I just absolutely LOVE this Jack in the Box!! This specific Dixon CA location! I have been working in Dixon since 2021 and this JITB has NEVER LET ME DOWN! Their customer service is always TOP TIER! I have never been inside, just drive thru! The employees here are what make this location THE BEST in my opinion! Food is ALWAYS PIPING HOT and well put together! Friendly faces on the speaker and in person at the drive thru window. I never had cold or burnt food. Always made to perfection! My favorite thing from here is egg rolls! And when they did have the popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks, they were ALWAYS fried to perfection and with the perfect cheese pull! I live in Sacramento and unfortunately the JITB'S in my area just don't compare to Dixon! And if you know me customer service will always make it or break it for me! And Dixon CA, Jack In The Box has what it takes for you to experience great customer service along with a good fast food meal! Located right off the Freeway! read more

Stopped here for a quick run through the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich. No line at the drive thru, was able to place my order for the Supreme Croissant, hash brown and a coke. Cashier was pleasant and quick in taking payment and giving me my grub. Was very pleased with my croissant, it was fresh, and flaky and the ham/bacon/egg and cheese all seemed like it was freshly made, not some reheated slapped together concoction. Hash Brown was a perfect crispness that I want in a Hashbrown with great potato flavor and just enough oilyness to know I was eating something I shouldnt. read more

I was there last night at around midnight to grab 2 coffees and this girl working there I think her name was negli or neigly sorry if I don't spell it right but she was SOOO sweet!! From the time she took my order all the way to the window. She had a great smile and great energy. I haven't had a good experience from this place in a looooong time. That was great customer service for me to still be thinking about it today. Thank you for your awesome customer service. Hope to see you again soon :-) read more

Stopped in to use restrooms. Busy location, lots of parking, clean restrooms. Restaurant is very warm, not sure if AC was out/off or the place was warm due to afternoon sun. read more

We stopped here on way home from Oakland Zoo. Location was conveniently right off the freeway. Restaurant was clean when we walked in. Service was alittle slow. Took a bit to get 4 tacos. Meanwhile the rest of the food was getting cold on the counter. Food was good but they put way too much sauce on my chicken wrap. They made my son's cheeseburger incorrectly actually it was a completely different bacon cheeseburger and they remade it and got it wrong again. It was a cheeseburger only ketchup and they made with no ketchup and it had mayo pickles and mustard on it. All of us were done eating by the time he got his correction and was going to eat on way home. He threw it away on the way out of the restaurant. Waste of money and disappointed. read more

Jack in the Box - Small soda - Fast Food Near Me - Dixon, California

Jumbo jack cheeseburger was not good. beef tasted old, like it had been under a heat light for several hours.

As much as I want to post a good review I can not. I ordered the fish meal, REGULAR frys and a Dr Pepper- not only did they give me cold curly frys the Upcharged me for large sides I did not ask for! I've given sooooo many chances to this location - I just don't understand how you can get an order wrong, ESPECIALLY after repeating it to me before asking me to pull to the window. read more

Was driving through and good stop here - food was ok, service was fine... you get what you expect which is good. I've been avoiding the most popular places - I think they are overrated. You know the names - In N Out, Raising Caines and the like. Inside was nearly empty when I was there but the drive through looked full. Little memorial here for the chp officer. read more

Food is never bad just how they prep it and today it was not bad. Service not the best tonight due to the drive through wait time was a total of 13 minutes at 1000 PM with hungry kids. =( Ambiance - this location from the outside literally looking in looks well maintained and clean. Great visit overall! read more

I was in the area and decided to stop by. It was late so we went to the drive thru. The girl who was taking our order was extremely patient. I never felt rushed and I was explained the birra tiny tacos. They were actually good and this is some of the best customer service I've had. read more

The salad, the breakfast croissant. and iced tea was good Service at drive thru, used mobile app, was fast and friendly. The egg rolls were very overdone as oil was old so inedible also no sauce. read more

