TLDR great food but when they mess up there's zero customer service I like this location but when you order delivery from them you only get one half of a footlong done correctly and the second half with little meat and full of vegetables. When you contact support about it their only answer is essentially "we'll call them" and nothing else. Forget about resolving the issue over the phone because when you call them they don't even give an option to speak to someone about the issue. read more

Last night was rough weather wise. We had bad storms and half the businesses in the area had no power. We placed an on line order, after we arrived, I had never seen a subway so busy. I have to give it to the guys working last night. Our order was perfect, and what wasn't perfect they made right by turning it into a bowl. This is the worst subway I have ever been too. We have been coming here for years, and the past three times have been terrible. There's a little girl Adraina who works there she said she was 17. Doesn't know anything, makes my mom this salad but isn't even a salad. There's like 5 prices of spinach, 2 olives, and a few onions. but a good portion of bologna. Everything else was terrible. If we are talking heathly, fresh, low calorie, inexpensive lunch alternatives to fast food... Subway is indeed as good as it gets. I of course like all the highest fat items they sell like the Meatball sandwich, Philly steak and Tuna on a grilled bun!!! But today I behaved myself and ordered the Turkey $5 foot long. Now that I'm back to my health goals and controlling my intake, a foot long divided into three will be enough for lunch, dinner & lunch the next day along with some fruit. This location also still honors the $3.99 daily lunch specials. Subway & lots of cardio are gonna be my ticket to loosing 20 lbs in 25 days. read more

Guest service is good, the staff is friendly. However, the portions are small, even when asking (and paying) for extra. I got three subs, all footlongs. Only 3 guests in front of me, but the service was slow. Took more than 20 minutes to be in and out. Once I finally reached the end for payment, I asked which sub was which - but did not expect to hear "I don't know, she didn't tell me." and left at that. So I had to open my sandwiches, which were very poorly wrapped (toppings ended up on the counter and paper was not covering one end of my sandwiches) to figure it out. After giving this subway another chance I was still very disappointed. My husband and I both got a roasted chicken sub. We asked for it to be toasted. It is the number one visited restaurant for lunch for me. The food is good you always know what to expect. I would not call it fresh food because most of the stuff or not really fresh. Bellamy is not fresh but it's good. I love their turkey. The turkey is really amazing. The staff there are professional and clean. They wash their hands and change your gloves frequently.
