The environment, experience, atmosphere, and food was amazing!. Can't wait to go again.

It's 5 but Taylor swift is playing and it's good food I loved it so much Love it so much

Haven't been to a Mongolian Grill for awhile and so when my family saw this, they wanted to stop in. We came on a night that had a special early meal deal so that was awesome to take advantage of. Lots of variety here, the proteins were frozen and cut thin to give them a longer shelf life, it kind of ruined the texture a bit but I can understand why they would do it. Lots of fresh cut veggies and mix-ins to throw into your bowl. There is a lot of variety when it comes to the sauces and experts were seen with a separate bowl for just their sauces, well noted for next time. Lots of combinations with ingredients and sauces, you will not get bored for variety. The staff and grill staff were quick, friendly, chatty, and efficient. The grill staff would whip people through pretty fast so standing in line was never too much of a pain. Not a bad place if you are interested in looking for a lot of food at a pretty good price. My family was satisfied with our experience. read more

The food is what you make of it! The ingredients are plenty and various. Tried the Szechuan and pad Thai recipes...AMAZING! Staff super fast and super diligent. Great experience read more

My wife and I came from Michigan where BD's Mongolian was prominent. I was pleased to find a replacement when I discovered HuHot. Same setup; grab your starch, protein and veg, and head up to watch them cook it. I asked the waitstaff how much it was to go up again, and the waitress let me know.....there was no charge. I dropped my fork. I was now in fat boy heaven. Typically I go up once at Mongo because it's and additional 6$ for their "unlimited", and I'm not into paying more if not necessary. Here? I enjoyed a second plate and that was my meal for the day. I am pleased about that. Awesome service, awesome price, and unlimited? Hell yes. Will be back again. read more

Good food, great service. Folks working here are always really sweet, and professional. They keep the tables and chairs pretty clean. Great value for money. read more

Fantastic selection of food to have the chefs make. Their service is always great and their line moved quickly always.

Great food awesome service and expirence great workers who were very friendly. The food really depends because you choose your own food and sauces and they cook it in front of you. I got noodles with some jalapeño sausage mixed with some baby corn some water chestnuts some onions and two muscles I wanted to try. I can't remember the sauces but the lemon and lime sauce are good and strong I can't remember the exact one but one of the khans sauces was delicious!!! read more

I was here on 3/24/2023, by that night I was violently ill with food poisoning. It was the only place I had eaten that day. I only ate the pork and chicken. One of them must have been under cooked or there was some cross contamination from somewhere else in the restaurant. It only took me about 20 minutes of researching this specific location to see that others had gotten sick here in the last month. I will be contacting the health inspector this week. Under trained staff handling raw food is what caused this. None of the people working the around grill were properly trained. It was very clear as I watched them repeatedly scrape their spatulas with raw food still clinging to them on the lower rail and then not even 2 seconds later scrape a finished meal onto a customers plate with the same spatula. They need to have separate tools for handling raw and finished food. This is a good way to kill someone. Even the manager on duty said they have had a few issue this month. The table and chairs are all ripped up. The floor had uncooked and some clearly long forgotten food on the floor surrounding the grill and self serve area. Stay away if you like to remain healthy. read more

I saw a recent review about food poisoning and was very reserved about trying HuHot Mongolian Grill. Friday I took the leap of faith and took my girlfriend out for dinner. Let me just tell you I was very impressed. I've eaten at Mongolian restaurants around the US and Overseas. There were so many different food items and premade sauces. The area around the food was clean and well stocked. The meat was frozen and not thawed. The egg drop soup was some of the best I've had. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. All around a great experience. I can't wait to go back. read more

Been coming here a lot when going to Green Bay. Food is always good. Service is always great too.

Poor choices of food for the price. Service was great. Food not so good. Ambiance was crowded and festive.

