Such a good burger. Got the cheeseburger and fries. It isn't the best fries but it is likely the best fast food burger I can find. The burger is the star of the show. The fries there are very good. It we did take out. As a result the fries were soggy some (I still ate them so NOT that bad!). Overall a great place with fair prices. A friend took me here today. OK that is two fast food places two days in a row. My doc would not approve of this on my part. But it was his choice so we went You know my motto right? I saw a review about patties being small. I agree 100%. I jdo think they are greasy too. I got the cajun fries which I recall as awesome. I got a double cheeseburger and small fry. Total: 12.53. I think that is too high of a price personally. However you don't have to tip right? But I had water(free). I idid like the speed. A lot of choices for toppings. I just did cheese pickel and onion. The fries had barely any seasoning. Lame actually but a lot for a small. The bun: Ice Cold. and froce in the middle. Whatever. Place was clean. Staff was awesome. Food- just 'so-so'. I don't think I will ever go b/c I thought it was bad food. Or that I thought it was too expensive. It was just OK. And a frozen bun is not cool. And no beverage. And it was still 12:53. This location was great. We went on a friday night around 730 to find only a few people inside. We ordered the regular bacon cheeseburger and a large fry to split. Altho this place is kinda pricey, it was a great meal. The burger was great tasting and the fries, oh yes, those delightful fries, they were fresh hot and amazing. I think I'm in love! I really love burgers, the juicer and greasier the better! There are peanuts for your having while you wait for your awesome burger. Very simple concept, pick the size of burger you want, what kind of condiments you want added, order up some fries, be ready to share unless you are a fry freak like me, there's tons of ketchup so I'm super happy! Food is always good but every time I order they always forget something. Ex: My husband burger was supposed to have bbq sauce and was delivered without it. My daughters cheese burger was supposed to have pickles and it was sent without it. This bbq incident happened 2x and every time I check to make sure it wasn't my mistake and it's there but not on the burger. Everything else is perfect but if I'm going to spend $60 for some burgers to be delivered to my house I'd hope everything I requested to be on there is. read more

I ordered online choosing the "curbside" option which isn't applicable. I got there and called and no answer so I went in.. it was chaos! 15-20 people standing waiting for their Uber eats orders and online orders. There was no direction of the process so I stood with everyone else for 15 min then asked about my order. She said nope not yet. Waiting another 15 and still nothing. During this time the employees were answering phones with gloves on, touching their face and then continued to make food. It came to the point of canceling and they told me I couldn't because their system and manager wouldn't answer her phone so I left anyways and later received a refund. Understaffed and untrained. One star for each of the Five Guys. It's hard to pinpoint why Five Guys is better than other fast food restaurants...but here it goes. You walk into the restaurant and you see bags and boxes full of complimentary peanuts. Cool! Their burgers are way better than the other chains. The patties are kind of on the thin side...I recommend getting a regular hamburger or cheeseburger as you get two patties. The quality of the burgers is much better and fresher. They have a clear sign of their toppings that you can add to your liking. I'm also a fan as you can get a burger bowl (no bun). That's nice for those who can't have gluten or on the keto diet (raising my hand). They have the soda machines where you can mix and match soda flavors. These guys deserve the review! The food was standard five guys, so as always delicious. The service however was above and beyond. The cashier greeted us and actually held a conversation rather than took our order and moved on. When picking up our table they asked if everything was okay and said goodbye. Besides the heart attack I feel coming on, I was impressed with this place. I'm used to the In-N-Out Burger on the West Coast, and heard the hype of Five Guys, so had to try it out. I won't say which I like better, because they both have an appeal. What I like about 5 guys is that they have a great selection of toppings to choose from, so good for the picky eaters or the experimentals in your group. I tried the regular cheeseburger and added some tomato, lettuce, and jalapenos. In a word.... delicious. At first I thought the burgers were a little pricey, over $5 for a cheese burger that is less than a quarter pound, but every burger is made to order and you can get exactly what you want on it, and they are good. A regular fry is enough for two people to share, although most of ours were spilled in the bag, but the fries are hot and have a nice seasoning to them. Summary: Great, great, great burgers, but clientele makes you want to not eat it. Consistently a very good place. The burgers are tasty and juicy. The veggies on the burger always taste fresh and the fries are very delicious. Better than Culvers, red robin, and smashburger. It is a little pricey, but the quality is really really good, so no complaints. I don't consider it overpriced at all. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the clientele there is a little ... let's say...unhealthy? For some reason, an abnormally large contingency of Five Guys' customers are obese moms who bring their obese kids to gorge on burgers, fries and shakes. Like abnormally large, you walk in and it's serious 50% Obese moms and their Fat kids. I I try not to be judgmental, and I'm overweight myself, but sometimes When I eat there, I feel like I'm smoking cigarettes with a bunch of lung cancer patients. You might think I'm crazy, but try sitting at five guys ,eating away at your burger and you look over and see a 200+ pound 12 year old eating a double bacon cheeseburger while sucking down a shake, and a 350+ pound mom wiping the mayo that dripped on the face of her 150 pound 8 year old,.....you feel real uneasy. First you get angry, you say to yourself "if this kid was my son/daughter, the last place i'd take him would be five guys, what Idiots!", but then I realize I'm eating the same thing that all that theirs eating, and it just makes me not want to eat it any more and i don't enjoy it as much. First time we have visited Five Gus was last night. It was a last minute decision after going to another burger place and being told there was an hour wait. We had 6 kids with us who were hungry!! We decided to try something new! At first we were taken back by the prices a little more than we thought it would be. Then we got our food and understood the prices!
