Friendly greeting begins at true door where a staff member opens it for you. Masks are worn by all staff and dining room has been arranged for distancing. Menu--still the same good things. And the frozen custard is a treat. Today's special was Andes chocolate mint. Excellent choice, watch for it. read more

I just had the worst experience of my dining life and I travel for work and I'm 63 years old so I've eaten out thousands of times. We ordered fairly quickly. The kid who waited on us messed the order up but corrected it fairly quickly so that was ok. But twenty minutes later we had no food so we asked if order was forgotten. The answer was "it will be awhile." I asked if that was normal and didn't even get a response. So we just left. What a clown show. The manager should be ashamed - and fired. read more

We love Culver's. The food is always great. However, the wait time during this visit was suspiciously long. At least five people who arrived well after I did received their food and left while I was still standing there waiting alone. No one checked on my order, and I ended up waiting for quite a while. My order wasn't anything complicated-just burgers, fries, and cheese curds. We had been traveling for hours and were excited to finally have Culver's again after almost four years. She was calling me from the hotel, and I felt bad having to keep telling her that my order still wasn't ready. read more

We were too late to dine in so we went through the drive through. Even after 10pm everything was hot and fresh.

Onion rings where really good like the burgers but they have little ketchup (I order with ketchup and pickles) and sometimes only one big pickle but they make up for it when they forget to add items that I ordered on the receipt (you should fix that your losing money) read more

The food was absolutely delicious. I had it within four minutes and the employees all smiled at me and I felt very welcomed i'm sure they have to do that but it still fell pretty good and the place was pretty clean some stuff on the floor here and there, but that's expected when you have a whole bunch of customers constantly going in and out read more

Always good food. I don't remember the last time I had ordered something from there and it wasn't wonderful. There was a short period where they were forgetting items on the list. But they seemed to have sorted that out months ago. I don't go inside very often, but it's always been clean and the staff is always friendly. read more

Horrible! Came in for lunch. Ordered a cheeseburger...the entire thing was ice cold and probably pre cooked ahead of time! Extremely disappointed! Get with it Culver's! read more

I live near this Culver's. Service is polite and excellent. Food is hot, fresh and high quality! I eat here often.

This is the worst Culver's I have ever been to. From getting in the drive thru line to leaving, I was there for over 40 minutes, for just a drink and a concrete mixer! They gave everyone their drinks at the window then had us all parked waiting for everything else, so either you have them separately or your drink is totally watered down by the time your order comes. When at long last my mixer was brought out, it was half melted. Culver's is always a treat for me when I visit the Midwest, and this location was so incredibly disappointing. I told my brother, who lives locally, about my experience, and he said, "That place is awful - I should have warned you!" So yelpers, I'm warning you! read more

Culver's - There's nothing "concrete" about this melted disaster that I waited 40 minutes for. - Burgers Near Me - Marion, Iowa

Always great service and food. Of course there can be a wait when there's a line wrapped around the building, hint: be a patient human being! The team working this location work especially hard and do a great job with the mass rushes that they face. I love the flavor of the day. read more

We just ordered 2 shakes and a small fries at 4:01 pm. At 4:30 I checked on the order, they hadn't started the order. While we stood there waiting the young man at the register sneezed into his bare hands then rubbed his nose and face furiously. At 4:35 we got a refund and left. read more

I stopped by this Culver's when I was traveling to Wisconsin a couple weeks ago and it was a good experience. I went up to the counter and ordered a Butterburger deluxe combo. I received the food at my table in about 5 minutes, which was super fast. The burger was really good. The fries were fresh and crispy as well. Great service, great food, clean dining room, great location for me. I will definitely stop by here again on my way back up to Wisconsin later this year. read more

Culver's - The double deluxe! Pretty tasty! - Burgers Near Me - Marion, Iowa

Amazing food but the manger is a huge POS bully. Used to work there got fired Sunday lot of the cooks and people who prepare the food don't wash their hands, a lot of the time they're on their phones in the back, there's a reason why there's such a long wait time to get food. There's your answer because the manager lets the teenagers they employ do whatever they want, even watched all the cooks, including the manager sneeze, spit, ect. In some peoples food. Won't be eating at this Culver's any time soon. read more

Welcome to delay. The store is ten minutes away from us, and an hour and ten minutes later we are home with our food. Completely unacceptable. read more

Always good food and workers do a great job keeping up with the very long lines. Many in line means something though. Likely worth the wait. read more

We live right down the street and go here probably a bit more than we should. The service is always top notch, second only to Chick-fil-A, and the food is always good and hot. Very rarely are we getting our orders given to us incorrectly, and if they do, they are always apologetic and make it right. All in all, great place to go. read more

Great quality burgers for a reasonable price. It is quite popular, so the line can get quite long. Also, ketchup does not come by default on the burger, you have to ask for it. read more

2.5 out of 5 tars because I think there was someone having trouble with the changing table there was a line out the door and just being an ex Culver's employee I know the cleaning procedures and it's not good. And the stall doors were the weird ones where that's just my least favorite door. It's almost there but not quite. read more

I know the food is all cooked fresh and made to your order, But I have been setting outside in the pull up and wait line for 15 minutes this is pathetic! Twice I went in and asked them what's going on. Twice I was told they don't know. Daaah I just work here attitude ... How do you stay in business!!! read more

Slowest Culver's ... ever? The food and friendliness of service are fine -- consistent with any other Culver's. But when it takes 22 minutes to get a burger and fries from a "fast" food restaurant, you're failing at a pretty basic function of your existence. read more

Dogshit waited 20 min and the sandwich had the wrong bun and condiments with cheese stuck on the bottom of the bun.

