Was not open drive through or diner at 6 but says they open at 6. Employees acknowledged my presence but didn't stop getting ready to at least let me know how long they would take or when they actually open. Got off a 12 hour shift and just want to grab food and go home I'm patient but if you're supposed to be open , your should be open. Because me and my mom told us we can't come back because of they told us that we order our order orders wrong and they blame it on us. And they always say there is a issue when we come back because we always order our orders wrong. But in reality it's not really us. Nothing like a condescending "my pleasure." This location has changed its closing hour to 9PM, and after being in line for 30 minutes (8:40 was my arrival) was greeted by a worker and told she cutting off service staring with me. Normally if you're in line before closing, most places will honor that and still service your order. I've only been here a couple time, but each interaction isn't what l would call the Chick-Fil-A standard/experience. The food quality in my past experience isn't up to par with other Chick-fil-A restaurants and people working here don't seem to want to be there. I am highly disappointed because I am a regular customer here but today I ordered the chicken egg and cheese bagel and the chicken was raw when I bit into it and I'm pregnant so that really freaked me out noticing after I took a bite that my food wasn't fully cooked I also called atleast 4 times and no one answered this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at this location read more

Ordered 2 kale lemon salads at the drive thru. Has to wait about 10 minutes to get order. When I got home I found the salad was heavy ice berg lettuce and the packs of lemon sprinkles was not included. I guess I have to check my order before leaving. THEY CLOSE AT 9 PM NOW! When workplaces are lengthening their hours over the holidays, this Chick-Fil-A decides to shorten theirs. This now doesn't allow me to eat there due to my work hours. Have been a loyal customer for years and now this - thanks a lot guys - brilliant plan here! Also, this particular Chick-Fil-A seems to be the only one in town who don't put cherries on the milk shakes - actually, all over the country every Chick-Fil-A I go to adds the cherry. Sometimes they forget the whipped cream! I thought that was a one time thing on July when I started getting the peach milk shakes, but every time since then - no cherry? I'm really sore about the hours, they'll blame the worker shortage, supply chains, or whatever - in reality what they think is that people will adapt to the new shorter hours and they save money by not being open from 9-10. Fast and friendly service. The outside workers make the long lines move very fast. 10 cars ahead of me and in 3 minutes I had my order.

Both of our fries didn't have salt on them. Our nuggets were small and were barely able to be considered chicken. Our drinks had 90% ice in them with probably about four sips of actual drink. To say the least our experience was very underwhelming. This location has slowly gone downhill with quality of product. Not to mention we found a fly in our cobb salad the last time we ate a salad there. Not pleased. read more

