($7.25 with a drink) The food always comes out piping hot, with enough sauce~ The lettuce us crunchy with plenty of white sauce on it. I am so stuffed when ever I get this meal! My only criticism is the portion of meat to rice, they tend to give you more rice than meat. The food truck is only open until 2-3 PM, I wish it was open until 6 PM :(. The egg is okay but doesn't stand out as something that highlights a sandwich/burger. Some contrasting textures would have helped too like a crunchy pickled vegetable. Service - the two individuals manning the food truck were very nice and explained all the various dishes to me. You also get a little free water with your order. Ambiance - they're located in a gas station parking lot with four or five parking spots nearby adjacent to the tire pressure refilling station. They also have a few tables and chairs set up in the shade behind the food truck if you want to eat there. Conclusion: I will definitely be back to try out some of their other dishes. I'm a fan of beef/lamb gyros so as soon as I saw this truck I was locked in. However, walking toward the truck I saw a plate on the side panel of the truck that look like tacos, but if your Mexican aunt hooked up with a Greek dude. As the guy inside the truck said, these are NOT Mexican tacos, they are made with fresh Mediterranean ingredients. The taco was I got it with spicy sauce, which played perfectly with the white sauce. Sooo good. I'll be looking for this truck again tomorrow.

I do understand that a lot of this is likely due to the hefty booth fee the Market charges. The folks running it are very friendly. The last time I was there, I couldn't decide between the Mario (Italian sausage, marinara and mozzarella) and Luigi (cremini, pesto and mozzarella). Both were excellent, with flavorful filling and a flaky crust that also held up to the filling. The caramelized onion and Gruyère also sounded tempting. In the past I've had a mushroom and cheese pie, and some sort of chicken filling that I don't recall (not that it wasn't memorable -- it was just several years ago).

But boy was I impressed once I read their menu and tried their food. They always have a couple vegetarian options, as well as a couple with meat, so there is something for everyone, and it's all worth it.
