I live in Chicago where I learned to appreciate my local Jersey Mike's for a solid sub made fresh and served quickly. This location was all that and more. There's a reason why they had a line after 8PM on a Sunday night. This team was in sync, crafting excellence with every order. I didn't hear any murmurs and I saw nothing but smiles among the customers. My regular-size sub ( an Original Italian made Mike's Way) was a masterpiece in a sandwich wrapper. Great job! read more

F me. Staff was lovely. Nice array of sandwich sizes. Unfortunately like so many other places THEY CUT THE CHEESE AND THE MEAT ON SAME CUTTER. I don't want meat on my cheese AND if you use ONE KNIFE to cut every sandwich you risk food cross contamination. Very risky for people with food allergies. if you don't care about getting meat on your stuff and you're not allergic to anything, it's probably a great place to eat. Staff was wonderful. Great food and fast. The friendliest and kind workers served me today. It has been a while since I experienced this kind of team work and ultimate sincere kindness. I didn't feel crowded while sitting in the dining room. Then when the line slowed I noticed the workers were cleaning the dining room to get ready for the next rush. Atmosphere: Strip mall location, the parking situation isn't horrible. You order to the left of the counter, and pay at the right. Tables for dining, I don't believe they have booths. Service: The service was as fast and friendly as it could be (for the situation). There was about 15 people waiting in line or at the register for their hot sub when I arrived. If you order a hot sub, obviously you will have a bit of a wait. I felt like there were a LOT of employees, I easily counted 9 behind the counter during the time I was there. Food: Same old good food as they serve down south and out east. Honestly though I feel like the portions were a bit smaller than what I remember from the other chain locations I've been to...ingredients are still fresh and I'll eat a sub from here over subway, jimmy johns or cousins any day. Hopefully they survive, I feel like so many chain locations never make it past the 1 year/2 year mark if they don't have their %$% together in the first few months. read more

Today was my First time trying JMS. Ordered online, got there, and sub was ready. Grabbed sub, left. Got back to my desk at work, too first bite of my chicken parmesan sub, for which I had requested grilled chicken, instead of the regular parm chicken; WORST SUB EVER!! I must say, a long time ago I fell in love with Jersey Mike's Sub's. At a Vanderbilt Football game a couple that attended our tailgate party brought in a platter of Jersey Mike's sub sandwiches. They were so fresh and tasty. Not only was I impressed but the rest of the guest. I had actually visited the corporate office at one time for my work, but I didn't have time to try a sub at the time. I remember how friendly the owner was. Now I get to try their subs first hand. Generally I'd say a sub is a sub, but the freshness makes all the difference in the world and also it appears their staff has training in customer service. This day we were getting some subs for tailgating for the Packers versus Panthers game. Upon entering we met a man who was ex marine Seal and we got to talking to him and thanking him for his service. The employee while taking care of other customers overheard us and thanked him as well. But, not only that he offered (without being asked) a discount to the serviceman. Everyone was in awe and soon took attention to that. They did him right and no request or asking was ever needed. The only draw back to the visit was they ran out of roast beef. They were busy, but we quickly made other option choices. The subs all turned out to be very good and the right sauces and topping. The freshness again showed through. We thanked the employees for recognizing the man's service and the discount offer. Many may take this as nothing less than they should of done that but it was the act of kindness and respect they was shown along with good service to the other customers. read more

I eat here quite a bit, usually order the #9, it's a club sandwich. The meats and cheese are sliced as the sub is made. You can have it "mikes way" or make it a custom sandwich. The bun always is fresh. Quick service. You can get reward points and order through their app or online. Definitely recommend. read more

When Jersey Mike's came to Green Bay I had a mix reaction of "yay a new restaurant to try!" and "ugh another sandwich shop."  Because of that I haven't gone out of my way to go here, but I was in the neighborhood and it was lunch time. JM's is a chain restaurant like Jimmy Johns, and Subway. I do like it's East Coast beach vibe with the big surfboard hanging on the wall as you walk in.  They have a selection of your typical sub's but also some hot subs and variations of a philly cheese steak. I've been on a low carb diet and wasn't sure if they had an alternative option like a lettuce wrap.  They don't have that, and instead they have a tub. I got the Club Supreme Tub, and the best way to get the toppings is "Mike's Way." I was impressed with the sub it tasted great, and the tub is a plastic container with a lid which is very convenient to take with you if you don't finish it.  If I have one complaint was they made a bed of lettuce, but all the meats and cheese on top then added more lettuce. I don't mind lettuce, but it was more than enough.   There are a lot of places to get a sandwich, and I don't think I need to go out of my way to get one here.  Next time I'm close by I'm going to try one of those philly cheese steaks because I know I can't get that any other sandwich shop. read more

