Food was absolutely amazing. Atmosphere was great family friendly. Service...? Well our service from everyone was great except our primary server. She was dancing in the alley and strutting around and didn't give us the time of day. A left a review on Google too that a woman with brown hair helped us and a gentleman brought out our food and drink and we saw not much of our "server". We will be coming back because our food is always so good but we won't be requesting Paris. There is a time and a place for fun and games. I am all for having fun in the work place but can we keep it appropriate? What's to say... it's Chili's. Very solid performance. A busy Thursday dinner service, and the place (which is big) was almost 100% full. Everything was fast though. Table service was quick. The team in the restaurant was on point. The kitchen was flying. Food was moving out very quickly. Food runners were helping the servers. Food was fast and hot, and well executed. Total time from seating to food on table: 37:12. Not unreasonable for a Saturday night. I purchased the Triple Dipper with burger bites, honey chicken crispers, and mozzarella sticks. Burgers were REALLY good, and I would have ordered a plate of those with fries if I knew the chicken and mozz was going to be horrible. The chicken was thin and dry, sauce didn't even help it. Mozzarella pillows were way too salty on the shell and were almost inedible. Other than that, one out of three. My wife had the crispy crisper combo with Mac and cheese and fries. Chicken was the same as mine: thin and dry. Tough to chew and needed rehydrating. Mac and cheese was ok, and the fries; well who can screw up a fry, lol. I did show the waitress my wife's uneaten tenders and peeled one apart. She replied that "those are how they are unfortunately. I stayed, "inedible?" Needless to say, nothing was done. Ordered Cajun Pasta and petite sirloin to go. The to-go container's aren't adjusted to the food it holds. They are all the same. Trying to cut a steak in the inside of the container was almost impossible and the sauce on the pasta settled in the grooves of the bottom. A flat bottom container would better serve your patrons. Especially if it has sauce or you need to cut meat. Also, please check your tickets before your food is bagged. We ordered through DoorDash. Our order consisted of fried mozzarella, surf and turf- ribeye,the grilled chicken chipotle bowl, and the pepper pals crispy crispers. All of the meals were hot, fresh, and delicious. The fried mozzarella was unlike any I've ordered. Rather than being small mozzarella sticks, they were huge and could be a meal in itself. The food was overall a 8.5/10, the food was good and there was a lot of food. The service was about a 7/10 it took 30 minutes to get the food, but it was worth it. We came with a group of 6 of us. We were seated in a corner booth. LOL.. My husband sat on the outer edge of the booth and there was a BIG dip in the seat. My son took us here for Father's Day. As expected they were busy and it appeared short staffed as is everyone now I suppose. But, what absolutely wonderful service. We had several of the staff who helped us and all were exemplary. And all the food that we all had was just great. My daughter didn't like her chicken penne as much. The chicken breast was small (yet very good) ; the corn and bean salsa yielded maybe three beans and very little flavor. the salad itself was average size, not the size I would expect for $12.00 or so. OK, don't sit at the bar in the summer when they have the AC on. Twice I froze my butt off and couldn't finish my meal. I do love their chips and salsa with a bucket of the ranch. They make their own buttermilk ranch, I can drink that stuff. They have an unlimited soup and salad combo with chips and salsa, that was just perfect for me. Great salad and soups are good, you can change to a different one on your next bowl. The music is a bit loud there and you can sometimes not hear the other end of the conversation. Great choice for picky eaters! I wouldn't say that this is the world's finest dining, but Chili's is one of my go-tos when I want to go out with a group of friends who have dietary restrictions or picky eating habits-- they don't literally have something for everyone, but like most chain restaurants they're very easy-going about customizing stuff, and they have a variety of healthy and not-so-healthy options, so most people can find something they like. So the service is pretty good but something has clearly changed in the Chili's neighborhood. The newish menu with a southwest flair is simply just over seasoned food in my opinion. For example today I went and had their lunch menu. I ordered the burger bites with a side of grilled asparagus. Simple enough. Came out looking stunning (really excellent presentation). But after the first bit of the asparagus it was clearly over seasoned. Grilled asparagus is usually simple with a little garlic, a little salt, and a little pepper. Nope, these were coated. Almost inedible. The burger bites, basically the same thing. Except the ground beef had absolutely no flavor. Simply the bread was covered in seasoning. They also use a Hawaiian sweet bun for these, which frankly is strange and for me, doesn't work. Anyway. Sometimes really flairing up your menu creates the opposite result. read more
