This was my 2nd visit to this location and I used the mobile app to place both orders. The first time they screwed up & gave my order to the wrong person then I get my food and I started eating my impossible and realized it tasted weird and found there was bacon on an impossible burger ...... who puts fning bacon on a plant based burger ?! I am vegetarian I don't eat meat. I'm not going to lie I was pissed and not to mention the girl making the food had a crappy attitude even with the manager or supervisor when she told her to make it a certain way she said she knows she knows .. okay then why was my fiancés burger not correct either. The second visit I made sure to ask the girl at the window to make sure they didn't put any meat on my impossible because I am a vegetarian and ofc she had the worst fning attitude, I tried telling her I had added a second order with a small drink and she just chooses not to listen to what I was trying to say so then makes it seem to the manager that I didn't say anything about another mobile order.. I will literally never come back to this place again. If you don't want to work in fast food then find a different job ! We visited this location twice while in the area for vacation. I only used the drive thru and can't recall if dining in was allowed. I have the mobile app on my phone and the coupons they offer are pretty damn good, if I do say so myself. Currently they are offering a FREE kids meal with any $1+ purchase. I stacked that coupon with the promotional $1 8 piece chicken nugget to get a bag of munchies for my kids to snack on. $1.06 for 8 nuggets, a cheeseburger, fries, pop and ice cream cone (instead of the toy) is a deal too good to pass up. The 2 drive thru lines moved quickly, even during lunch hours. The employees were friendly and wished me a nice day. Food was made as specified (extra ketchup, extra pickles add onions), hot and fresh, and bags packed with condiments as asked for. Area surrounding this location was super clean. I'd definitely return to this location next time I'm in the area. Employees were wearing masks at both drive thru windows. Giving this place some love because it deserves more than the 2 stars it currently has. read more

Worst Burger King I've ever been in. Staff are poorly prepared. This location has two ordering lines that merge into one for pickup. DO NOT CHOOSE the line to the left. You will rot there. They were taking orders from six to eight cars on the outside line to every one they took from cars on the inside line. And there's nothing you can do on the inside line, because you're trapped. When I finally got a chance to place my order they took the order said ok and never told me to move forward, gave me a total. NOTHING. I waited and they came back about 5 minutes later and asked me again for my order. I told them I had already placed an order, but didn't get an acknowledgement or total. Their only reply was OK. I never heard from them again. They don't monitor the speakers, you can not get their attention. Or, let's just say they don't let you know they're listening. They're probably laughing their ass off at the frustrated dolts in the cars. When I saw an opening ahead of me, I left the speaker and got the hell out of this "pit of the damned" There are a number of other restaurants on this street. Drive right on by this place. Life is too short to mess with this place. They just don't give a DAMN! read more

The staff here is very rude. The cashier lady was nice but the guy making the sandwiches was very rude. I order to crispy chicken sandwich and forget to ask for no mannyoise so I ask the lady and the guy doesn't even start making the sandwiches yet and rolls his eyes at me he literally was just getting the buns ready when I said that. Not to mention to food took for ever to get to us. I will not be going back to this location. read more

Just went through the drive through, ordered a chicken sandwich, they added some yucky ole cheese to it when I didn't ask for it, I ordered an ice tea with extra ice, it came with no ice, so if you order there, just ask them to give you whatever they are in the mood to give you, holy moly. Gave burger king cheboygan a 1 only because you can't give negative numbers food sucks and so does staff!!! Whoppers were cold chicken fries were rubber but the manager basically said I was a liar. Hope they tear it down and put a Wendy's read more

Reviews seem to be pretty negative and I've always had pretty good luck here. Foods usually fresh and tasty, (as fresh and tasty as Burger King will be) never had to wait exceptionally long and my orders been right every time so far. read more

Ordered 2 pops at drive through, then the lady started to talk to the other car and continued to put their order on my screen and never came back to my screen to talk. So I drove to the window. She tried to charge me for the other cars order, I told her I only ordered 2 pops. She looked in the garbage for slips then when and got her manager. The manager said we didn't order the pops, I insisted we had. So I asked if she could just ring them up now, she refused saying people behind us ordered food so she would not and we'd have to go back through and have a good evening. We left.
