What can I say about McDonalds, a lot really but I am not going to write a novel on Yelp. In the early morning you can get your food quickly, although sometimes they burn the McMuffins, because hey, an English muffin can be pretty tough to cook. If you come in the afternoon/evening be prepared to wait because the size of the line would indicate they are giving away free stuff. Food is ok for McDonalds, can be tasty, but you feel guilty after-words. Kinda like watching reality TV, can be fun while your doing it, but you want to cover your head in shame after. This is a newer McDonalds but it may have been the worse service we have ever received. When we walked in someone was yelling in kitchen. They put our order in mobile pick up when we were dining in. So it got cold. They only realized this after I ask why our food was taking so long. They remade our meal. The only one that was really helpful and apologetic was the young man at the register. They kept saying they were backed up on to go orders. read more

I personally love McDonalds when they get your order right. But it sucks A LOT if something is missing. For example: ordering and paying for 40 nuggets just to receive 30. At some point, you kind of just do not care anymore and just choose to never go back to an establishment. For me, thats what happened today. I ordered 50 nuggets, 2 large fries and 1 medium fry. Just to barely receive HALF of my order. Do keep in mind that I also live 20 minutes away. This location has decent quality, your fries wont be soggy and wet, but the service and attentiveness of the worker is below subpar and leaves a LOT to be desired. read more

After Covid, many establishments have become commonly understaffed, dirty, and quite frankly just poor on service. This location manages to take the fast out of fast food. The drive through line doesn't move. On occasion two or three will get served quickly, then you will sit for five minutes or more without moving. The fastest I have ever been served is 15 minutes. Last night, at 10:05 pm, it took 45 minutes to get served. Not because they were exceptionally busy, but, because they are that slow. I don't know what the continual hold-ups are, but I'm done with this location when there are so many other options in this area. No complaints on the food as it's the typical McDonald's consistency. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and hash brown. When I went to the window the girl tried to give me a drink and bag of food. I said "That's not my order." She looks through the bag and said "this is a muffin and hash brown." I said "well, you tried to give me a drink and I did not order one." When I got home, there was a disgusting McGriddle in the bag. It WAS wrapped in a McGriddle wrap. Maybe the employee should have listened to the customer and read the paper wrap. Today I've came around 7:00 PM to order two large sweet teas and two large fries. I received what I thought was my correct order because I was so used to having great service from this McDonalds, and I came home to having my order wrong and no receipt. The wrong order had a burger and 10 spicy chicken nuggets. Wow second day of opening. Ice cream machine out. Ordered 2 apple pies, paid for it then driving up to second window knowing I'm going to get my apple pies & they said they are out of apple pie after they charged me. So, NO Apple pies on day 2 of Opening so settled with a cherry pie. Received my order and the Cherry pies weren't in there so had to ask for them. One of the Happy Meals was missing a TOY! Had a very disappointed kid when I got home, one got a toy and the other didn't. I ordered a Large meal & got a medium drink. Honestly this McDonald's use to be pretty decent but now its horrible if a place is 24 hours it should be 24 hours not were short staffed so we'll take random 20-30 minute breaks to avoid working and tell customers "the systems down" I work the night I understand it can be tiring but if I have worked an over night shift and everything's is closed except McDonald's I expect the simple sandwich the night shift team should be reevaluated this is not the first time and I know it won't be the last this is one of the absolute worst places to go expecting a meal. Train your employees to make an ice cream cone. They threw away four poorly made cones before a lady customer after me directly came in and made me two proper cones of ice cream. This is sad. This is my go to McDonald's since it's near the preschool my kids attend. They like the play place- I like that I can sit in there and keep an eye on them while we eat. Food is relatively quick whenever I come, the people who work here are quite nice and a couple of them- including one of the managers- are friendly. I have the app which is nice to use because they have pretty good deals frequently for buy one get one sandwiches or free fries with a purchase, etc. I have also used mobile ordering here but don't prefer it, since like all other locations I've tried it with, picking up curbside is actually more time consuming than regular drive thru. It is also pretty clean most of the time although not as diligently cleaned and cleared as other ones I've been to. Overall- you know what you're getting when you come to a McDonald's but at least this one has a large play area that's always air conditioned or heated. read more

