sauce favors with a side of Ranch. I also ordered the seasoned fries. After a 15-20 minute wait for my food, I went home to try them. First the good: the seasoned fries were hand cut and tasty. Well seasoned. The not so good: The wings were very over cooked and chewy. Not moist at all. The wings were separated by flavor in my to-go containers, which was good, however there was barely any sauce on them. It was hard to distinguish the Hawaiian from the Teriyaki flavor because they had very little flavor at all. The little bit of BBQ sauce that I could taste had a smoky flavor. The side of Ranch was not a thick Ranch, it was much thinner, like a French Quarter dressing if you know what that is. Perhaps it was a thinned down Ranch. It did have good flavor. I think I would only go back for the fries. read more

Anyone who pays $16.99 for 25 wings is nuts. I remember a day when chicken wings were 29 cents per pound, now this ridiculous craze has only driven prices sky high. I walked in and ealked out. Besides my local bar has all you can eat wing night for 5 bucks. The record was 50. read more

Frustrated...I went and tried the new Wing Stop on Oneida. I needed to get 40 boneless wings. The only prices were for 1 and 2 person meals on the board when ordering. I told the girl working I was only looking for boneless wings but I wanted more than 10. She said I needed to order off the 2 person menu then. So i did and (fine) i guess I will take the coleslaw and celery. I had thought fries also came with but there weren't in my bag, as I found out later. Anyways, when it was all done on my way out the door I happened to notice a smaller sign on a different wall, Monday and Tuesdays 60 cent wings, ugh too late and why did the girl not offer me this! Basically I paid double for my wings! She never once mentioned the deal at all or that I could just order any amount, and she knew I was only wanted just wings. The wings I didn't think were great either. I didn't like the flavor of the original hot at all and the garlic parmesan, flavor wise were kinda blah and they were so greasy I could barely choke any down. Live and learn I guess. I won't be going back. read more

Really nice wings! Probably the best hot sauce for wings i have ever had try em!

Thought we'd try out this Wingstop place. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the wings was good, not great - but about what you'd expect at a quick wing restaurant. The quantity of veggie straws and fries that came with the wings was tremendous - not to mention the fries were seasoned with something magical. Overall, I'm happy with my experience at Wingstop, I would recommend to any wing fans, and I will definitely stop again in the future. read more

i ordered wings for delivery. they ended up being boneless and not bone in. no big deal, i understand things happen. i talked to the manager and said that i did not want to wait an hour for another order but they could come pick up the boneless wings if they wanted them back and refund me. he apologized abd said that he had a new crew member but he only wants to refund me half of the order since I still have food to eat. basically im paying half price for something i did not order. i am a restaurant manager myself and never leave bad reviews but this manager seriously needs to be retrained on customer service. i wasn't even upset that you gave me the wrong order but at least make it right. i will be reaching out to corporate. read more
