Drove through the drive-through at 4:29pm and was told by one of the staff members that it would be another "30 to 45 minutes longer" so I drove back home and waited. Went back through the drive-through at 5:10pm and was told "it's almost done" and was instructed to park and wait out front. Waited in my truck for another 15 minutes before I decided to go inside where I met a few other very dissatisfied customers also waiting an extended period of time for their food. No one came to the counter to speak with me, I waited another 20 minutes before an incredibly rude little girl plopped my bags onto the counter and stated "here!" and walked away. It was 5:50pm when I finally got my food. I got home about 10 minutes later, opened up my bucket of chicken which looked like it was a week old and found in a dumpster.
