We ordered to go. After 15 minutes there was no food and the order disappeared from the list. Every other customer was very upset as well most left. We never received our food. We asked for just our drinks but didn't even get those. I feel sorry for the employees. There weren't enough of them and they were beaten down by the environment. Wed like a refund but they won't do it. The franchise owner(s) need to be exposed and face public scrutiny. We'll look them up and see what we can do. McDonald's corporate. I visited today with my grandchildren and was disappointed by the cleanliness of the dining area. When I politely asked if someone could wipe down the tables where families with kids sit, the first response I received was that there wasn't enough staff. While I understand places can be busy, it came across as dismissive and a bit rude. Clean tables are important, especially for children, and customers shouldn't have to feel like they need to clean their own seating area. Placed a mobile order like I usually do and originally selected drive-thru pickup, but it was so packed around 10 PM that I switched to inside pickup instead. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be that busy at that hour, and I felt a little bad for the workers trying to keep up with the rush. This specific location is honestly always an unpleasant experience & the only reason I even go on occasion is because location but I always end up disappointed. The staff is rude, the wait is always long, and tonight my burgers were not customized by any means. It's annoying to pay extra for things like mustard, ketchup, pickles, and onions and they STILL don't add them! I came here on 5/23 at about 9:50 pm and all I ordered was a large fry and a large strawberry shake, when I got my fries, you could immediately tell that they have been sitting there and were old, so my boyfriend politely asked one of the girls working there "hey I know you guys are busy and busting your ass but could we possibly get some fresh fries" and the girl grabbed our fries, and came back 30 seconds later with "fresh" fries. We could IMMEDIATELY tell that she literally gave us the same fries, all she did was dump those fries in the oil to get them hot again and try to give them back to us thinking we wouldn't notice. So then we asked a gentleman I believe he said his name was Melrose? I could be wrong but it definitely started with a M! We told him the same thing and politely asked if we could just get some fresh fries, and he took them back, and while he was back there we would hear the other girl loudly complaining about how this is the 2nd time we asked for fresh fries, and was just complaining about us but loud enough so we can hear. I wanted to yell back "ya we asked for fresh fries, not the same fries just dumped back in the oil and tried to pretend they were fresh" but I kept my mouth shut and politely waited until melrose game back with our actual fresh fries. I'm sorry but all I ordered were fries and a shake, and fresh fries isn't really a crazy request, especially when we asked VERY politely!! Idk who the girl working tonight was, but she definitely shouldn't be in customer service if she can't handle it being busy and a customer asking for fresh fries, and then complain about them loud enough for them to hear. Well it seemed like it too challenging to do in time so we had to pull around to the front to wait. I checked the food and it was labeled correctly, get it home.....and pickles are missing BUT cheese was there. So they had to read the label to get part of it right. It isn't the first time we have had this happen. Anyone else have the conversation with their significant other about going to the GOOD McDonalds? We do and it's not this one. Only allowing the pick up of two mobile orders at a time. In a car with more than 2 mobile orders, this makes us drive through the drive thru more than one time. This is both inefficient for the customer and the flow of your business. How can a policy like this be allowed in a fast food chain like McDonald's. This wasn't nearly fast food. With the line being almost 15-20 minutes, this kept us at the line way longer, both wasting our time and yours too. From the moment we were walking in ( still outside) and employee delivering mobile order said " Hello welcome" when we were ordering Isabelle was so attentive to us and others on line. She followed up to ensure our order was brought to us. The kids play areas was nice and clean and I felt comfortable letting my toddler play. I saw an employee actively clean up area. Also... weird but best MCD nuggets I've had too! Fresh.
