This location's management is so bad! They practice false advertisement on two occasions now, in my experience. As a result, I refuse to come here anymore! They advertised a lower price on their menu boards than what it rang up on the register. Their clueless staff refused to do anything about it both times. The manager never is never there and never answers the phone when you call to complain. How can they continue to get away with this false advertisement? I boycotted them once before for the same reason, but after it happened again...and like a year later, I will NEVER give them my business again! This is an outrage, in this economy. Subway is already hurting. You would think that they would want to gain customers' business and loyalty with good business practices. But this is how you lose customers! Beware! read more

We ordered a turkey sub along with the rest of our family's dinner. Instead of notifying us they were out of turkey, they just used ham instead. When my wife went up to the counter to ask about the ham we had gotten, she was ignored. After the guy behind the counter finished with his personal phone call, she was greeted with, "yeah?" He didn't care about substituting ingredients without any notice, which makes me think it happens often. Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and either find yourself another location or get something else for dinner. read more

This was my first and absolutely last time ordering on the website! I ordered a Cheesesteak! I just knew the experience was gonna be horrible when I felt the COLD wrapper! I open the sandwich and after looking high and low, I found the meat! The tiny meat particles were not even warmed! HOW DO YOU NOT TOAST A CHEESESTEAK! It was COLD! So COLD that my cheese didn't even melt! Now, since I ordered mayo I will have to completely deconstruct the sandwich to pop it in the microwave! I'm doing so, I found the two tablespoons of meat! Looking for fine dining in Canton? You are not going to find it as Canton loves some fast food; so you might as well choose Subway since it is the healthier option to other fast food such as McDonald's and Wendy's. This Subway is really efficient and they can handle a line of people with speed to get you in and out the door in no time. The staff seems friendly enough, but aren't concerned with a conversation, which is ok since I just want my sandwich and be out the door. The food is pretty standard compared to other locations of Subway. They advertise they use local veggies now, I hope that is true, but you never know. read more

Subway for large group, super cool. Containers were sealed well and they provided good condiments. This location also sported a drive through. Which is super good to know. There are not many of these for Subway. read more

This place has fast service and excellent customer service! The restaurant is very clean and employees are so kind. I'm the last few months I've been here several times and I continue to return because it's the best! They address any immediate concerns, and they ask questions, then immediately have a solution. Fast service with supreme quality food. Veggies are extremely fresh and now that Covid is over drink cooler is stocked and ice machine is working. They're so delicious that the line is almost out the door at busy lunch hour but they treat everyone the same and give them their time and respect. read more

This is a very odd location and didn't realize it was located by Kroger. Parking is terrible as it is shared with the Kroger main entrance. Service is better than most Subway places. I will be back again to eat. read more

Brandy, rudest employee I've ever encountered at a Subway restraunt...manager?! She needs to be demoted. Replace her with Sarah. Who was, on the other hand, very sweet, pleasant, and smiling. Food was otherwise exactly what you would expect. The place was also clean, but Brandy's rude service trumps everything.... I will not be returning to this particular subway any time soon. It seems that this location has changed ownership and/or management. It was once a decent place to eat, but not any more. Avoid this location at all costs. They often run out of toppings, napkins, etc, which is really strange considering they are located next to a Kroger. The employees seem to have difficulty handling money, so be careful with what you give them and what change they give back to you. Even if you tell them the amount you are giving them, and the change you should get back, they will not believe you. read more

I went in here only because I happened to be at Kroger. When I was about to pay for my sandwich their computer system goes down so I'm unable to pay with credit card. There were three employees and not one of them apologized, offered to let me know where I could get cash or even offered a free coupon or anything. Just expected me to decide what I wanted to do. He just said, "Well, it'll probably take 10-15 minutes to get my system booted up. I had to ask if Kroger had a cash machine and the guy just said, "I don't know, I suppose, they used to have a bank in there". Worst customer service. All Subway sandwich shops are pretty much the same. What distinguishes this location is Brandy who assembles the sandwiches. If you've been there once, Brandy remembers what you'd ordered and asks if you want the same or would like to switch it up. She always friendly and efficient. I came in yesterday, and Brandy "helped" me. I had 3 sandwiches and if I didn't know any better if say that was just a terrible thing to ask for. Everything that came out of her mouth was rude and rushed. I could hear her mumbling under her breath after everything I said. I did not realize she was a manager until I looked at another review.
