My husband and I stopped by to get a Blizzard, butterfinger with a squirt of chocolate syrup. A small one. They brought it to the window didn't turn upsidedown for thickness and charged me $7.11. Oh my for a small...btw half way down was just vanilla. No more for me. read more

I was charged for toppings on a strawberry sundae. I didn't recieve any toppings. They also overcharged me for something last time I came so, check your receipts because, they are upchargeing customers for things they are not receiving to trick customers out of our money which is very greedy, especially when everything on the menu is already overpriced and the wait is always forever here. read more

HORRIBLE!!! The place was dirty and you can tell they don't clean the stuff in the back. Sharmin was initially not going to give me a receipt and i asked her for one just incase i needed to call back later. When she did i was so focused on getting home I didn't even notice she gave me the wrong receipt ON PURPOSE!!! Bobb and I went here for blizzards. To start off, the place is mad dirty. This place either needs to be torn down or renovated if they're going to still be in business considering it was dead inside with only a couple customers. I got the Oreo blizzard and Bobb got the Caramel Cannonball. He didn't like his because there were frozen caramel pieces. Since I kept it simple I enjoyed mine. I want to emphasize how dirty it was. The table we sat at was covered in salt and the other tables looked like they had residue on them. The employees didn't have an attitude that was welcoming to the customers but at least they did their job. Not planning on coming back, great blizzard though. read more

This is really for all dairy queens between buford and Dacula. You all need to train to be consistent. One visit I will get a medium cone that looks like a medium, and the next I get a medium that looks like a small. If u ask about it thy say, yes it is a medium. These cones cost from 4 to 6 bucks each. . Be consistent and give the size ordered. One of the locations r consistent within thr restaurants and I hv been to both locs multiple times. The double cheeseburger here is a pathetic example of a burger. It's the type of burger that might have started a food fight back in my high school days. Since there really wasn't a reason to eat it, flinging it across the room seemed more logical! Just like that cafeteria burger, I'm not even sure it was real beef, but on the positive side it did have a generous portion of cheese. Unlike the picture on the menu, my burger was devoid of any greenery. My wife ordered the veggie quesadilla and ate only about half. She said it was bland and the weird thing is she's not really picky. If she were picky, she'd probably never have married me!!! (LOL) The onion rings were good, but really the only reason to come here are for the DQ Blizzards. They're great, especially on a hot summer day. The staff is not very outgoing or welcoming and gives you the impression they really don't want to be there. The chairs were turned upside down on all the tables, leaving only the booths available for seating. Not sure when they close but it was around 8:45 pm when we arrived. If it weren't for a gift card we received at a Christmas party, we would probably have never come here. And it weren't for the fact we still have $13 left on the card, we probably wouldn't come back. A new queen Most of the Dairy Queen's I've visited have been small take out places that only have ice cream. This particular one is large, spacious and with plenty of indoor seating. It sells both the usual ice cream as well as the burger stuff. I only get the ice cream when at Dairy Queen and virtually all of the DQs I have been to have been pretty identical. The same kinds of Blizzards and other frozen treats all made the same way. You usually know exactly what you are getting a DQ. I do like the older and historic Dairy Queen's better but this one was clean and quick. We filled out bellies with Blizzards and then moved on. Exactly what you want in a DQ. read more

Haven't had any problems at all here. Usually get the chicken strip meal. It is one of my favorite places to get chicken strips. Always good friendly service. The restaurant is always clean. Don't know why some people are complaining as I have never experienced anything to complain about. Only thing I have been disappointed in is the Orange Julius. It really didn't taste like the original drink I originally tried elsewhere. When I complained about it they offered to make new one. But I just got another drink. read more

Dairy Queen is so underrated! They are one of the best fast food establishments around. I always order the Chicken Strip Basket with the Sweet and Sour sauce. The food is always EXTREMELY hot when I order at this location. The toast is always nice and buttery. I also love to order the Pecan Mudslide for dessert which features the classic DQ vanilla ice cream, Hot Fudge, Hot Caramel, and LOTS of Pecans! read more

Zero stars They charged $7.08 for a cup of vanilla ice cream and a strawberry sundae. The cups weren't even filled. We live a mile away from this location but we now go to Chik-fil-a, McDonald's, or Sonic for ice cream and sundaes. Dairy Queen does NOT give you a good value for your money. I went with a group of people this evening because DQ had a fundraiser where all proceeds from the BLIZZARDS went to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. The nice young lady who took our order was friendly and courteous and also patient because we had a bunch of kids with us. The rest of the staff jumped to make all the blizzards as they saw there was a crowd coming in behind us as well. Good service, good people and great blizzards! Thank you! read more

Incompetent people work here. They messed up our order, not once. Not twice. Not three times. But FOUR times. Then after awhile just refused to serve us, even though they were flat out wrong. The blizzards were melty and gross, and then tried to charge us twice saying "they didn't charge it right the first time." This was probably my worst experience ever. The one star is for the onion rings that were good. I ordered a QUARTER pound flamethrower, onion rings, and a drink. It was $9.31 total. The receipt didn't list my order or anything except the total so I just waited. I got a HALF pound. Ok..whatever, I didn't really mind. So I had changed tables earlier because it was out of ketchup. At this new table, when I poured a little ketchup out, OMFG some ants started running all over the damn place. I thought it was from the burger, but I checked the bottle and sure enough there was a family of ants just chilling in there. It pretty much grossed me out. I switched the bottle with a different table. I take a few bites of my burger and onion rings, BUT THEN I REALIZED there was a hair in my fricken burger!!!! By this point, my appetite was gone. I ate my onion rings and threw everything away. I didn't want to talk to management because I didn't want to be that one complaining customer that's super rude...and then all the crew members talk about you later, because honestly that's what happens. I used to love this place--they're food was/is typically fresh and hot--but then I visited a different location and couldn't understand how the same exact meal I always get somehow was $1-2 less than expected. Expect to be nickel & dimed with everything, including creative ways to ring up a normal menu item in order to increase the cost (i.e. Chili Cheese Dog = Hot Dog + cheese + chili). Their pricing is incredibly inconsistent, they don't tell you the total until reaching the window, and they do NOT provide detailed/itemized receipts without being explicitly requested. read more

If you enjoy getting stared at like you have antifreeze dripping form your nose while you order, you have hit the right location. You feel unwelcome when you walk in, like you were interrupting the associates poker game when the bell on the door goes off. No one ever seems to be in this place, therefore it remains clean by default. I remember when dairy queen had a few items on the menu back in the day and it was all ice cream. They serve meals now, and they should really stick to just ice cream because they have not seemed to crack the code for cooking food yet. This place is absolutely awful, I ordered a fish sandwich once at the drive through and when I get to the window I see them putting several hamburgers into the bag they gave me. When I asked them about it they said they ran out of fish sandwich wrappers so to make it up to me they gave me a few extra fish sandwiches. So I got 5 hamburgers even I didn't want instead of what I ordered. Another time they offered me a free soft serve ice cream cone, because they were training a new person, when I accepted the offer they asked me if I wanted a free garbage bag full of soft serve ice cream. It's really one bizarre experience after another at this place. They frankly make the whole town look bad. read more

We purchased 4 blizzards. The gentleman that served us turned over the first one and that was it. So we turned over the other 3 and they all dripped ice cream and a chunk fell out of one. When we asked him about it (because of DQs promotion that one is free if that happens) the guy rudely said he only has to flip one and just turned around and walked away.