During my recent visit to HuHot, I encountered a mix of experiences that ranged from exceptionally positive to disappointingly negative. On the bright side, the service at HuHot was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. However, the state of the restaurant's cleanliness and organization significantly detracted from the overall experience. Despite the establishment not being busy at the time of my visit, I observed that the cleanliness of the premises was not up to standard. The floors were noticeably unclean, and the general appearance of the place was messy and disorganized. Additionally, the food preparation areas appeared to be neglected, raising concerns about the hygiene standards being practiced.Given these observations, it is clear that HuHot needs to implement a more rigorous and effective cleaning procedure. A deep clean of the entire restaurant, followed by the adoption of a systematic cleaning process, would greatly benefit the establishment. Ensuring that the restaurant maintains high levels of cleanliness and organization is essential, not only for the health and safety of the customers but also for creating a welcoming and pleasant dining atmosphere. In conclusion, while the service at HuHot is commendable, there is a pressing need for improvement in the areas of cleanliness and organization. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance the dining experience and uphold the reputation of the restaurant. read more

Shit was scrumptious, absolutely crazy good but not busy enough which is saddening for the business.

I hadn't been here for a long while. The food was delicious and staff extremely friendly. The staff worked together very well. Everyone just seemed to know what was needed. One staff was serving then helping clean the grill. another would see the water bottles needed to be refilled. The teamwork was fun to watch. However, the place was very dirty. The floor near the food buffet was very sticky. We had to pick through the bowls because there was stuck on bits of food. The carpet in the dinning area needed a good vacuuming. I understand they may not have had enough staff but....it makes me rethink about going back. read more

Stopped in for lunch today. This place is excellent. Allison was an outstanding server. My husband drinks sodas like they are going out of fashion and she was on top of it. Don't be afraid they won't have any ingredients you would like because they have it all and don't get me started on the sauces! But my tip of the day is go heavy on the sauces and oil because that flat grill will cook all of it off if you do less than 6 scoops of flavors goodness and you will have a bland dry dish of your own creation. read more

Ordered through UberEats. Food was delicious! I did the create your own stir fry with brown rice and zoodles. It was well seasoned, hot upon arrival and the rice was on the side so it was not soggy. I also chose an order of crab Rangoons, very tasty!! I would highly suggest and will return! read more

Went for my birthday dinner and Jenny was our server. She was delightful! It was our first time there and she was super helpful and so sweet. She made the whole experience! The food was great. You pick your own stuff to go in your bowl and then they cook it right in front of you on a giant grill. Not to mention it is all you can eat. We ordered the appetizer sampler and they were all delicious. Great experience. We will definitely be back. read more

Food is alright. Most complaints come from the hiring and managers. I applied and was told that I would surely be hired, and that I would be contacted later that night and would start Monday. I waited an entire weekend just to CALL THEM and be told I wasn't hired because they were "choosing another path". Bullshit. read more

We've lived in Seattle for 17 years. We've learned about Mongolian grill in Seattle. When we move back to Green Bay five years ago, we were skeptical. I mean, Green Bay is certainly not Seattle. How good could this possibly be? Well our snobbery was proved extremely wrong on our part. HuHot Mongolian grill is freaking fantastic. They have much more ingredients to add to your dinner than they do in Seattle. They have many many more delicious sauces than you can get in Seattle. And I am so glad that we were wrong. this has turned out to be one of our favorite spots to eat in the Green Bay area. Hands down. We love this place. read more

We arrived to find several empty tables, a 10 minute wait. I asked if we could have one of the empty tables. We were told "no" they didn't have servers for those tables. I wonder why they wouldn't have enough servers when it was lunch hour. We waited 10 minutes before we could enjoy the many grill items they offer. Still good quality but the service could be improved on. read more

This is a fairly traditional mongolian-style barbecue restaurant. There is a reasonable selection of meat and noodles, and a greater selection of vegetables. The condiments or sauce bar rely solely on thin constructions which are hard to gauge how to use. There is also no additional chopped garlic, or powdered spices to add, which can really develop the flavor. Since the meat is sliced thinly, the cooking is swift, so make sure you have enough flavor in your vegetables and sauces, as you won't pick it up from the grill. Service here was great when in for an early lunch. Our waitress brought the rice quickly and kept us set with beverages -- huge selection of flavors from their new-fangled machine. read more

