At that point, they searched for it and discovered it had been sitting there the entire time, no one ever called my name, even though they were calling out other customers' orders. By the time I received my food, the sandwiches weren't even warm and the pancakes were soggy and sweating from sitting in a to-go container for far too long. There was no apology or accountability for the mistake. For a New York bagel shop, the food is shockingly bland, basic, underwhelming breakfast sandwiches that don't match what you'd expect at all.