Hello fresh sliced meats! First time here last weekend and it was not a disappointment. Be careful when you order I picked a turkey on regular size and not sure if the girl misheard me but the sub came in I think the giant size. I mean the thing was the size of my head. Thank goodness I saw the bread and we cancelled our second sandwich and shared the giant first one instead. I really love the topping options with relish added to this sandwich. A little expensive but worth it for the quality of the sandwich. I will come back but be more careful in my order next time on the size sandwich. read more

The employees are incredibly rude when asked for special requests. Celiac disease is a serious condition. My daughter came home in tears after the way she was treated. The employees did not follow protocol for cross contamination. Her sandwich was $12 and they didn't return her change. She was told it's annoying to service special needs. I ordered an original grilled. It's the same thing I order every single time. The manager took my order and was very hasty like he was in a rush. There was no one else in line to order. He never asked for my number to get my points when I paid, and when I asked about it he told me it was too late. Then he disappeared into the back. The other employees were making my sandwich and told me that they can't grill a cold sandwich. When I told them I order it grilled every single time he told me sorry the boss is here, can't do it this time. Poor customer service. YUM! Blows all the other "chain" sub places out of the water! Sandwiches were STACKED with meat, bread was soft and delicious. The parmesan rosemary bread was YUMMY! I had a turkey/swiss, my husband had a club supreme, and my step son had a meatball sub. All 3 of us were VERY pleased. Online ordering was easy and fast. Our subs were ready for pick up as soon as we arrived, no waiting at all. I hope the low ratings for slow service for this location don't sink it before it has a fighting chance - Jersey Mike's subs are leaps and bounds better than SBWY, JJs and E&Gs. I've been to Jersey Mikes a few times now, and they serve decent subs. Don't expect fast service as there usually is a line during the busy times and they are not the quickest sanwiche makers around. The sandwiches tend towards the bready side of things, but the ingredients are very good quality and they put together some solid sandwiches. I've only had the cold sandwiches, and while there is a lot of bread, the add-ons were very good, and the meat was a highlight. It's a solid sandwich that you can't go wrong with. read more

Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sandwich chains but they are so freaking slow. The one by my house is always understaffed and the person slicing meats doesn't know when to stop the small talk and get the sandwiches going. This one here in Green Bay is also slow but has lots of employees. My visit last night- 6 people in line. 6-7? employees. 2 that appeared to be managers talking to what appeared to be another manager that walked behind the counter. 1 on rear hot sandwich grill 1 taking sandwich number and slicing meats 1 standing waiting for the sliced meats and bread I standing watching the sandwich I on register waiting for the sandwich I was asked 3 times what I had. The meat slicer thought she was helping by slicing three sandwiches at a time. no! Get the bread type, slice the meat and move the sandwich along. Please fix your system! I'll even throw this one in free. When you ask me what I want the first time for heavens sake write it down. Move the ticket and me along! The parking lot at this one is very difficult. It is not connected to the center next to it and their is a large dividing curb. Tough to get in and out of the lot. read more

I love this place! very friendly staff, easy ordering process, and you can see them cut the meat/cheese right in front of you. we've had them cater our work lunches before and it's always been good. stopped and ate in today, great experience. they also have soda from Stubborn Soda. agave vanilla cream soda, and root beer. sooo yummy! read more

