Food- it's Taco Bell. You know what it is and what it's not going to be before you order it. Service- there was a sign that told me to go to an iPad to order but I had a coupon. ;-) Yeah, I had a coupon. Kinda chuckling as I write that. Ambiance- it's a fast food location. Ambiance? That's just funny. Took it to go anyways, so... I think it's supposed to be all shiny new as it has been remodeled and I don't have to wear a mask. There were a few folks working the assembly process and they really want you to order from the iPad so they don't have to deal with you but I had a coupon! (Might be my new slogan.) They had to key in my discount. If you're in a hurry, I could see this being frustrating. I had to wait for someone to break away from the artisan assembly line to listen to my cheap behind order. Was all good- I had a coupon. When all was said and done, I had a couple burritos in my brown bag with 12 hot sauces. If you say "a lot," they interpret that as twelve. Well, we stopped here because we were hungry and had to use the bathroom. Good news, the bathroom is open to the public. The first bathroom was unusable. I waited for the 2nd one to be empty and that one was much more pleasant. The food....Well as I was eating I hear the manager telling the staff to speed it up. She had a stopwatch. I wanted to tell her that speed isn't everything. My burrito was only half wrapped. Management need more training then they can train there staff. There obsession with speed is brining down the quality of the food. In addition the place isn't even busy. Only 2 parties were inside and no one was at the drive thru. The 5 layer burrito was good. The taco was barely filled. They need to fill it up a lot more. read more

I just want it to be known, whoever is working right now is doing a good job. My food/ tacos were clean and not messy like they usually are at other locations. Which generally makes me avoid going to Taco Bell, but I had a craving. I was given exactly how many sauce packets I requested, with one extra, which is another hard one to achieve. I am very satisfied with experience I just had. Not very common these days at fast food chains. Good job. 2/20/2024 at 6:45 pm. Only thing I will say, top management/ owner should really have a professional window cleaner come clean the windows. They are pretty bad. This is the worst freaking Taco Bell ever, every single time we have gone, there is ALWAYS something. Either they mess up your order, or they close early claiming they are short staffed when there are FIVE employees standing around. The employees are the RUDEST people. My review is basically about service. Lunch time and nobody in the restaurant. Couple cars in drive thru. 4 people at the counter. Nobody to take an order! You HAVE to use the kiosk. Gentleman in front of me didn't want to use the kiosk. I didn't either. Nope, nobody to take his order. He refused to use the kiosk because he wanted to pay with cash. I will never order from a kiosk and I will NEVER pay with a credit card in any restaurant. In a matter of about 2 minutes they lost 3 customers. Just walked out. I am not going to go through the drive thru, either, and sit in the parking lot to eat my food in the car. Not a good trend for any restaurant. The amount of money from three orders would have paid for an employee to take our orders. read more

Instead of a normal drive-through, they had a worker standing with an iPad taking orders in the drive-through lane, in 90° direct sun, with no shade. At the least, a shade umbrella could be provided. I asked " Is the drive-through broken?" The worker replied: " No they're just having us do this because it makes our time better." And the time was very fast. It was probably 30 seconds from when I finished paying to when I picked up my food and.... surprise surprise, the food was cold! Because you can't make hot food in 30 seconds! This is inhumane treatment of workers, in the service of meeting a time quota, which only ends up resulting in an inferior food product. All in all a lose-lose situation. Horrible service here. They forgot to put two items in the bag, no big deal. We walk up to the window and stand there waiting for two frito burritos, 7 cars have passed and gotten their food before we get our missing food. Yet, when we first walked up, there was only a car at the window and no one at the speaker box. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The guy working at the drive thru gave one of the girls at the window a free Baja blast because it was just sitting there. I guess our order wasn't the only one missing items. read more

Service was fast and with a smile. Very nice staff there. It was very clean. Napkins available but did have to ask for a fork according to a large sign. Food was freshly made on orders. Found it a bit expensive for what we ordered but that's price these days. It fed the hunger for a quick meal. read more

We stopped to eat in our way back from camping. The staff there was amazing! Very friendly and got everything right! I watched as one lady helped a senior order something that wasn't really on the menu anymore. She patiently helped her order what she wanted and was so kind! It made me smile. So we came to this Taco Bell drive thru after it was remodeled at 11:15PM, 45 minutes before they close. When they took our order, they added all our items to the order before us and told us an incorrect total, luckily I was able to catch this so not too big a deal. The items we ordered were a chicken quesadilla, chicken quesarito, and a number 12 (quesarito that I ordered with steak w/ no sour cream and one crunchy taco), and one more crunchy taco. We got both tacos that were correct, but the quesaritos both had guacamole on them which doesn't come on it normally. There was no quesadilla wrap on it at all. Basically weren't quesaritos at all. This location seems to mess up in some way every time AT LEAST at night time. I haven't been in the early parts of the day at all so I can't really comment on that. I don't do Yelp reviews unless it's pretty bad to be honest. read more

Placed a mobile order they told me to pull up, didn't mention they were out of chicken. When i got up there the drive thru guy said they were out of chicken and offered steak or cheese i chose steak. He came back saying he couldn't do it because of the upcharge and couldnt do it. I said forget it. I called back to get my refund and the first employee had attitude and was rude as hell. The second one was the shift manager and was also rude they didnt give their names because i was going to call corporate. Dont go to this taco bell.
