Taco Bell is generally "ok," but this Taco Bell on Oneida Street is outstanding. The place is clean, service is fast, food was fresh. And Jason at the register provided exceptional service. Taco Bell is just ok good. Over the years the toppings have gotten less and less and the price like other fast food places have gotten higher? Last time I went 2 a Taco Bell was well over 2 years ago. Having said that d that, I like their sauces and will buy it in the grocery store and their shells as well. This store was clean inside. Staffed well. You can dine in and to save time I ordered off their app. The meat and quality of meats is just so so at best to me. But I was in a hurry and a Crunchwrap supreme sounded good. If u use the app you can get deals in their food so that is why I dropped in. This place like many others are hiring. They will start u st 11 a hour. Hence, why they are hiring and why many places don't allow inside dinning. Some fast food places even will give a sign in bonus. So it is a employee market. Personally I wouldn't work at the bel unless they paid 14-25 a hour to start with experience. Many other places are hiring and pay much more. Food was hot. Inside was clean. No one was there when U dropped in at 4:30om. The drive they did not look backed up. I can't give the place 5 stars cus the food is so-so at best. As Taco Bell goes, this is a good clean location. But they did a dishonest and tricky thing. The cashier in a very friendly way asked if we would like Spicy Ranch on a Chalupa....and without any mention of cost, added 50 cents to our bill, which we discovered later. We don't doubt the cashier was trained to do just that....so we surmise it is the management position at this business to promote that questionably unethical practice. This location opens at the same time as most other locations but I felt pressured when I asked for something regular when they were only doing breakfast, and as far as I know, there are no vegetarian (breakfast) options as the cashier told me. If you are going to eat at a Taco Bell in Green Bay, this is the one you want to go to. Good Staff, friendly, sense of humor, treat their customers nicely and seem to actually want to work there. I don't know if it's good management or just good employees, but its refreshing in a world where most fast-food workers act like you are an annoyance to them. This location ran out of quarters we waited for 15 min just for them to find some. Food was less than satisfactory!!!!

I stopped at this Taco Bell with a very specific order from a couple girls (part of a bachelorette party) that I had written down, I asked for these specific items and once I confirmed that they were ordered-then myself and the girl driving completed the order with our own orders. As usual, with Taco Bell, they asked us to confirm our total order on the screen, which was correct and we moved ahead to the next window. Paid our full amount and drove the couple miles to our hotel. OBVIOUSLY WE Should have checked our bag, we were missing the Cinnabon bites (which we had specifically confirmed were available for night time orders), the side of jalapeños & salsa which were present on the screen with our order and the packets of hot sauce they confirmed multiple times. Had we not been so trusting we would have checked before driving off-LESSON LEARNED- but to be missing so many items that had been confirmed by the person taking our order was ridiculous, had it not been so late I would have driven back and thrown a fit, mind you I am 27 (not some crabby old lady looking for a reason to complain) but it was my friends bachelorette party and a majority of the stuff missing was stuff she had asked for, and for paying literally $19.99 we were clearly missing inventory. Taco Bell used to be a great value. Now its just overpriced, so-so food. My wife got the Cheese and chips with our meal, and we were shocked by how little cheese was with them. We thought it was a mistake but the lady said it was the right amount and she couldnt do anything. Bottom line, save your money and go somewhere else. read more
