After I placed my order, I asked the doña of the truck if it was possible for her to make me a burrito with the same shredded beef used in the quesabirra tacos. I might as well have asked her if she had two eyes because she gave me an enthusiastic "yes" like it was the most obvious thing in the world. I knew I was in for a treat, but I had no idea it was going to be this good. First of all, this burrito weighed about as much as a newborn baby.
