When I complained to the waitress, she didn't offer any thoughts on resolving the issue (like an alternate dinner, not charging me, etc.). She didn't even send a manager or owner over to talk to me. Very disappointed. Although I do like their cod dinner on Friday, it may be quite a while before I return to Timothy's. And although I used to recommend Timothy's to visitors and friends, I don't think I can feel good about making any more recommendations in the future.

It's very expensive for the amount of food you actually get, and especially in the current economy, that's hard to overlook. When you're paying that much for a meal, I think it's reasonable to expect not only excellent food, but excellent service and an overall experience that feels worth the price. That's ultimately why I'm torn. The brisket is five-star brisket, but the overall value and service aren't five-star. Upon ordering everything was fine. I got up to the window they took my card then told me it would be a 35-minute wait (this has become a common thing at this time frame due to POOR MANAGEMENT OF TIME AND KNOWING PREPRATION FOR BUSINESS). I was asked to wait in my car outside for the 35 minutes at 85 degree outside (I do not have air conditioning in my car). I watched as two to three people that ordered after me left with their food. After watching another big order which had only been there for about 5-10 minutes if that left I went inside to find the status of my order. By this time I was drenched in sweat, annoyed and was told it was cooking time for the chicken because they didn't have any original prepared at the time of order. Cooking the chicken at a KFC should only take about 20 minutes tops according to everything that I have found including a chef's and quick service restaurant worker. The works were very RUDE and full of cook time excuses. Upon getting home I found that the order while it had 12 pieces did not have the correct assortment in the bucket. This has been an ongoing issue at this location and upon looking at the reviews it rate a 1.5 on yelp. I'm very surprised you are still open because this is a joke and I could have sat down in a real restaurant and ate for the same amount of time it took for fast food here.
