Stopped at BP to get some gas and stopped in to subway about 45 minutes before they closed. Asian girl working, who definately needs customer service skills, told me the ovens are already off. Up until today I have always had a good experience, that changed today. As previous times I used their app to "reorder" a previous order. My fault I did not check my order I picked it up and left. Sandwich was correct in basic terms it was a Subway Club with exception of nothing but the meat was on it. I called the store and was told that they built it as it came to them I stated my online receipt showed the condiments but their receipt did not. I was politely informed they would put condiments on the sandwich if I returned it to the store. Alas lunch hour does not cover 2 trips to the store. Moral of story Check your sandwich before you leave. Next time I will check. read more

I come to this store when I'm looking for something moderately healthy for lunch... lol I mean, if you don't count the sodium of prepared meats, but whatever... You know what I'm saying... The prep area is always clean, the staff remembers me even if it's been a while since I've been in and as I posted in my Yorkmont BP review, you can forgo the expensive chips and drink to make it a combo and go right into the gas station next door... That might be my favorite part... lol My order is always correct and they don't douse the sandwich with too much oil and vinegar, either... Great job with condiment application... Whoa. The lunch rush here is no joke! I literally walked in to twelve people in front of me...so be prepared to wait, but have no worries; they operate with military precision. The line moves quickly, there is no confusion or yelling and the staff does an excellent job with their customer service. Right off the bat, I was pleased to see more than four people behind the counter go accommodate the lunch rush. And to see that each was given a specific task. There was an order taker, a meat and cheese expert, a veggies topper and a cashier. Then there was even a runner filling up the (veggie and bread) stations and getting whatever anyone needed. Clearly, I made up all these titles but you get the idea. Everyone knew their role and it worked out so well for everyone (staff and customers)....especially during a busy lunch rush. I opted for their new $4, $5 or $6 lunch special where you get a 6 inch sub (tons of options) and drink. My sandwich was prepared correctly, plenty of fresh veggies just like I like and everyone was super nice, they made sure I had everything I needed before I left...including my cookies. Now, they didn't have the raspberry cheesecake, but substituting chocolate chip was just as good. I will definitely return to this Subway. Subway is usually my fast food go to, but this location has lead me to take a break from eating there. I ordered the exact same thing I always get and it just tasted funky. The meat almost tasted smoky. Maybe that was intentional, but it was not good. There was a pretty decent lunch crowd, but it moved quick. Honestly though, the service here is what put me off most. While I was waiting in line, there was a gentleman getting up from dining in and one of the workers started SCREAMING at him telling him to "get a napkin and go clean up your crumbs off the table." It was very uncomfortable and she continued to make a scene about it even after he left. I will be avoiding this location. read more

I went to this Subway for lunch the other day and realized when I got to the register that I didn't have my debit card in my wallet! I didn't have any cash on me and the cashier was SO nice and understanding and let me take my sandwich and told me to come back and pay the next day. When I came back we had a good laugh about the whole situation. Top notch customer service right there! They are always friendly and accurate and keep the line moving during the lunch rush. read more

I had the worst experience at this location. My coworker went to get me chicken salad in a bowl. Not only did they not tell her they did not have chicken salad, they gave her tuna salad in a CUP. When I saw this, I went back to the store. They told me they did not have chicken salad but did not offer me a substitute. Instead I received attitude and was dismissed because I did not have a receipt. When I went back (again) with the receipt, I was not offered a refund for the wrong order but because my coworker used a BOGO, they charged her sandwich and deducted the tuna salad and sent me on my way. This is inexcusable customer service. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again! Beware! read more
