Video Review: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPRoNqTDp/ value - 1.5/5 - $5 for a sandwich is wrong. The try to justify this with their points system, but that's only if you spend an insane amount of money with them. To give you the math. We spent $80.34 in total over 4 visits & if we were the highest tier from the beginning, we would have gotten around $6. 7.5% back is very good until you realize you have to spend almost $900 to get to that tier. And to rub salt in the wound that $6 only gets you one slightly advanced chicken sandwich. Other fast food places give much better app deals. McDonald's of course being the GOAT. taste - 3/5 - The food itself isn't that amazing, it's the sauce that carries everything. But it's definitely not bad food by any means. It's just above average to meh for the most part, for example, the ice cream cone does not taste like ice cream, it tastes only like milk every time I have it no matter which location I go to. freshness - 4/5 - Everything is mostly fresh. I would say 25% of the time something will be slightly wrong like fries/chicken are a bit dry or have no seasoning or the ice cream sundae is already half way liquid when we get it or the cups super sticky. how clean it tastes - 3.5/5 - It's very clean, nothing has a weird taste at all, you can tell most things are made in house, but certain items like the dairy ones. I don't know why but, my body is telling me this isn't SUPER clean like everything else, definitely feeling a bit processed there once it hits the gut. You will be spending: $$ - $20 or less per person to fill you up. The chickfila meals/combos do not fill me up as a short king. They get me through that time of the day when I'm hungry, but definitely not the whole day. Can't imagine how hungry I would be if I was an average height king. Wait time : 5 - 10 minutes for pick up 10 - 15 mins for in person, this place is almost always packed, but everything runs extremely efficient How often should you eat this? : Eat it once a week. Me and my toilet are fine. Everything from them is mostly clean. Very impressive considering its fast food & deep fried. personal score - 2/5. It is way too expensive for the food they are putting out. We're in a recession. If I am going to spend that much for so little, I'm going to pick up food at an actual restaurant that will cost a little more, but feed me for the entire day. objective score - 3.5/5. What carries Chickfila is their consistency in the right areas. Freshness, cleanliness, simplicity, customer service, & taste. What you order at one location will pretty much be the same across all chains no matter where you are in the US, and the sauces are diverse enough to match all their foods. They don't do anything particularly awful in terms of fast food, there are definitely much worse places in different categories. They are one of the best fast food chains in America, sounds impressive at first, but that's a low bar to clear. Quick overview: If you have the money & want clean, consistent & fresh fast food? This place is it, but for everyone else? Other fast food places places have much better deals for food that might taste better, but not taste as clean. It is what it is. I honestly recommend just going to a restaurant and picking up food, support local businesses! Would I eat here again? Just once more, because they gave us a free cookie. went to both lawrenceville & dacula locations For more reviews tiktok: bgeefoodreviews

Food is like every other chick fill a, BUT SERVICE is literally the worse service I've ever gotten at a chick fill a before... they tend to say no a lot request compared to all the other ones I've ever been too. And it has happen more than one time. We don't really eat bread and it was still breakfast time... all we wanted to order was chicken nuggets for my kid (not the minis bc of the bread), and a salad for my husband, they told us if we wanted them we needed to wait until lunch time, usually at every other CFA I've been to we have to wait a little extra to get it (we don't mind it) but the fact that they wanted us to wait 30 min until lunch time started for something they already had was ridiculous, we know the salads are premade already and the minis are nuggets and we didn't want fries so why be so complicated about it? it would of have been a lot easier than making 20 minis ... my kid don't like the bread either

My wife and son ate there this morning. Service was horrible atrocious and $22 for my wife and a 10-year-old to eat breakfast.. this is unfathomable how can you charge $22 for this junk chemical bomb food. I told them they are never allowed to eat there again. She happily agreed because the service was so bad and she said the food tasted like a foot.. do you actually know what's in this food they trying to act like they're all Christian, godly and serving healthy food, over 60 different ingredients in a chicken nugget or a chicken sandwich. 60 think about that.

The manager Jonah is amazing I had a terribly great time at this Chick-fil-A. This tall short handed boy named Jonah came up to me and asked for a bite of my food. I was appalled he didn't ask sooner. I gladly gave him half of my food and we talked over politics and pools for half an hour m. When he left he gave me a terribly amazing big hug and I was left so happy. He even sauntered off in a provocative manner and I loved it! 10/10 would recommend to my gals. Chicken was cold though

    Dirty Dining

Cashier stuck his finger inside my cup when making my drink. Barely any strawberries in my lemonade still after being made twice. Our food took 30 minutes and we had to ask for it plus my salad was made wrong a chicken patty instead of strips. Ghetttoooo dining room dirty bathrooms dirty ugghhhhh. Nobody said my pleasure

Wish I had read the reviews before heading to this location. The employees I interacted with in the drive through were nice and that brings the review up to 2 stars. Ordered a small Mac and Cheese and the container was 3/4 empty. Of course, didn't know until I was home with my family ready to eat. Disappointed. This isn't the CFA standard of care I'm used to receiving.

