Not usually a fan of Subway but had to get soemthing in my tummy this afternoon and Subway sounded good. The sandwich was the same as always, decent and priced right. The thing that made me Yelp about this location was the staff. They were all cheerful, helpful, and conversational. Josh made my day by making me laugh thoughout the process. The place is not clean; you can see swarms of flies everywhere. It is not a suitable place to buy sandwiches because it is unsanitary. If you go and see for yourself, you will witness buy yourself that's why I don't go to subway or McDonald or Burger King they are not clean and unhealthy but it was an accident because I was very hungry. Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, drive-through machine does not work. Don't waste your time with it, stuff will blame you instead, also got the order wrong and called in to request the sandwich made correctly, and they threw a huge fit about it saying that the worker read the order wrong. Very unprofessional will never go to any subway again after this experience. Please hire better staff. read more

Super rude manager . Pulled in here today to a completely empty parking lot due to covid virus. I had my car trailer with me as im an "essential" transporter. I looked around back and the side and didnt see any where to labeled trailer parking so thinking since the store was empty and nobody was obviously trying to park I parked in front, taking up a couple of the 20+ parking spaces available. Soon as I walked in a young kid with a mustache not in uniform shook his finger at me and told me I couldn't park there. I said well nobody is obviously here it's not like im preventing any one else from parking. He said it doesnt matter then stormed off to the back. After I got my sandwich I went to leave and get in my truck. I heard him in the back garbage can area screaming and cussing about how this asshole (I'm the asshole) just parked in front and copped an attitude with him about it. I yelled back, probably should wait till the customer is out of ear range to talk shit. I'll be complaining to corporate. This is unacceptable way for who I assume is a manager to talk to customers, especially the bad mouthing part while I was still in the store area, like you cant wait till I leave to talk shit? read more

My family and I love Subway- at least we used to. We recently moved, and so far, we have visited this location twice, and the service was awful. It took all of my will to withhold comments to the young guy preparing our sandwiches. I really wanted to ask him if there is a problem with the way he was nearly yelling "what else?" and shaking his head. I mean.. we can see you. You have a mask over your mouth, not your entire face. Also, the sandwiches were lacking- a couple of each topping thrown on, and with the ridiculous attitude from staff, (again- it's the young guy. Unfortunately, he was working during both visits.) I felt like I shouldn't even ask for more, because the "sandwich artist" would probably consider it a favor instead of part of his job. There aren't many options for food around here. WORST SUBWAY OF 2019! Tonight 1-18-19 my wife went through the drive thru and all three sandwiches ordered were wrong... meat, veggies, and sauces, but close enough to know it was the right order and we still paid full price. I called and supervisor "Jamie" said nothing could be done and next time come back in with wrong made food and receipt to get it fixed. I suggest avoiding this Subway for nearby Taco Bell or McDs. read more

I tired once again to go here for a sandwich to try it again. And I ordered at the box and ordered a turkey Brest sandwich. I got to the window and thinking i was paying 10 something. And as I got to the window the boy that rang me up was changing stuff on the screen which I thought nothing of. But then once I was told the total it was almost $2 more and just thinking maybe tax or whatever ,I paid for it. Once I drove away and seeing it wasn't right I called , and just asking why it was more the boy told me that's what you ordered. And I explained that's not what I ordered and that the guy at the window was changing stuff on the screen as I pulled up. The boy on the phone told me " yeah what you paid for is the same thing as the turkey Brest." So I explained I was charged 1.50 more for a deluxe which I didn't ordered but it was the same thing something according to him and I didn't get a deluxe that I paid for. Once again he said that was what I ordered. Then once again trying to explain what I wanted and what I got was not the same he told me " well there's nothing I can do about that so." His tone was rude and he didn't care that they had messed up what I ordered and here was no offer to fix it. read more

Went into this Subway on a sunny Friday afternoon just to get some lunch with my favorite niece. Guess the manager must be superstitious or something because obviously Friday the 13th is not her day. Either that or she practices idiocy on a regular basis. My niece is a vegetarian and is always polite in her requests. She politely asks the girl behind the glass to wash her hands and change her gloves stating that she is vegetarian and knowing this girl just handled Roast Beef, Turkey, and Bacon on my sandwiches. The girl does as asked but complains to the manager while doing so. As the sandwich was passed to the veggie station I asked my niece if the next employee (Stephen) had changed his gloves. As my niece was responding the manager (I assume) frustratingly says "Stephen just go change your gloves." Since she had not been privy to our conversation I took offense with this and explained as a vegetarian she has every right to make this request and had done so politely. This woman then tries to tell me her reaction came from said employee being her son and she wasn't sure he understood our request. All in all this situation was exacerbated by the first employee bitching and a manager being pissy about a simple request. There was one other female employee who apologized profusely and tried to diffuse the situation by offering a cute quip about it being Friday the 13th. Needless to say I always thought Subways format was based about choosing the foods you want done you way. Asking a person to change gloves and wash hands and use clean utensils after handling meat is not an over the top request and complying would just be good business!!
