Their customer service is always TOP TIER! I have never been inside, just drive thru! The employees here are what make this location THE BEST in my opinion! Food is ALWAYS PIPING HOT and well put together! Friendly faces on the speaker and in person at the drive thru window. I never had cold or burnt food. Always made to perfection! My favorite thing from here is egg rolls! And when they did have the popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks, they were ALWAYS fried to perfection and with the perfect cheese pull! I live in Sacramento and unfortunately the JITB'S in my area just don't compare to Dixon! And if you know me customer service will always make it or break it for me!
