Where do I begin!!! I've seen this taco truck on Instagram and to my surprise, they catered to the birthday party I was attending. I don't think I've ever been more excited. The food was served by Benito's Tacos employees and we were given the option between two meats, chicken or asada. There was also 3 salsa options, Birria tacos, and rice / beans. The spicy salsa was my favorite! Enjoyable with a kick. I'm not usually the biggest asada fan but I would order their asada 10/10 times. There was so much flavor in the meat! The birria taco came with a side of consume. Very good! The chicken was also good. I will say the highlight for me was the flavor from the asada mixed with the spicy salsa. Let me tell you how much I love these birria tacos. We attended the Marin County fair this year and were very disappointed in the lack of food other than the carnival fare from Butler Amusements. As we walked around the greatly reduced number of food options, we stumbled upon Benito's tucked into a corner of the fairgrounds, and what was coming off that truck looked amazing. We ordered the tacos and man, let me tell you I've NEVER had quesabirria tacos that were this good! Next level amazing combination of meat, cheese, taco, and the most amazing dipping sauce - they were flying off the truck and I can see why. I discovered they ONLY do fairs and special events, don't have a permanent location and they came from the Sacramento area. Jump ahead a few weeks and we are considering going to the State Fair, mostly because the weather that Friday was amazingly cool for this time of year. So it was to our surprise and great satisfaction that we found Benito's there, with big signs boasting their being voted "best food" at the state fair two years running (I bet it's 3 now). Went to the State Fair and their food truck was there. Noticed they won first place for Savory Dip whatever that means. Birria Tacos Very tasty and comes with dipping sauce rich in flavor. It was very expensive u get three for $18. However all food at the fair is expensive. read more

Benito's Taco has never failed to impress me. First time I had their food was at a local park event, which the service was fantastic, food was amazing, and there was no wait! The Quesabirria tacos with the consome are by far my favorite item on their menu! (The horchata being an honorable mention) I introduced my family to Benito's and they instantly fell in love with it as well. In fact, we had Benito's Tacos cater my sisters wedding, as well as a recent company Christmas event (both events having over a 100 people). Benito's brought around 5-6 staff each time and managed to feed everyone with no wait! Benito's Taco is a MUST!!! The birria tacos with their consome is super delicious. I love that it's made so well and doesn't make you feel weighed down or bloated. We recently ordered their Super Bowl Birria Tacos Platter 12 for $45 (two orders) with a huge side of onions and cilantro, lime wedges and consome. I placed an order by messaging them on IG and they responded very quickly. It was made fresh and I picked them up locally. It was packaged separately which was awesome so nothing gets soggy and whoever eating it can do what they want. It was a huge hit and was devoured. The consome was so tasty and not too salty, very flavorful. The onions and cilantro was diced finely. It was perfect because some don't like chunks of onion or a full stem of cilantro at once. CAN I START BY SAYING, IN ALL CAPS... WOWWWW! I am intending on sounding like I'm shouting, cause they have outdone themselves with their food items! Not only are the tacos the best freaking tacos I've ever had, the team is so amazing! I was browsing the food trucks at the event last night at the creek walk and my cousin was like oh look buckhorn... I said hold on let's keep looking. I saw Benitos truck and was like we're trying there! We ordered the 3 shredded beef tacos and they came crunchy, with melted cheese (I'm a sucker for the melted cheese!) topped with red onions and this sauce on the side. The sauce comes hot, and I can't even begin to tell you about how good that sauce is! I ordered one order and had to go back before the concert was over and order more to take home! Love Benito's Tacos! We've eaten their twice, the first time was at True Symmetry brewery. We ordered chicken tacos and a chicken burrito and they were so good. The second time was in downtown Vacaville. We ordered two combo plates and everything was delicious. It came with rice, beans, 3 birria tacos and consommé. Pretty disappointing food. Straight up didn't have stuff that was on their menu such as carne asada and drinks. Ordered a carnitas burrito which didn't come with lime or salsa. Paying $14 for a burrito isn't the end of the world but it's a bummer when all you taste is the tomato paste from the Spanish rice, and the size is on par with Taco Bell lol. Don't waste your time here, the service was about as good as the food.