Always a fan of Jack in the Box and their 2 tacos, curly fries, shakes, and late night drive thru eats. This particular Jack in the Box is located in Dixon off of 80. Came here on a Saturday late night driving from Sac to Vallejo. The line wasn't ridiculously long and service was quick and efficient. I usually get 2 tacos and curly fries but I wanted to try their spicy mini tacos (not loaded) because I thought it would be messy. I would say they're pretty spicy. It's just the shell and meat and it was kind of like eating nachos. Can't go wrong with Jack in the box tacos! read more

Why are they taking mobile orders claiming to be open 24 then blocking drive thru. Store shouldn't be allowed to take your money and not give you food close the store and don't take mobile orders such an inconvenience. Jack in the Box - Employees blocking drive thru not not work at night - Fast Food Near Me - Dixon, California

Very nice and pleasant workers. Food was hot and done fast. The ambiance was nice. I feel the workers deserve more credit than they get cause they went all out for us. read more

Drive through only. Staffing, so much lost business. Hamburger good, fries, not so much. I'm not buying the staffing excuses, work a little harder to hire people. Sitting in line for a drive through is a waste of gas (even with the engine shut-off) and peoples time. Not interested in getting on the "contact list" and after looking at other Jack in the Boxes reviews, this one isn't out of line. How much data do you need to get better? Beautiful day. Traffic not bad on I-80! read more

By far the worst jack in the box ive ever been too. Everytime i stop here for lunch i wait 10 plus minutes at the counter being ignored while a line of people are waiting to order. Super slow, orders are never right. If i place a mobile order 20min in advance its not even started by time i get there. read more

Had the best experience over any fast food restaurant. I came in yesterday 12/3/2023, as soon as I walked in I was greeted very politely with a smile. I wasn't sure what to order the girl taking my order was very nice and gave a great suggestion name on her tag read Raquel. Will be coming back soon. read more

I went through the drive through yesterday and told the lady at least 4 times what I wanted in my order. One of the items in the order was 3 breakfast combos of the same order. I trusted that she gave me what I asked for since I repeated what I said I wanted as many times as I told her. She only gave 2 of the breakfast combos and only charged me for two of the same combos. One of the combos was missing a hash brown. I felt so bad when I finally gave the breakfast for my family members that I purchased breakfast for had an incorrect order. I don't think I will ever go through a drive through again. I did not want to hold up the long line by checking my bag. I should have just gone inside. Lesson learned for sure. read more

Their service is absolutely trash. The lady who took my order was super rude and had no experience at all. She didnt even know how to make the food i asked for so it took forever because she had to ask someone else how to make it. The food overall was not very good either. The Ambiance was absolutely awful, the floor was sticky and there was food and nastiness in cracks everywhere. We got the wrong order in the drive through so when we where greeted inside there was rude service. I asked for a refund and the lady said " You can either wait three minutes for the chicken or you can wait even longer for someone to refund it for you" What kind of service is that?! read more

thank you for your service I had a great experience with Raquel which who took my order and served me I appreciate it so much I'll be back soon read more

It's supposed to be 24 hours but I'm sitting at the drive through speaker waiting to order and no one is answering. I go to the window and the guy looks at me and continues doing whatever he's doing so I drive back around to the drive through speaker since he seen me in think he will service me at the speaker now but he still hasn't. Some one has now pulled to the speaker while I'm at the window and I hear a beep sound when the car approached the order speaker. Therefore this guy is blatantly ignore customers losing money for the company. Supposedly they are closed when cleaning and stocking with out an approximate reopening time. No regular or cherry Coke. Only 2 people working and they seem to be too focused on the drive thru than the people waiting in front of them.

