My mom felt the same about her dish, cavatappi with a spicy red sauce and meatballs, and she said the meatballs were definitely frozen and reheated. She wasn't impressed. I fully understand that we may have ordered the dishes Pasquale's isn't known for. Maybe the sandwiches and Italian Stallion rolls are much better! If you're craving a basic red sauce joint (which I do quite often), this place will scratch the itch. That's about it, though.

That's why it's fast food... 10/10! Service. The staff was insanely nice and patient, I saw a staff member open a door for 2 people, whom were elderly. 10/10 again! The cashier looked impatient and he was terribly difficult to both hear and understand; placing my order was made awkward and trying because of the low-quality employee behind the counter. The burger I purchased was not as flavorful as a Culver's burger and certainly had far less meat for a far greater price. Similarly, the chicken tenders taste similar to a Culver's tender but are even more bland than a Culver's tender. When my order was presented at the counter for me to pick-up, instead of delivered to my table as Culver's will do, I found my order incorrect. There were toppings missing from my burger and not placed on the side, as requested. Culver's doesn't make mistakes like this. Everything about this experience was bad. Do not go here. Go to Culver's, or eat at home.