I was really excited to try Jersey Mike's because I'm sick of eating Jimmy Johns for lunch. It was a beautiful day for a picnic and my wife and I decided to give it a try. I called in my order: #7 Turkey and a #4 with no onions. Pickup went well because the line was to the door. I'd definitely order online or call ahead. My sub, the #7 tasted good, but the entire sub was covered in oil. The outside of the bun shouldn't be covered in oil. They really messed up my wifes #4. Instead of no onions they added onions and they left off tomatoes and lettuce. Basically she had a sub with meat and cheese after taking off the onions. If you're ordering takeout, I'd recommend checking your sub before you leave. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Food: just OK. Service: it was my first time there so I had some questions and found the menu confusing. Staff body language screamed annoyance to me. They didn't answer my questions very well either. Price: way too high for what you get. Environment: not a clean table in the place. 3 of the sodas were out of syrup & the lids were out. I have had their subs several times and find them delicious. A little salty but the bread is tasty, the sauce is good, the lettuce is crispy, and cheese & meat are flavorful. The employees have always been friendly. The only concern I have is that no matter what time of day or how slow the store is, it is very dirty. The tables and floors are dirty. The counter behind the glass has sub debris all over it. The floor behind the counter and kitchen is littered with sub fixings. There is always plenty of employees working so I don't know why the condition is the way it is. read more

I love Jersey Mike's, especially since I'm from the town they started in (Point Pleasant, NJ). We call it Mikes Subs and leave off the Jersey. This was the worst sandwich I've ever had from one of their stores. I stopped here on 4/6/2019 and ordered a mini #13 and sub out the Pepperoni with extra cheese. What I ended up with was a #13 but very skimpy on both meat and cheese. It had 2 pieces of cheese and 1 slice of each meat. Now comes the rest.... very skimpy on the fixings. Asked for it with Everything and extra Juice, they call it Mikes way but being from Point we just say everything. They put 2 pieces of Onion, very little lettuce and 2very small slices of tomato. I'll always hunt out a Mikes Subs when it's lunch time but will think twice about going to this one next time I'm in Green Bay. Sure wish there was one in Wausau, WI where I live. read more

Went back again to try the chicken philly. The chicken philly is the way to go. It was a good sandwich and with a bag of jalapeño chips how can you go wrong? The food was made hot and fresh. Its okay. I prefer Charlie's in the mall to this. Not friendly service either. Ordered a 17 and 43. They didn't tell us that you needed to order the toppings at the same time as the sub because we saw others getting lettuce/tomato/oil down the line. Get to pay and they didn't put veggies on the hot sub. No one told us! Communicate, add better signs and get better staff. Came on 10.26 at 5pm read more

First time visiting yesterday, very busy but well worth the wait! I have a gluten allergy and not only did they have gluten free bread available, but the employee who was taking orders and slicing all the meat and cheese for each sandwich took the time to put my bread on paper so it would not touch the counter and he took the time to make my sandwich separately. This is a huge deal! I also did not realize before we visited that they again, slice the meat and cheese fresh for EVERY sandwich. Tasted so fresh. Will definitely be back! read more

The subs were definitely good. I got the Italian and my husband got the Big Kahuna. . . The only downfall was the extremely long wait (20 minutes) with only 6 people ahead of us. I understand it has just recently opened and the majority of the workers were teenagers, but it appeared that the expediting process could be perfected more. 4 workers were on the front line--one took orders and sliced the meats, one person assembled the sub, and then 2 people were solely wrapping subs and doing the till. If more than one person was assembling the subs, our time spent waiting could easily have been cut in half. Will give Jersey Mike's another try in a few weeks and hopefully the kinks have been worked out. read more

We have never been there and did not feel welcomed. Felt like we were interrupting being the only ones there. They didn't listen to my order and messed up on the charge. They had to refund me and recharge. No apologies they just walked away. Sub was good but service sucked. read more

I was really excited to see we were getting a Jersey Mikes since they offer gluten free bread. My boyfriend and I finally tried it out last weekend and it will be our first and last visit. Terrible service. The girl taking orders and slicing meat was busting her butt while the 3 teenage boys in charge of the rest (2 making sandwiches and 1 on the register) only cared about socializing with each other. Eventually a young girl came in a little early for her shift so they decided to talk to her instead of help. We ordered two meals and I was shocked by the price. $23 for two tiny,extremely messy subs that were so bland was a little much. I ordered a tuna sub and good lord, I thought the kid had to drive across town for the tuna it took so long. Tuna is usually pretty straight forward, I didn't realize it would be such a production. We both ordered them mikes way and I regret that. The vinegar and oil were about the only flavor and made my sandwich so messy it was almost impossible to eat. The kid at the register also forgot our drinks, I had to ask for them. Overall this place has nothing on other sub shops. I'll stick to Scott's in De Pere. read more
