Yooper visiting Green Bay. I gotta say this was the second time i stopped at this location. Excellent friendly staff, eager to explain the menu options. The food is always great. I always think how filling would soup and a sandwhich be? I have taken home leftovers both visits. This time theyre running a DIP promotion. I got a french dip and some excellent chili. You wont be disappointed. I havent had to wait around to get an order going. Very short 2 minute gap where im waiting for the food, enough time to grab a drink from the fountain. Looks like they have wifi, and there are several computer order stations if you get there and theres a line. Go for it! Nice job folks... read more

We were in town for a funeral and wanted to stop somewhere for a quick bite on the way to the visitation and service. This Panera's location right off of Mason Street and the fact that I had a little bit of money left on a gift card made for a great combination. The location looks brand new and I liked the open layout, plus that the kiosks were close to the door, separating them from the regular ordering area, to give everyone more room. The food was good and the restaurant was very clean, all bonuses in my book. Food did seem to take a bit of time, and my name wasn't called when the food was ready (no pagers were available). Also, the kiosk asked me to enter my name to be called when ready, but the slip that came with my order didn't match what I typed, so not sure what the point was. Overall, I hope that this open layout is carried forward to other Panera locations in the future as I think it's a nice format for their cafes. read more

So Last week my kid and I did an app order and my daughter loved the easy use and how it allowed her to customize the food she eats.... She has food allergies and this can be an issue. Well we ordered soup and sandwich/salad combo and she was very happy.... She is a picky eater .... Well on somethings. She loved that the soup wasn't salty like some places make them. She wants to try the bagels ... I do wish they had a more allergy friendly cream cheese selections.... That and have plain available ... it always says it's out of stock ... I am a huge Panera fan and was very excited to have a location open near me. Although it is still fast food, there are some healthier options and higher quality ingredients than most fast food places, also more vegan and vegetarian options. I love the warm grain bowls while my husband always goes for the Fontaga chicken sandwich. If you are feeling a need for something sweet, the everything cookie is a good choice and easily big enough for two people. I suggest downloading their app and joint the rewards club for nice discounts throughout the year. The app allows for quick curbside pickup when you're in a hurry. read more

Never disappointed at Panera! I enjoy going there for brunch or a late lunch. Everything is always fresh and so is the coffee.

Ordered the dozen of bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese and it was sealed in a bag for pick up, with the initials of someone whom claimed to have checked the order. Got home, and to my surprise they were able to count to 12 on the bagels but forgot the cream cheese. Was inconvenienced yet again by another restaurant screwing up pretty simple orders. If you want customers to support local establishments make sure you get the orders right. Your one for one Panera, will go back eventually the bagels were good ,but not anytime soon. read more
