I came in at 345 in the afternoon (no one was there) so they were not busy. Giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day, but please do not pass your bad day onto me. Our sammies were delicious - I tried the gobbler (turkey, apple slices, cranberries, lettuce, white cheddar with honey mustard) and it was THE BEST! Indeed, in the hour I was there I saw only a small number of plates of come out of the kitchen. I had him cancel my sandwich and left, since there was no indication if or when my order would be ready. One way to ruin goodwill with customers is no service or long delays without any communication. All it takes is letting customers know if the kitchen is going that poorly to set expectations and let customers make informed decisions.
