We came during a huge conference so the wait was probably longer than normal, although we were helped as soon as there was a free staff member. Our waitress, Salsabila, was outstanding. She was SO friendly, gave us recommendations on the menu without us having to ask, was super patient with us, noticed my boss had lost her voice and offered her a ginger ale ON HER! Because they didn't have hot water for her throat, she was so hospitable and brought a delicious house-made ginger ale! All their sodas are homemade. She also made sure to ask (before we even ordered) what our allergies were so she could note it and ensure the kitchen was careful. As a peanut-allergy girl, I appreciated this so much! When we were leaving, she offered to-go cups for our waters. She deserves a raise, she was phenomenal! The chocolate milkshake was top TIER. I don't know how else to explain, it was like how I imagine a milkshake in Heaven to taste like. Wasn't that cheap ice cream with chocolate syrup, you could taste the creaminess and flavor !!! Ah! So delish. The only thing I would improve is their onion rings. Everywhere seems to make them different, so im not sure if I got a bad batch, but mine were soft and not crunchy or crispy. Still delicious though! Tons or organic, vegan, and keto options! Gluten free options too. Their menu is labeled fabulously. I would love to come back here if I'm ever in downtown Columbus again :)

The burgers are really, really good. Like, really good. That's the only reason I'd come back. The…read more"sides" portion was really small, service felt like I was inconveniencing them, and the building felt kinda weird. PROS: -Their burgers are really, really good. Juicy, moist, and perfectly cooked. Absolutely love the burgers here, and this is really their most redeeming feature. Their burgers are really good. -I love the "Build Your Own" option too. They have enough cheese and topping options that you could create some really weird (but cool) creations. -I love their focus on organic options. Their ability to swap out most of their meat (and even the dedicated space for allergen requests) for different options can make this a place where a large group of varying food needs can all still get together. -I love that they have the calorie count on their menus. This can be really helpful for choosing exactly how much burger you want to put into your body. The "Create Your Own" can really help with that too; simply leave out some of the biggest calorie loads to create something that works within your food budget. CONS: -Service was really off. I'm hoping it's just a bad day for someone and not a standard for here. She seemed really annoyed that we were there. When I "built my own burger" and stated I wanted mayo and ketchup on it (which is part of the sauces right on their menu), she told me there was ketchup on the table and she wasn't going to make the chef put it on there. When asked for the beer list, she sighed and pulled up the list then quickly rattled off a bunch of names. When asked for further details about them, she simply said "I don't know" and stared at us. -The burgers were delicious and just the right size. The "sides" (which you have to pay for, separately, from the burgers) were really really small. Our side of fries probably had about 15 fries in it. As the fries are the cheap part, wholesale cost-wise, this seems kinda weird. When we've gone to other burger bar places that have similar "pay separately" designs, the fries portions are much larger. -It just wasn't the place I was expecting from the online branding. I know that's a weird complaint, but the online pictures really sold a different "brand" than the in-person experience. I was probably expecting either an upscale "burger bar" feel or a retro feel. At the least, I was expecting bright colors with the pink/yellow color scheme. The interior of the restaurant feels like it used to be someone's home with a staircase that's blocked off and tons of mahogany and wood floors. I think it just feels odd compared to the shininess of their online presence.

I opened the front door to a dark restaurant, no employees, no food, and set their alarm off. After driving 30 mins in an attempt to support a small, pop-up business, they don't even have the decency to honor their set hours. Apparently the kitchen closed, staff bounced, and they left without even turning off their Door Dash service. (A Door Dash driver arrived at the same time.) As a good citizen I called the non-emergency police to request to secure their building. Never got any call or email apology from ANYONE with Fried Chicka Bang. We had to appeal to Door Dash for a refund. Called to speak to a manager today and the person who answered said there "probably wasn't a manager there," put me on hold, then hung up the phone.

The breast was big and juicy and perfect breaded. I will get this again! We also wanted to try something a little different so we got the sporty spice that had pickle onions on it. I personally like the hot stopper better. Pickle onions not really my thing but my boyfriend LOVED it. Their homemade ranch was delicious and their waffle fries were nice and crispy! I could go without the Mac and cheese to be honest. However, it's a friend chicken place so I don't care! It is difficulty to find. However, it's a pop up restaurant so more fun to find!

The sign caught my wife's eye and since we were hungry, it was kind of perfect. Our kids had never been here before and it was a good opportunity to expose them to a great late-night diner with plenty of vegetarian options (our favorite thing about this place) downtown. We each ordered a veggie dog in a different style and we grabbed some sides as well - totchos, fries, and pretzel bites! The kids loved their sides. We are still opening their eyes to different types of foods, so it was a stretch for them to order a veggie dog at a restaurant that had unique toppings! Next time, we'll have them get charred and not steamed. I thought steamed would be the way to go, but I forgot my oldest has become accustomed to veggie dogs on the grill during marching band season. I tried the veggie brat out of curiosity. I could honestly take it or leave it over a charred veggie dog. I like both about equally. Overall, great experience. Our server was great, friendly, and accommmodating, and our food tasted great! I hope we can talk the kids into coming again to try a different combination. It's such a fun place that fits our family vibe.

There was maybe 5 onions pieces the size of nickels that came pouring out of a sub that acts more of a squishy squirt gun than a sub, lately the bread is stiff and falls apart on the first bite. This sub was garbage Previously I got my favorite, the chicken caesar. The crispy chicken cutlets were so well done that they were hard to bite through and that just ripped apart the now stiff old rolls, and of course now everything is pouring out. The bread is not the same quality a year ago, in fact I saw a delivery of bread and I thought I saw everything was made in house. I'm kind of at the 1,2, strikes you're out because let's face it these aren't cheap subs and feeling ripped off while covered in your subs droppings is the worst feeling, I'm not to eager for a possible 3rd disappointment. The staff is always extremely friendly but it's an expensive sub shop, I want more than kindness.
