Bone in wings were cold when finally delivered food. Old already been deep fried at two times already. They definitely were not fresh. Also ordered honey bbq, sweet bbq and new bbq ranch, were really spicy so could not have been one of those three. Service three orders were delivered before ours and we ordered before them. Ordered online this evening, upon completion of order, pick up time stated 6:10. Get to the restaurant at 6:15, first, no one at the podium or the pick up counter. Someone was already waiting for service. I had to go find someone to help. Finally, someone helps, I ask about the order, states about another 10-15 min. Finally, about 6:40 my order was ready. The restaurant was probably less than 25% full. No apology for the wait, nothing. Get home look at the food. the large fry order looked like a small. We ordered cheese curds, fried pickles, ranch, blue cheese and carrots and celery. Well no dips for the cheese curds and fried pickles, no ranch or blue cheese, and no carrots and celery. Food was cold, granted, expected to be cooler given its a pickup order, but not that cold... Probably the worst service/experience I've had at a restaurant. We started by waiting 20 minutes to be seated despite half of the dining room and bar having open tables. When being seated, the woman just pointed at us, and then to the table we were supposed to go to instead of walking us there. All but 2 workers that I have seen have one, if not two AirPods in and are walking around like zombies. I'm convinced they found the hostess walking around chasing butterflies in the parking lot, threw a bag over her head, tossed a Bdubs shirt on her, and just set her free in the restaurant. No hustle or effort being shown besides 1 server. We then waited almost 45 minutes for potato wedges and chips and queso. When I sat down in our booth, there was a giant hole ripped in it about a foot wide. I was wondering how that happened, but realized someone probably just got too hungry waiting for their food and started eating the booth. Our drinks took 20 minutes to get to us as well. Server had to come back and ask multiple times what we ordered, and we had 3 different people serve us because our original server went MIA. We asked 4 different people nicely if a TV could get changed to a different channel before it did. All while this is going on, more people are sitting in the lobby for 30+ minutes waiting to be seated with plenty of open tables still. Garbage all over the tables and floor. I used to always come to this Bdubs with my buddies and family pretty frequently. Every time I come here I hate this more and more. You can fire a cannon in the place most of the time and maybe I didn't want to sit in the bar with my parents and my dad who is in a wheel chair. After the 3rd time telling her that I need a low top table, she finally came over and threw at me this low top table in the bar right by the service door. Okay fine whatever, it's where the only low top table was. I was here before my parents and they walked in and she yelled at me that they're here and to get up and find them. Excuse me..... ITS YOUR JOB AS A SERVANT TO SHOW YOUR GUESTS TO THE TABLE! I'm in customer service and would never treat a customer this way at all. Finally got our menus thrown at us and our drinks slammed on the table, it was time to order. I get with the lunch menu it's limited items, but I wanted the classic chicken wrap, the lunch menu has the buffalo chicken wrap. I politely asked that if I could just have the classic chicken wrap instead of the buffalo chicken... (they're the same price on the menu mind you) she threw her pad in her apron and folded her arms and forcefully told me that the classic chicken wrap is only on the main menu... okay I can see if it's really busy and stuff okay I understand, but the 3 of us are the only ones in here so honestly, what does it matter? It's literally swapping out the chicken! Again both wraps are the same price on the regular menu so what does it matter? These wings were so tiny, I couldn't believe it. They were Luke warm at best, some even cold. The service was good, she made sure I had a full pop. But the kitchen needs to do a better job. I then ordered a tonic water and was told by the waiter that he was not sure if they had tonic water. I asked if they served vodka tonics and was told yes and told him then you have tonic. When my drink came out it was club soda and not tonic, when I told the waiter he said he would talk to someone in the back. Finally got my tonic water. When we ordered the waiter said our food would come out separately as this is how it is done????? First my wifes onion rings came out and then five minutes later my side salad came out. Every time we come here we are so disappointed. I ordered a Cobb salad at $13.99. it was the size of a side salad. There were four adults and three children. Half of the meals were served at one time. My daughter got her meal as all the kids were done eating. Most parents know when their little ones are done eating the adults are done too. All she said to us was to use the app and enjoy our food. We had been eating with my grandparents and we all found the ordering online very annoying and tedious.