They get our order wrong every time. I guess they are use to it since they suggest checking the bag before you leave. Tonight I checked the bag and once again no salad dressing for the salad. I get home and the salad which was ordered for our son with allergies had a sticker on the top that said no cheese but opens it up and there was cheese under the chicken. Definitely one of the worst chick-fil-a around.

I found Flako's Fish & Chicken (the name on the receipt--though the building says…read more"Fish-Chicken-N-More") while browsing Google Maps for a well-rated spot, and this place definitely stood out with its 4.5 stars and hundreds of reviews. After scrolling through the photos, I was sold and decided to check it out with my partner on May 1, 2026 around 6:00 PM. As soon as we walked in, the place was buzzing. There were a lot of people inside--some ordering, many waiting--which honestly felt like a really good sign. The atmosphere was lively, a bit crowded, and full of that "local favorite" energy. It's not a fancy or polished dine-in spot, but it felt authentic, busy, and promising. After looking over the menu, we ordered: - 6 piece plain wings with fries & celery $7.99 - 12 piece hot wings with fries & celery $12.49 - 12 piece wings (6 lemon pepper / 6 garlic parmesan) with fries & celery $12.49 Total came out to $34.95 after tax. When we got home and opened everything up, the wings looked incredible--crispy, well-coated, and fresh out the fryer with a really appetizing golden-brown color. You could immediately tell they were made to order. My partner had the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan combo and rated it a 4.5/5. The seasoning was bold, savory, and well-balanced--the lemon pepper had that zesty, slightly tangy kick, while the garlic parmesan was rich, aromatic, and cheesy without being overwhelming. I had the 12 piece hot wings and would rate them a 4/5. The heat level was definitely there--spicy, bold, and satisfying--but I do wish there was a bit more depth of flavor beyond just the spice. Still, they were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and overall really enjoyable. One thing that stood out in a good way was the wing size. Most of them were actually pretty big--definitely larger and meatier than what you'd get at places like American Deli or similar spots. A few smaller ones here and there, but overall solid portions. A couple small downsides: - Each box only came with 2 pieces of celery, which felt a bit skimpy. - The fries were just okay. I'm sure they're great fresh--crispy and golden--but by the time we got home, they already tasted a bit stale and limp, which was disappointing. I was honestly hoping they'd be better than American Deli's, but they didn't quite hit that mark. Overall, this spot lived up to most of the hype. Flavorful, generously portioned wings, a busy and energetic atmosphere, and solid value for the price. I'd definitely come back--next time I might eat there fresh or try different flavors to see what else stands out.

Amazing Customer Experience to match their Amazing Food!…read more If you are in need of a food truck for your event, look no further! We were having a huge outdoor party for my husband's 50th birthday and we had invited over 100 people and we really wanted a food truck where not only the adults would love the food but also not too eccentric where it could please the kids too. I spent a lot of time throughout a week scouring the internet for a food truck that I felt could fit our needs. I found the menus for private parties too restricting and it was starting to feel I wouldn't be able to find the kind of menu I wanted. A friend of mine whose neighborhood has a lot of block parties and hires food trucks often suggested Soul Truckin Good. She said that out of all the trucks, that was the most raved about and pleased the masses. I had called a few already and felt discouraged with the limited menu for private parties. I might have liked this and that but maybe they couldn't do this and that together. I felt a little like Goldilocks and the Three Bears trying to find a menu I felt excited about. With the party being combined with our annual St. Patty's Day party I knew the drinks would be flowing and I wanted to make sure the food was yummy, hearty and filling for a one time guest visit to the truck. So I called Soul Truckin Good, and Jei answered the phone. She has the perfect amount of professionalism, kindness AND understanding when talking things over. The way she described the menu was very easy to understand and I felt like we had great main dish and side dish choices to work with. There was one additional side I wanted even though it ventured outside of the A, B, C type of menu. She wanted to make sure we were happy and she was happy to work with me to make sure we had the menu we wanted. By the end of the process, I felt like I was talking to my friend rather than a stranger. The party was growing by the day. And she talked me through everything regarding the number of people and how much to order, like a pro. Sometimes I felt like she was my therapist, lol, because of the concern I had with making sure everyone would get fed. When you have an Evite for a big party and even if you set a deadline for RSVPs, you will always have those friends that say, oh I forgot...is it too late? Or I know I initially said it was just 2 of us but now it will be all 5, yada yada yada. So we came up with a plan that I felt comfortable with. And not to forget about the food or the guest happiness- the day of the party gets here and the food truck was a huge success. Everyone loved the food. Everything went smoothly, truck was here on-time (even early). They make sure to plan with time cushions to get to their commitments with plenty of time. And there was a line at the end as our time was coming to a close and they stayed until the last person received their order. Can't assume that will always be the case but I was their last commitment that day. Just goes to show they care about the experience and not just the dollar. I don't think there are a lot of business owners out there that care as much about making your experience the best it can be. But I can say without a doubt that Soul Truckin Good is one of them!
