After a couple of minutes an Asian Lady came to the counter. There was 1 customer ahead of me. I let her go because she had been waiting several minutes. The Asian lady brought the woman ahead of me her food. After getting the lady's order wrong, the Asian lady with attitude and rudeness made good the order. It was my turn. She asked what I wanted and what my friend wanted. She put our order in. I asked how much the Taco pack would be. She said 22 dollars and change. I asked her for 12 Tacos. She said yes, I told her I'd take 6 Tacos and 2 burrito supremes. She asked my friend what she wanted. My friend is a little slow at ordering sometimes. Too, many choices. My friend told the lady what she wanted. The counter help told me what the total was, $25.00 some were close to that. When my order came I asked for sauce. The lady at the counter barked its over there, pointing to a side counter where the sauces now were. I said you've moved them since I was here last. Like I said ,I don't eat Taco Bell often. The counter person looked like a Sam Moon Jewelry Department at least 6 to 8 piercings on each ear. She looked like she had a Mr. T Starter kit around her neck and an assortment of pins on her clothing. She had an attitude like it was my good fortune that she was waiting on me. The tacos were not consistent in structure. One has a pound of lettuce it looked like same amount of skimpy meat on it and had doubled in price since I was there last. I could not believe what my friend and I went thru to get our food and the very obvious attitude this Taco Bell Lady had. Since I now live in the area and had to pick some things up from the store in Blanchard since I was down there. I usually always take my order home and always buy my Taco Bell there. If they don't get my order wrong. and I get good help at the Counter I'd say they are at least a 4. However, the help really should not be in the food business. This wait person clearly thinks we are way below her pay grade.I will not bother Taco Bell again. If I'm treated like they are doing me a favor. There's no point in me going back. Truly, this Taco Bell is a great disappointment. For a Taco to more than double in price and there is no change in the quality or quantities. It's just not worth it to eat there. For that kind of money. I'll go somewhere else and eat and get more of it. Taco Bell, you are already on thin ice. I can hear a cracking sound. There are several good options for Tacos in the OKC area. This just happened to be convenient. I'll not be back to this Taco Bell. It's not the first time I've had an issue with this very store. Seems the owners of this franchise don't care if business is great or not. You be the judge. Every trip I've made to this Taco Bell has not been a disaster. But when they mess up they really mess up. The Lady that left when I did, rolled her eyes and said, "I guess it really is hard to get decent help anymore. When cheap food that is marginal gets this expensive. It's time to stop eating there and go where the food cost more but you get what you pay for it.

With a conference taking place across the street, Tucker's gave me the perfect opportunity to finally check that box. I'll be honest--burgers usually aren't something I seek out unless there's something unique about them. This was different. The Oklahoma onion burger absolutely lived up to the hype. Simple, messy, flavorful, and a great example of a regional specialty done right. The staff was courteous, the service was quick, and my food was out before I knew it. In fact, it was so good I ended up tucking my tie into my shirt to keep it out of the way. If you look closely at my photo, you'll spot my tie bar sitting on the table after I surrendered to the inevitable. The napkin dispenser's warning--"You're going to need them"--turned out to be pretty accurate. No regrets at all. If I'm back in Norman, I'll happily stop in again. If you're visiting Oklahoma and want to try something that's actually part of the local food culture, Tucker's is worth the visit.

Made me feel like they thought I was lying. I went home and brought them the receipt. And told them to keep their cup. Was considered a signature member with almost 60000 pts last year.
