I just came from there tonight and the lady working there (never saw her there before) was Rude!!!! She was super rude to me over the intercom did NOT wanna be bothered with even letting me speak to tell her I was there to pick up my online order I had placed. And when I pulled up to the window she had a stank look on her face and she had my bag of food being held out the window for me ready to grab before I could even pull up. And when I grabbed my food she was so angry with me. Not sure what I even did? Especially since I am always nice to workers always have been. I know what it's like to work hard and do a good job but this was terrible. I could not imagine working with someone like that. She didn't have a name tag on but she was darker complected, heavy set, stank face attitude, she had her hair in a bun with a dirty visor on. I do feel bad for any of her coworkers who have to work with her. This was the worst experience I've had there and I am born n raised here in Dixon never had 1 issue at that Taco Bell. read more

Food- it's Taco Bell. You know what it is and what it's not going to be before you order it. Service- there was a sign that told me to go to an iPad to order but I had a coupon. ;-) Yeah, I had a coupon. Kinda chuckling as I write that. Ambiance- it's a fast food location. Ambiance? That's just funny. Took it to go anyways, so... I think it's supposed to be all shiny new as it has been remodeled and I don't have to wear a mask. There were a few folks working the assembly process and they really want you to order from the iPad so they don't have to deal with you but I had a coupon! (Might be my new slogan.) They had to key in my discount. If you're in a hurry, I could see this being frustrating. I had to wait for someone to break away from the artisan assembly line to listen to my cheap behind order. Was all good- I had a coupon. When all was said and done, I had a couple burritos in my brown bag with 12 hot sauces. If you say "a lot," they interpret that as twelve. Unlocked my bike from the rack out front and took off. TLDR: Standard Taco Bell. I had a coupon. read more

Well, we stopped here because we were hungry and had to use the bathroom. Good news, the bathroom is open to the public. The first bathroom was unusable. I waited for the 2nd one to be empty and that one was much more pleasant. The food....Well as I was eating I hear the manager telling the staff to speed it up. She had a stopwatch. I wanted to tell her that speed isn't everything. My burrito was only half wrapped. Management need more training then they can train there staff. There obsession with speed is brining down the quality of the food. In addition the place isn't even busy. Only 2 parties were inside and no one was at the drive thru. The 5 layer burrito was good. The taco was barely filled. They need to fill it up a lot more. read more

I just want it to be known, whoever is working right now is doing a good job. My food/ tacos were clean and not messy like they usually are at other locations. Which generally makes me avoid going to Taco Bell, but I had a craving. I was given exactly how many sauce packets I requested, with one extra, which is another hard one to achieve. I am very satisfied with experience I just had. Not very common these days at fast food chains. Good job. 2/20/2024 at 6:45 pm. Only thing I will say, top management/ owner should really have a professional window cleaner come clean the windows. They are pretty bad. But I'm not complaining, as long as next time I stop by the food and service is exactly how it just was. I'd rather dirty windows and good food and service than the alternative. read more

Cashier Adiele needs to be fired. She's extremely RUDE! I went through the drive through and she did not say one word to me. She didn't even have the decency to say one word to a paying customer?! She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I will never be back if she's there. read more

How come the app works better than the drive through? How come when I order through the drive through and ask to make sure there's not an ingredient on my food how come when I get home that ingredient is right there on top?? This is the worst freaking Taco Bell ever, every single time we have gone, there is ALWAYS something. Either they mess up your order, or they close early claiming they are short staffed when there are FIVE employees standing around. The employees are the RUDEST people. Well at least the night shift is. I've NEVERA had a good experience with this place, and after today.. I will go the extra 15 minutes to another location! read more

My review is basically about service. Lunch time and nobody in the restaurant. Couple cars in drive thru. 4 people at the counter. Nobody to take an order! You HAVE to use the kiosk. Gentleman in front of me didn't want to use the kiosk. I didn't either. Nope, nobody to take his order. He refused to use the kiosk because he wanted to pay with cash. I will never order from a kiosk and I will NEVER pay with a credit card in any restaurant. In a matter of about 2 minutes they lost 3 customers. Just walked out. I am not going to go through the drive thru, either, and sit in the parking lot to eat my food in the car. Not a good trend for any restaurant. The amount of money from three orders would have paid for an employee to take our orders. read more

Instead of a normal drive-through, they had a worker standing with an iPad taking orders in the drive-through lane, in 90° direct sun, with no shade. At the least, a shade umbrella could be provided. I asked " Is the drive-through broken?" The worker replied: " No they're just having us do this because it makes our time better." And the time was very fast. It was probably 30 seconds from when I finished paying to when I picked up my food and.... surprise surprise, the food was cold! Because you can't make hot food in 30 seconds! This is inhumane treatment of workers, in the service of meeting a time quota, which only ends up resulting in an inferior food product. All in all a lose-lose situation. I will be contacting corporate to let them know of the situation read more

This Taco Bell locks their doors to customers at 8:25 pm, contrary to their posted hours to 9:00 pm

Horrible service here. They forgot to put two items in the bag, no big deal. We walk up to the window and stand there waiting for two frito burritos, 7 cars have passed and gotten their food before we get our missing food. Yet, when we first walked up, there was only a car at the window and no one at the speaker box. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The guy working at the drive thru gave one of the girls at the window a free Baja blast because it was just sitting there. I guess our order wasn't the only one missing items. read more

5/2/22 around 11:30am. I ordered a chicken power bowl and the rice is so crunchy. I tried eating around the rice but just can't do it. I live across town and I'm not driving all the way back to ask for a refund. Waste of money. read more

We stopped to eat in our way back from camping. The staff there was amazing! Very friendly and got everything right! I watched as one lady helped a senior order something that wasn't really on the menu anymore. She patiently helped her order what she wanted and was so kind! It made me smile. Wish I'd gotten her name, she obviously had been a Taco Bell veteran! read more

This place is a joke. Don't waist your time on going there. Terrible service. Food was no bueno.

