Instead of showing patience or basic human decency, the owner immediately became rude and hostile, accusing me of "ignoring" the cashier when I was simply struggling to hear. The situation escalated for absolutely no reason. The owner aggressively reached toward my drink as if she was going to snatch it out of my hand, refused to let me calmly finish my beverage, and threatened to throw me out simply because I decided I no longer wanted to order food after being treated poorly. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, and I did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. As a veteran and a paying customer, I expected basic respect and understanding regarding my disability. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, singled out, and unwelcome. I would strongly caution others, especially Black Americans and individuals with disabilities, before supporting this establishment.

These grinder things were so huge, each of us could barely eat ours, but they were soooo good, we exerted a special effort. We were happy to be overstuffed, but since we were riding our dirt bikes that day, we really should have split one grinder between the two of us.