First visit last night and the food was good but the service was better! Cooks were entertaining to watch and very efficient. Server was friendly and attentive. MOD was the best. She took the time to explain how to HuHot and gave some suggestions. (Even told us about a pasty spot up North). Prices were fair as well. We will definitely be back. read more

This place has specials during the week. Thursday night might be a great day to give it a shot. 2 meals for 22 bucks. We got the pot stickers which were good and the sauce was sweet and tangy. My bowl was awesome it was a create your own concoction. They have cards for people that aren't creative. I took one bowl for noodles and meats. Then a second bowl for my veggies. I mixed a really hot sauce with a mild sauce. It was the perfect mix of flavor. Everything looked fresh and staff was amazing. Our waiter Allison took care of us. This was my first time and will be back. read more

Basic Mongolian Grill minus beef & shrimp. Are in wishing I would have taken to go. Had to ask for rice, even though it comes as part of the meal. Wasabi on the counter looked older than me. It's the kind of place you go to gorge. read more

Prices have gone up $3 for a to go lunch- Not cool. It now cost $12.59 for a to go trip. I used to be able to swing by on my lunch hour with a $10 bill and leave the hostess a little tip for running the bill (that is all they have to do on a to go order) and now you need $13 to do that. Ridiculous for lunch. This will be my last time in there. The cook/ waitress were complaining about how slow it was in there an hoping that it would pick up- I just kept thinking- maybe it is because your prices are so high no one wants to eat here for lunch. It is lunch. The cook was saying he made $3 in tips that day. All I could do was shake my head. Bad business model. read more

My go to spot is Huhots. The food is custom, they have recipes you can follow or if you're like me throw what sounds good together in a bowl, and hope it tastes good. Which my food always does. I love the fact it's all you can eat. The staff is always prompt and friendly. They can be busy at night but it's worth the wait! I would eat this every day if I could. read more

Fill a bowl of ingredients you like into a bowl or two, add some Asian spices and throw on hot grill and you have the Huhot recipe for success. The food is average at best. Getting the correct spices, in the correct proportions is a challenge even following the guides provided. The place could have been cleaner and the staff more attentive and the prices lower - $14 per person is a little steep for what amounts to a buffet. If you prefer quantity over quality, you will probably like HuHot. As for me, I probably will not be returning. 2 of 5 stars is my rating. read more

This place was absolutely marvelous. Our waiter, Kevin was very nice and funny. He gave out the instructions for me and explained how this whole thing goes as a first timer. He jokes around about other workers and makes the place a very fun vibe. Now to the food process: The ingredients fresh and delicious. Very well organized, and Very Kid-Friendly. The sauces are perfect and addressed well. What I mean by that is that it describes the sauce and gives it a hot scale factor. This whole place is outstanding. When the chefs cook the stir-fry it's like they have magic in their hands and are casting a spell on our food. This place is a perfect recommendation for anyone of all ages. Well Done Huhot! read more

I've been to this HuHot many times over the years. Tonight was my last time patronizing this place. It has progressively gotten worse over time. I love the concept but not enough to go back. The service was okay, nothing great. The cleanliness was disgusting. The floor was full of food particles, used napkins and straw wrappers. I won't even get into the buffet tables. They were nasty. The woman's bathroom was not any better. It's a real shame because there's no other restaurant of this kind in Green Bay. read more

I live an hour north of Green Bay. This place is a Must when going into the city. Perfect for a light meal before catching a flight - avoiding airport and plane food. So good. The frozen strips of meat don't look very appetizing, but with the right amount of spices, they cook up to yummyness. Outstanding. I have overestimated my tolerance for spicy before and could barely eat my bowl as sweat was running down my neck, so be careful. You choose the meat and veggie and spice/oil combo you want. No one to blame but yourself if it's not good. Lots of seafood options also. You really can't go wrong following their displayed recopies, or you can get crazy with your own. Nice Asian beer selection. The egg drop soup i Had was good, but really, you are better off sticking to multiple plates of all you can eat grill. The service is excellent and the grill guys work hard, so I am always sure to leave them a buck or two in the jar every time I go through the line. Great place. read more
