We had picked this place due to their variety of items. This is something that 100% should have been told to us on the phone. By this time I was drenched in sweat, annoyed and was told it was cooking time for the chicken because they didn't have any original prepared at the time of order. Cooking the chicken at a KFC should only take about 20 minutes tops according to everything that I have found including a chef's and quick service restaurant worker. The works were very RUDE and full of cook time excuses. Upon getting home I found that the order while it had 12 pieces did not have the correct assortment in the bucket. This has been an ongoing issue at this location and upon looking at the reviews it rate a 1.5 on yelp. I'm very surprised you are still open because this is a joke and I could have sat down in a real restaurant and ate for the same amount of time it took for fast food here.
