I just discovered this Zaxby's is just way closer to my house so I just been coming here more often and tbh it is just way better than the other ones around. Food is about the same quality. What I really mean by better is the service. Every time I ask for extra crispy fries they actually take the time to get them crispy for me, which seems to be a problem everywhere else (I never get them crispy :( ). Pretty good fast food for a decent price and great service. Sometimes that's all we really need. Even though the two unsweetened teas sitting on the counter matched my order. I enquirer about the order when I arrived at my appointed time. I was told it was out ready which made sense as they were busy. I patiently waited as another customer placed an order at the counter. At the 20 minute mark I inquired again mentioning the drinks. After a brief look I was told it was not ready again. 10 minutes later, the gentleman who waked in and ordered got his food after about a ten minute wait. I stepped up and asked how he walked up and ordered and got his order in 10 minute. A mad scramble ensued and miraculously my order was found. It had been ready the whole time I was there.
