Not good at all!!! placed an online order with them at 10:30 pm. website says they're open until 1:00 am. Went through the drive thru, nobody said anything, went up to the window and there were two guys doing the dishes, tapped on the window... they both made eye contact with me and ignored me completely. They even had 4 other cars who waited and also drove up to the window wanting to know why they decided to close early. Lights were on for the drive thru and everything, called the store twice even. Hello All! I am here to inform each and every one of you about the experience that I had tonight on the 4th of July. We had went to taco bell craving some menu items, and had decided to order a number 8, a chicken quesadilla, a double beef and cheese burrito, and two soft shell beef tacos. Unfortunately we were stupid enough not to check the bag, and upon reaturning home found that our two chicken tacos were missing. Without delay we quickly drove back to acquire the said missing tacos. However, the service was fucking horrible. (i'm sorry for the language, feel my wrath). Not only did the lady behind the kiosk lie about their hours, she had told us that they were also out of meat?! I was extremely disappointed because they in fact still made us pay despite the fact they could not correctly complete our order, therefore we paid for two menu items in which we never received. Needles to say the service was horrible and I would never go back to this exact taco bell. If the manejar of this taco bell is reading this please find this employee and fire them to maybe teach them a life lesson about dealing with the pain of the real world. Hello to anyone that has eaten at this franchise. I recently had an problem that my friends and I encountered while going on our annual food run. All of us hadn't eaten for hours and was starving after seeing the beautiful firework show tonight. We ordered the food and couldn't wait to get home to enjoy our delectables. As I pondered through the bag, I notice that my 2 soft shell tacos were missing from the frickin bag. I was furious. We quickly rushed out the door and back to the taco bell. The most infuriating part was that the lady working the drive through was an incompetent liar. Not only did I not get my frickin taco, I didn't even get money back in exchange. The lady also goes on to explain the hours which were incorrect and I commented back at her and she had no words to say. Not only was she rude but she didn't even know her own store hours. If I could give 0 stars I would every single time I go to this Taco Bell it's awful. It's not like I expect 5 star service from Taco Bell but if the employees could treat us with basic respect it's b nice. We got literally yelled at. Yelled at. Because we received the wrong drink and asked for the proper one. She yelled and basically threw the receipt and credit card back at us.
