This Taco Bell used to be great until they remodeled. Now you spend no less than 30 minutes in the drive thru in the evenings. The wait HAS been an hour before. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I worked at Taco Bell (different location) for a total of 4 years, I know how these places are run. The management has to be basically nonexistent. I've lived in Dixon for a few years now and every time I've been here, it's something. They close hours early, they're out of the food they need to make your order (and then they tell you they have to charge you extra to substitute...when THEY RAN OUT), something missing from the order every time, their "computers are down" (repeatedly) and they can't take orders. Even cash? Nope, can't take cash either. Slow service, rude employees. Worst customer service imaginable. I never write reviews like this. I understand that people have off days and things go wrong. This place has been consistently terrible over a period of at least the 3 years I've lived here. Drive to Davis or Vacaville if you want Taco Bell. I promise it's worth it. read more

I went through the crowded slow drive through once. when I received my order, i wasn't offered a recipient. i parked in one of the spots directly in front of the establishment to eat my food and i realized the entire order was wrong. like completely. rather than the 3 burritos and taco that me and my friend ordered we saw 3 random tortillas with potatoes in them. no biggy. we got back in the drive through line and waited another 10 minutes. at the window the lady rudely asked for us to restate our order. after we did, she asked for payment. we had to repay for a meal that they messed up. so horrible, get your act together guys. read more

I ordered just 3 things, and when I got my food and parked outside to eat it, I realized I got the complete wrong order. I went up to the door to tell a worker, but the door was locked, so I had to wait 20 minutes in line to get to the window and explain what was wrong. The ultramodern decor is not family freindly if your party is more than four persons. Changed the baby in the car and guess what no garbage can outside either. Dining room is filthy napkins,bags and wrappers on the floor. I tasted a slight mildew taste from the soda machine. Lots of the interior of the dining room is trashed pieces ripped out of the facaud,padding on te seats with rips in them and water damage on the ceiling. Bathrooms ussually not clean. This is unacceptable since it was the morning and they had barely any customer's. Even with 2 people working there is no excuse fir the place to be trashed first thing in the morning. This particular Taco Bell was just renovated and rebuilt, along with new hires staff. My daughter and I had 3 young children with us in 90+ degree weather. I cannot figure out for the life of me, WHY nothing has changed. If you're going through the drive through, do NOT be in any kind of rush. You WILL be stuck in that line for AT LEAST, 20 to 30 minutes or longer. Meanwhile, the walk in is pretty empty. I can understand if the dining room was full but it never is. It's usually empty. This is the longest wait you will have in a drive through. And HOPE that your order is filled correctly. Whoever hires staff for this particular Dixon location obviously has no prior customer service experience. The staff is never friendly, and extremely slow. Hopefully they will eventually get this straightened out. 7/23/2019, my daughter begged me to once again go through this particular location as there was specific food that she wanted. I reluctantly did so. This time there was only one car ahead of me so the wait was not long. Ok I love Taco Bell, I haven't had anything necessarily bad from this location... but with that said, they never put sauce on anything! I'm a sauce person and I know there is supposed to be sauce on the bean burritos and the cheesy bean and rice burritos and so in and so forth. There's never sauce on anything I order. Literally the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have never had to wait this long for an order. It would have been quicker for me to drive from this Taco Bell to the one in Vacaville and order. Very inefficient. Granted we were waiting for over 15 mins for our order but I the time we were waiting they made the same order for another customer twice (which really surprised her because she was almost done with her meal) and they made a to go order for someone that did not exist.
