I got the harvest bowl with sausage for $8. Very reasonably priced, you stand to order and they bring the food to you so no need to tip but you can if you'd like. The harvest bowl was the best breakfast I'd had anywhere in a long time. Very tasty. I also got a few lattes that were tasty as well but a little pricy. A great little, healthy spot in the middle of Cheboygan. We got the breakfast sandwich, the apple cinnamon pancakes, and the hearty bowl (I think this is what it was called). Thank God for Nourish! It can really be challenging to find a safe place to eat for people with gluten allergies - especially when traveling. Nourish is that place for me. When in Cheboygan we ALWAYS stop in for their amazing harvest bowl. It never disappoints and is truly delicious. The staff is great and like others have commented - are kind. The serving size was shockingly small and the cheese on the nachos tastes so bad that I think it's vegan, it would be helpful to know what is going into my meal. Wonderful little place with healthy food that is still delicious! Today I had the breakfast sandwich with cheese. It has grilled onions, egg, and micro greens. Very good! The owners like to support local farmers so you know that all their ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. My favorite meal from Nourish is there Teriyaki Bowl. You can get it with chicken, or my favorite sausage. The dressing is homemade and is honestly the best teriyaki sauce I have ever had. I am always on the lookout for great tasting healthy food while traveling. Nourish, was an awesome find! 100% gluten free with plenty of additional allergen free options. It has a spacious mixed industrial and farm-to-table decor. There is a single bathroom located directly past the kitchen - it is huge! Only complaint is the need for a changing table which there is clearly room for. Food is all made fresh to order- smoothies, beverages, salads, sandwiches, and simple dessert options, made fresh daily, located near the register. Menu items are posted on the wall and window directly to your right upon entering; there are no standard print menus. You order up at the register (no traditional table service) & your food is delivered when ready! Condiments, cream, & maple syrup are in the fridge. Bus your own table upon finishing. We tried a variety of options and they were all delish! A local diner told us that the business was started by two friends in college- a kinesthesiologist & nutritionist. Happy to support great local businesses like this one & so thankful to find safe food I can eat in the area while traveling. We will definitely be back again! read more

My daughter has Celiac, and we are always on the lookout for gluten-free options when traveling. The food was not only safe, but delicious. Staff even came out with the bottle of oat milk to show my daughter so she knew it was ok to put in her ice coffee. My only suggestion to management: shift the wall menu toward the left, closer to the register rather than by the front door. The natural flow for customers is to walk straight toward the register to order, but then you basically have to go back toward the entrance door to see the menu on the wall. Another great meal at Nourish! This time we had the Harvest Bowl with white cheddar, oatmeal with walnuts and blueberries and autumn squash bowl. While the food is awesome (and healthy) we also enjoy the 0 waste efforts along with easy recycling and no plastics. One tip, eat first then shop in the attached market for excellent local treats. The restaurant has a cool eclectic mix of northern Michigan cottage with a retro-urban vibe. For example, the tables have log-hewn legs, and there's a vintage Coke cooler filled with artisan sodas. Everything is locally sourced and they've put together a varied and creative menu of breakfast and lunch items. My wife had the breakfast bowl and I had the breakfast sandwich. Both were outstanding!