Very good employees, they wrapped my burger exquisitely. Pretty speedy service however do not order the burgers. Despite looking nice they tasted like garbage, but every other piece of food was good. Overall, ten out of ten would attend again. read more

I had to review if only for the staff. We ordered and I wanted the old school sourdough burger but it was cold and not great. I hate to be THAT person but asked them to remake it. To my surprise, the manager Ricky was super cool about it and didn't make me feel bad for asking. I totally appreciated that and then he brought it to my table. I told him the cheesy fries were delicious and again, he went above and beyond and brought us some more to our table. He was awesome! The other staff seemed nice as well. He had a mask on so I couldn't see him smile so I made him laugh. Thanks for the good service. read more

Food is about what you expect from Jack in the box nothing special. Restaurant seemed a bit understaffed but staff was friendly. Some tables were a little messy and bathroom wasn't anything to write home to mother about. Just typical fast food. read more

Should have gone to Popeyes. Not only did I have to repeat myself 3 times just to get a number 11, the drive through person handed me a Coke that had Coke all over the outside of the cup and then I get overcooked PIGEON instead of a chicken breast on my sourdough , seriously! Look at the picture, it doesn't even touch one side. read more

Worst Jack in the Box ever! "Out of coffee" at 8:30am on a Saturday morning! Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes!! Couldn't even leave since had cars in front and behind blocking me in. The girl working the window had the worst attitude Iike she hated her job. Super smug. Then got the food and bread was burnt & stale on my breakfast sandwich. Never again. read more

Jack in the Box - Took 20 minutes to get burnt food. I thought it's called "fast food" - Fast Food Near Me - Dixon, California

We've all been to a Jack inda Crack, but this one had some items I've never seen before. Repackaging at it's finest as JIB used regular items on their menu to create something new. Taco Nachos - the $.99 tacos quartered on a bed of lettuce topped with jalapenos Grilled cheese sandwich - sourdough bread from the sourdough jack with Jack's American cheese. I haven't been inside a JIB lately but it seems like their reposition themselves into more of a loungey type of atmosphere with bar style tables and more modern and hip furniture. It's working. read more

Jack in the Box - eat like a king for less than $15. - Fast Food Near Me - Dixon, California

My review is based on the drive-thru only. I stopped here to get something to eat on my way home from Davis as I was starving. As I was driving towards here I notice an extremely long line and almost turned around however I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the line moved. Even got an apology for the long wait from someone that seemed to be some sort of manager. My order was correct, hot and I got it fairly quick so I was able to get back on the congested highway, eat and drive home! read more

Horrible horrible service don't think this jack in the box will be in business for many more years too bad. I think it is time for the Jack-in-the-Box franchise to step in on this business read more

Okay, this isn't my typical review. I don't usually eat at fast food joints and particularly burger joints. Why? Too many calories and carbs! But Jack in the Box offers a lettuce wrap which significantly cuts the calories & carbs so I thought I'd try it. So on a very rainy Sunday (no Sun day?), I visited this convenient establishment just off Route 80 in Dixon. Olga took my order and was very nice. She gave me a senior discount without my even asking for it. I noticed that all the employees seemed pleasant and happy to work there. I ordered the Jumbo Cheeseburger with no bun and a coffee--came to $ 3.96 including tax. Not bad at all! The restaurant was very clean and warm. Atmosphere was quiet and I could read without distraction. I noticed that the drive through was very busy. All-in-all, a very strong 4 stars! read more

Conveniently located right off the freeway, jack in the box makes it a great stop for a grab and go. There prices are okay, just wish they had more in the 99 cent range. I had a Grilled Chicken Club Salad with Balsamic dressing. The salad was well prepped an did not contain any soggy lettuce pieces. One thing i would add to this salad would be a hard broiled egg. I deferred from getting a drink which i think is a bit pricey. McDonalds has set the trend if the $1 for any size drinks. I went across the street to the Chevron station and grabbed a drink for much less. Also this place is near a hotel if you happen to need a nights stay in Dixon. I do believe that this Jack in the Box is open 24/7. read more

When I first stepped in the vibe was really off. The service was horrible. There was this short lady with glasses who kept on repeating my order wrong and didn't even apologize for it. She just up and left. They gave me what they wanted and it was terrible. The food didn't taste fresh or tasted old and cold. I'm never coming back to this Jack in the Box. I do agree the one in Davis is better by a lot. read more
