Absolutely horrible experience! Had an order for 11:20 got there at 11:25 and was told that they are gonna just start with my order where it should've been done for last 5 minutes! So it ended up taking way longer than excepted. I ended up getting my food at 11:45 and two out of the three sandwiches were not made correctly, as well as I was told that the cookies aren't done yet. Where I placed the order at 11:05 and they couldn't make more cookies? I was told that they are almost done, yeah that was a lie it took another 5 minutes for them to be done and then another 5 minutes for them to cool so I walked out of there 11:55 where my food was supposed to be ready at 11:20 read more

For a quick, fresh, and cheap option, you really can not go wrong with Subway. This location is my fave in town. They accept coupons here (not all locations do). And service is always wonderful. The smell of a Subway is dreamy the baked bread and fresh veggies. My grandpa and I shared a foot long tuna on artisan Italian bread with white American cheese, lots of veggies, mustard, and sweet onion dressing. I recommend that sweet onion dressing on ANY sandwich. It's so good. We truly enjoyed our dinner. read more

Came ordered a bfast sandwich and asked for Turkey instead of ham which almost doubled the price of the sandwich. I went to subway, and I ordered extra meat on both of the sandwiches I ordered let me remind you extra meat is $3.00 so $ 6.00 for each sandwich. When I opened my sandwich it doesn't look like it has extra meat, it looks like a regular size portion meat scoop. I've been to other subways and ordered extra meat and they put extra on the sandwiches and this subway their stingy with things sometimes I have to ask if they can add a little bit more, my sandwich was just dry. read more

I recently purchased a coupon book as a fundraiser from one of my students. The coupons are "buy a 6 in and a drink and get another 6 in free". This coupon book has a list of Subways that take them with THIS location on the list. One of the employees refuses to take it and called the owner who apparently said it has to be used online. There's no code to be used online for these and there were other employees at this location who have taken these coupons multiple times. I came again today where the same woman employee refused to take it. read more

This is my fav store now that my new adhd fixation food is subways turkey sandwiches. The workers are chipper and they're all very nice. Love the staff but each time I order the titan turkey I have to remind the worker or I don't get the extra turkey that's supposed to come on it, I get a basic turkey sandwich with extra cheese. It's always a big bummer. I even tried using the app to order today and I didn't get the extra turkey on a titan turkey and my pretzel didn't have the sauce on the side. I'm in this store three times a week and they're still making them wrong. I've met the owner once and he didn't even want to put my sandwiches in a paper bag for me so I don't have high hopes for a fix but we'll see. read more

4 stars in regards to comparing it to other Subways. There's at least 5 Subway sandwich shops within driving distance of my work but I have to say this one is my favorite. Yea it's in a scary seedy strip mall full of scary bums and meth addicts but this Subway is staffed with super friendly employees who greet you upon entering, tell you to enjoy your meal, and say goodbye when you leave. Simple gesture that makes the customer feel good and for some reason most places avoid doing. There's plenty of seating including a couch and they have a flat screen TV. Food is the same as any subway but unlike the one on Orangethorpe this one actually honors current promotions going on. They also have creamy sriracha sauce which has a nice kick to it which apparently is just a test run at certain select locations. For those counting calories this is a great place to have a meal! If you go on their web page you can calculate the exact calorie count of your sub after customizing it with the toppings & sauces of your choice. P.S. People mention this place being open 24 hours and having some state of the art soda machine.... that isn't here at this location. This is in the same plaza as the USPS. read more

First of all, high five to anyone that wasn't too high to notice that this location is NOT the State College & Chapman location. To the rest of you snoozers that raved about the '24 hour' location, this ain't it. They were originally on the other side of Chapman, close to a Little Caeser's Pizza and a Flame Broiler I think before they switched locations to the current Postal Village location. Kind of a seedy location, if you ask me, complete with boozers wandering in and out of the liqour store that's in close proximity. Other than that, this location boasts sammich makers that have a perpetual FML expression on their faces and a super lackluster greeting of 'Welcome to subway :(. They make the sammiches just fine, though watching your chicken getting scooped isn't ideal. Still, we got our sammies and took a seat on the couch (mm hmm, I said couch!) in front of the blue screened TV. We tried turning it on, and guess what? No dice. Looked like someone forgot to pay the Time Warner bill. Bummer. The other thing that got me though? The fireplace, even if it's fake, should have been lit up. It looked so cold and... sad. Pretty uninviting place. I'll probably come back when I'm in the area again, but probably just to order my sammich and skedaddle on out of there. I come here every Wednesday night for a snack size foot long during break from class. Never been disappointed with service or food quality. The interior is always clean and the bathrooms as well. I'd recommend the B.M.T add marinara sauce toasted. Turns out pretty bomb , sometimes my knees buckle walking back to class it's so amazing. This subway has the same basic structure and menu as many other subway's that you'll come across. However what sets this location apart from any other location that i've been to, is the lounge. The owner of this particular spot decided to spend a little bit more and include a nice lounge area inside the store. It has a small couch, coffee table and a TV for the customers. Personally I really like this addition and it makes me feel more welcomed and inclined to come back. The sandwiches are good and the employees are always friendly, even when I tend to start up random conversations with them. Good place to grab and go, however (and this is a complaint of most Subway's I've been to) the quality of the food varies wildely visit-to-visit. I've had some great sandwiches and then the next visit I get a meatball sandwich with cold meatballs (it happened here).