I know, it's a joke to write a review about McDonald's and even worse to write an update. But I just have to say... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Today my cheeseburger was so dry I threw it away after 2 bites. It had clearly been sitting around for a while, but I used the drive-thru and didn't have time to go back and return it. When I ordered my meal the girl taking my order asked me if I wanted a free cookie or apple pie. I said "sure, if it's free" but then my total changed. She switched my order from a medium to a large where the pies come with the meal. Somehow in her brain she thought this was giving me a free pie, but I paid more for the large meal (that I didn't want) than I did for the medium meal, so how is that free? I guess she didn't think I was paying attention to the order screen @ the drive-thru. She should have asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a large and get a free apple pie instead of trying to trick me. Speaking of their pies, did you know McDonald's has a four hour shelf life on their apple pies? 4 HOURS from the time they cook it until it is no longer saleable. I could literally drive from Atlanta to Chattanooga Tennessee and back or hop a flight to Chicago to eat @ White Castles and return in 4 hours! ~~~~~ IMAGINARY RE-ENACTMENT Employee - Hi Sir, I made this fresh for you 4 hours ago! Me - Awesome! I prefer my food to sit under a warmer for hours! Employee - Then you'll really like our pies! We peel old expiration stickers off and let them sit ANOTHER 4 hours for extra dryness. You came to the right place! ~~~~~ I ordered around 1:15pm and received a pie that was marked 'use thru 3:52pm'. That means my pie was already an hour and 23 minutes old when I got it right? WRONG!!! When I bit into the pie it was hard, cold and dry. So dry the juicy apple filling had congealed and turned a darker color. It was then I noticed an old sticker had been pulled off the box and replaced with a new sticker. Who knows how old this pie was, but I'm guessing it was on it's second 4 hour wait on the shelf. Also (and this is true of ALL McDonald's), they fill my 32oz Styrofoam cup with so much ice that I probably only got about 12oz of sweet tea! I know I'm being nitpicky, but it's so little I ask! Is it unreasonable to expect to get what I paid for? On the positive side, the fries were great! FINAL THOUGHTS I'm so disgusted with myself. I said I would never come here again but I'm a sucker for giving businesses one more chance. I think it is entirely possible that McDonald's will cease to exist within the next 20 to 30 years, and it's because of locations like this! Seriously, stay away from this location. 3/5 times I visit this location I get the wrong order. It's so frustrating because having to go back for the right thing absolutely ruins the convenience of going through the drive thru specially when you are driving around with two small children. Today I got pickles on my Big Mac for the 3rd time in probably the past two month. I finally got so annoyed that this is continuously happening that I asked for a manager and told her I was allergic to pickles (even though I am not I am just grossly disgusted by the smell of them that it makes me nauseous) in the hopes that they will take these mistakes and lack of service more seriously but instead of an apology and perhaps a credit for the inconvenience of having to turn back around she felt the need to prove me wrong (or embarrass me I don't know) by saying that the Big Mac sauce is made with pickles and onions. My husband and I came here after midnight yesterday on the way home from visiting my dad. I have to say this was the best tasting McDonalds meal I had in a long time. I guess I shouldn't have expected anything more seeing the review of this location and all surrounding locations but I did considering it is the highest paid restaurant out of all of them. With such high profit margins, you would think they would at least TRY to be competition with Chick-fil-a, but they don't care (at all). With a viral Tik Tok account; I will be posting this as long with the video evidence I have as well so most people will probably see it there as I pick up close to a million views with every single post. One of the workers literally made jokes about my mom over the phone which I have video of and will be posting. Wow!! Well as usual I can deal with the breakfast, no problems there with pretty quick service if you're inside of the store. At night, it's horrible especially around 1 or 2 am when it's not supposed to be busy. I don't know if everyone is on break but it takes a long time to get food. Once you get it, it's lukewarm. If it's hot, it's because they ran in through the microwave and now the meat is dry. I think they serve you what they didn't sell for the entire day. You pretty much have to drink 3 big glasses of liquid to hydrate your food once it hits your system. It reminds me of the sea rats in the Marines where you have to hydrate the food before you cook it. I'll do breakfast, and maybe a fish filet with cheese for lunch but in the early am hours you may want to stay clear. read more