Since I am the first to review this particular Culver's, and this is my first review, I will make this a bit lengthy, but try not to babble. I did not discover Culver's until a little over 5 years ago. At 30 years of age. I was impressed in many ways, and still am. I love the menu, the great taste of the items on the menu, and the fact that I have a wide variety of treats to choose from for dessert! I do not want to fail to mention that they will even substitute toasted bread for a bun if asked. Not many places will do that. The one here in Marion not only has all of that, but it has pretty good service. Most of the people working there are very cheerful and helpful. I also like that it is one step above fast food, but not like a pricey sit down restaurant. You do get served, to a point. They will come and take your tray when finished, if they see it before you get a chance to take care of it. I did take off one star, but this is because of a recent thing that has happened on two separate occasions. One night we went in for a bit of a late dinner and our order was mixed up in more then one way. Another time, my husband went in during the day for lunch, and his order was all mixed up. This is something recent, and for the most part we have had good service there, but it can happen anywhere. read more

My friend loves Culver's so much that I bought some Butter Burgers and fedexed them to him. His employees wouldn't let him eat the burgers because they'd been in the mail too long though. He says not eating those burgers is one of the biggest regrets of his life. I defy you to find a stronger endorsement for Culver's!! DEFY YOU! read more

They suck. Last two times in a month time, each time they had me wait 25 min and wouldn't honor a coupon for a free value basket that they game me for messing up my first order. Never again. read more

Its fast food. Its a chain, but they do a pretty good job. Everything is usually fresh and the store is typically clean (a surprisingly unusual trait in fast food restaurants). If for some reason you've never had the custard, make sure you get some! read more

This location is clean, well managed and has a friendly staff. It doesn't get any better then Culver's custard and butter burgers!

I had this place going through Iowa, so I'm not sure exactly which one it was, but it was in Iowa. I had a Reuben sandwich, tasted some cheese curds, and enjoyed the fires. I love cheese, but one product that I hate with cheese is cheese curds, I just don't like them. But, the cheese curds were just fine. The Reuben on the other hand though, was really damn good. A little sloppy and greasy, but delicious. In comparison to these sandwich shops that make Reubens, Culvers' was much better. Most places just slap a bunch of corned beef on bread and do not cook it really, the outside layers hit the flat grill and nothing else happens, but Culver's did cook the meat, it was nice. Good fries, too. I like Culver's a lot and would definitely go again, especially if there was one opened locally. Not too locally, Killeen would mess it up probably. read more

Only my second time at a Culvers so I was confused on the meals/ ice cream. Dani (if I remember her name right) was taking my order and was extra helpful with getting my order correct & clear. Helped me save money and my food was perfect. Best fast food chain ever read more

The food was great I had a little bit of a wait but nothing too crazy. Everything was clean even though they were busy

Amara Isaac is the best worker I have ever encountered. the fact that this place was able to get her to work for them is such good business strategy. I appreciate her as a customer and as a human being. The service was impeccable. She made me feel like I am the only girl in this world. She put all of her energy into ensuring that I was thoroughly pleased and would simply not allow me to have a negative experience. Would highly recommend to a pal. read more

Typical culvers experience. the women's restroom is extremely small and the stalls really needed to be cleaned. Awkward to maneuver

The burger was one of the best burgers I've had at this chain, however there were problems with the ice cream. When I ordered a vanilla custard, they asked me if I wanted it as a shake, a a concrete mixer, or a malt. I just wanted the custard. So I ended up getting a shake but whatever I was hungry. read more

This place was super busy on our visit but the lack there of is no excuse. The line was out the door, customer service was very poor, and the bathrooms, tables, and table flyers were filthy. There wasn't a clean table to sit at and trash littered both the lobby and dinning room. I have been to better managed Culver's than this place. We never got an apology from one employee regarding wait time for our food; which was 15 minutes for our meal and another 10 for our ice cream. I will not be eating at this culvers again. read more

The quality of the pork tenderloin has declined to the point where it is nearly inedible. What should be white meat is grey. They should hand bread them fresh instead of cooking them from frozen processed patties. The quality of the shaved prime rib is inconsistent. The cod is generally good and the Butterburgers are excellent. Overall, I would rather cook at home or go elsewhere even though I live across the street from Culver's. read more