So we came to this Taco Bell drive thru after it was remodeled at 11:15PM, 45 minutes before they close. When they took our order, they added all our items to the order before us and told us an incorrect total, luckily I was able to catch this so not too big a deal. The items we ordered were a chicken quesadilla, chicken quesarito, and a number 12 (quesarito that I ordered with steak w/ no sour cream and one crunchy taco), and one more crunchy taco. We got both tacos that were correct, but the quesaritos both had guacamole on them which doesn't come on it normally. There was no quesadilla wrap on it at all. Basically weren't quesaritos at all. This location seems to mess up in some way every time AT LEAST at night time. I haven't been in the early parts of the day at all so I can't really comment on that. I don't do Yelp reviews unless it's pretty bad to be honest. read more

Service was fast and with a smile. Very nice staff there. It was very clean. Napkins available but did have to ask for a fork according to a large sign. Food was freshly made on orders. Just got off work and headed here for food. Asked for a chicken Crunchwrap with light lettuce. Got extra lettuce and beef instead. Workers were laughing at the Crunchwrap I handed back to her. Shocking that I go to leave a feedback and they have two stars. Messed up drive through order with 20 cars in line. Knocked on door to speak with them and was waved to go back through line (with 20 cars). Called and manager said "I'm not going to waste my time giving you corporates's number, you can look it up. I have gotten food poisoning twice from this particular Taco Bell restaurant. I never receive what I order here. Tonight I thought it's been awhile so I'll give them one more try....I ordered a burrito supreme and when I got my order I am told that they ran out of refried beans so they put black beans in it instead!! I'll never ever come here again!!! You guys are beyond terrible!! read more

If Yelp could make a category called "Slow Food" this Taco Bell would definitely be in it. Went to the drive-thru here.. was asked at the menu board to wait for a few minutes. There were no cars ahead of me. Uh ok. I decided to stay and wait considering the other fast food places had gigantic lines. Ordered a doubledilla steak quesadilla and this steak flatbread sandwich. Waited at the window for probably 8 minutes. Honestly that is pretty ridiculous given that I was the only car there and there were no customers inside. Got the food.. the steak flatbread was lightweight cold and somewhat hard. Ridiculous. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would came at 9:50 on Monday I was here before they closed and turned off the light but will not take my order. Won't even say a word to me. Just laughed at me in the window. I understand it may be your first job but common sense of coming to the window and saying sorry goes a LONG WAY. Didn't even need my food at that point just wanted an apology. It was 2 blonde girls and a guy. Pathetic learn customer service read more

The cashier (John?) even though my receipt says Antonio, was super helpful and a funny guy. Placed a mobile order they told me to pull up, didn't mention they were out of chicken. When i got up there the drive thru guy said they were out of chicken and offered steak or cheese i chose steak. He came back saying he couldn't do it because of the upcharge and couldnt do it. I said forget it. I called back to get my refund and the first employee had attitude and was rude as hell. The second one was the shift manager and was also rude they didnt give their names because i was going to call corporate. Dont go to this taco bell. It sucks, the customer service sucks and they dont know how to treat customers who are pissed. read more

I off and on go to Taco Bell but today the Customer service is horrible and my food was gross. I got a crunch wrap and it was made like no one knew how to do it. The guy looked at my cash like he had never seen it before. Another guy says here and gives me my food. Disappointed read more

Garbage customer service. Made a pick up order for 11 it charges my card I get there and there cones in front of the drive through. Guy tells me they are closed and he's sorry but there's nothing I can do about it so basically they just took my money and closed an hour early for no reason was alot of cars in the parking lot with lights on and no one getting any of there food. read more

The staff at this location is rude. We had a vehicle that wouldn't fit thru the drive thru so we were going to order inside and obviously take it to go due to Covid. Staff wouldn't even approach us just shook their head no/ said go. When we got outside they scurried over to lock the door. How do they plan to serve someone that can't go thru a drive thru or get out of their vehicle? Do better! read more

Just went through the drive-thru. 7/30/2020 at 7:37 pm. Both guys that I could see inside making my food and pouring drinks for me and my family of 7 and their masks are UNDER their chins. I am crushed. I just ordered $55.00 in food and paid before noticing. I'm absolutely crushed. Worst ever. I spotted the manager outside and talked to him. He made them make my food again. I was going to give 1 star but the manager's excellent response made me decide to give 3. Just be aware. read more

A big shout out to Adrian and Carli at Taco Bell. We were excited about a drive thru free Loco Taco today. But some bad apples took advantage of their generous offer and wiped out their supply.