I usually eat in the restaurant and everything is fine. I have ordered twice by the drive-thru at this location but today when I arrived to my destination I noticed that there wasn't any toppings and fork to eat my salad. Normally would not take the time to write a review, but when they have messed up your order twice in a row, then it is necessary. Only fulfilled part of my order in the drive thru last time. I sat in this drive thru for over 20 minutes for my mobile order because they don't do curb side. Finally got to the window. No apology at all. After getting to work I tasted my coke and it had no coke in it. Only carbonated water taste. When I called she said I could come back but I explained I was already at work and could not come back. This is the worst Chick-fil-A, but my son only wants nuggets every Thursday when I take him to practice. For the past three months of Thursdays I have not once got the correct order, missing sauces missing spoons for ice cream missing forks for salads. No napkins etc. they have a dozen or so kids working the drive Thru but none can take the dang time to check the orders. Today was the last straw, I am never going there again and if I can get my kid to enjoy any other fast food chicken maybe Chick-fil-A will be off my list for good. I don't want a damn free drink or a free sandwich. When I'm starving and have to wait for my son to finish his class before I can eat because using my hands to eat a salad with isn't an option due to the lack of napkins, a face to face smug "my pleasure" doesn't mean jack. Unfortunately I haven't had the best luck with the Dacula location recently. In fact my last two consecutive visits have been terrible experiences. You see, what every other CFA does, this one chooses not to. The first bad visit was management telling me that they were out of lettuce so they could not make me a cool wrap at all. I wasn't in the mood for just meat/buns/fries I wanted something fresh and went there with the intention on ordering a cool wrap. I was denied my simple solution for the easily overcomable problem. I suggested to take lettuce from a salad & put it in a wrap. That's right, they had lettuce. Just not "cool wrap lettuce." Management refused to accommodate the not-so-ridiculous request. I lugubriously payed for the 8 dollar salad. I thought that would be the only time I would ever leave a CFA with a terrible customer service experience. I was wrong. Valentine's Day we decided to bring the family up there. The Wife & I both thought about the last visit & the lack of lettuce incident, contemplated going to a different location, but acknowledged there was no way that could happen again. Since the last visit, we had gone to another CFA and I had tried something new. A spicy fried chicken cool wrap. They are fantastic. I've always like the regular fried chicken cool wrap & while delicious, this new taste was fried, juicy, warm, & SPICY chicken paired with the cool crisp lettuce & wrap; the perfect combination. Like positive & negative, like sun & moon, like yin & yang, like husband & wife. Boom, the new "treat myself" favorite. Anyway there I am placing my order, but I'm told "no they can't do it." I'm thinking "oh no." welp. Here I am again, normally happy to get just meat and buns or just meat. Not today, I already had that. I was looking forward to another great taste experience. After seeing the same manager behind the counter as before, I felt I would be roadblocked again & didn't want to hold my family up from eating. So I ordered their food. I was very hungry at this point, as I had a very physically demanding day at work today and wasn't able to make a decision that satisfied my craving. (I wanted fresh again) But since I had already confirmed my dread last time, I couldn't pay up for the disappointing salad. I decided I would inquire what was different at this CFA & why it wasn't about the customer. I asked for a manager, expecting the same less than friendly one from before. (Was it "your pleasure" to help me, or "your pleasure" to tell me "no"?) But Thankfully I was greeted by another manager. "Hooray!" I thought. Until this time it was "HER pleasure" to tell me no based on this particular store owners' policy of not changing the recipe... oh no. I asked if I said no carrots would they accommodate. She said yes. But that she could not change the meat due to cost variance. Interesting, as across the board, fried chicken is cheaper than grilled. So I'm not sure where the logic is in that. Maybe portion size vs cost & I get that there is potentially something. But here I am, the 2nd time at this CFA, being told there is nothing they can do about it. Not even this one time. So I had to go to the back of the line to wait to order something that I not only didn't want, but also didn't satisfy my hunger. While I wasn't asking for anything I thought to be extra special, any other CFA would have made SOMETHING happen. Whether it be a free dessert, sandwich, or just actually MEANING "my pleasure" by putting some fried chicken in a wrap for me. This CFA for the 2nd time, failed terribly at what they are typically known for; being the status-quo of customer service. In fact, I felt defeated & even embarrassed. Sometimes, common sense should override some bureaucratic policy of counting chicken fillets. It seemed again, "it was my pleasure, to tell you no. And to smile that I got to tell you no based on "policy" so hah, that's a little win for me, at a place I typically never get to tell the customer no." I've always liked coming to this location. My favorite meal is the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese with a side of chicken soup. I can eat their chicken soup in the summer time. They continuously get my order wrong in some way. For example the other morning I went for breakfast for my family we got a 2 biscuits and 2 4 count minis, they forgot one of the minis and all the sauces and didn't see till I got home. Learned my lesson to check while I'm there now. Another day I got breakfast I got a minis meal and that's it when I checked the bag it was all there...but when I got home to eat it I open up the red box for the minis and it was a 12 count nuggets?! Like what? The taste of the food is also very inconsistent you never know what your order will taste like and I guarantee it tastes different every time. I normally never ever leave reviews for any store but it's just problem after problem i had to. Not to mention the employees look and sound like they don't wanna be there (which they probably don't) but it's just good customer service to be welcoming. Located right across the street from Hebron Baptist Church and near the new Kroger in Dacula, this a great ChickFilA location. Food has been fresh every time I have ordered there and the service is top notch. Free Wifi and comfortable booths to sit in. Also has a playground for kids. Of all the fast food places in Dacula, this is my favorite. Not because of the food, which is good, but because of the customer service. The customer service here is fabulous. They always treat you like you are welcome. They don't hound your for a quarter, just to get another "secret" sauce. When you ask for something special, they don't sigh. The drive thru line is very fast. They call you by name and make you feel special. They always skimp on the sauces and for some reason they always miss my mayo. Also have had a couple of orders been screwed up on the $$$ side and have had refunds before. It has happened twice in the past month that I have went.
