I ordered lunch for three from this location through InstaCart (Uber Eats). The delivery was fast and efficient and the food was very good, however they only sent one beverage out of the 3 I ordered and paid for. An error like this does not happen in a properly run business, and I probably will not be a repeat customer. read more

I love Schlotzsky's, but this location has too many problems for me to go to anymore. Staff often seems to have no idea what is going on or how to find/make mobile orders, despite it being a ghost town in there. What really sealed it for me was this very clearly expired salad dressing I was given in my order today (see pictured). No wonder there are never any other customers here. read more

Hmmm... where do I start? Ordered an "albuquerque turkey" got all the way home and was presented with this nice house salad with a side of bread. So, I decided to go back and see what the hell happened. The "manager" said, "oh, they must have heard no meat". (Instantly my fault) that's fine, I'm not blaming the girl that took my order, but the "manager" was very unapologetic and pissy. Well schlotzskys you got yourselves a real employee of the month. Love the tomatoe basil soup! Have tried others and they do t compare. We get Schlotzsky's often because it makes a great meal.

I haven't been to a Schlotskys in years. Also, for the sake of the pain of typing that out, it shall further be called "this place". This place is not anything to call home about. The inside is really odd, and if there's a line, you're on top of someone's table. The customer service was just meh, and I was left a little confused on how to proceed after I ordered. There is this big window that they call your order out of, or bring to you. I don't know how they decide which to do. We had a variety of food and it was all just ok. Also, the wait time is prob about 10mins, I have no idea how they have a drive through! That would take forever! There are far better sandwich places in Norman already, so it'll be interesting to see how long this lasts. read more

Love their sandwiches. The only complaints I have are that it takes a lot of time from order completion to when I get my food. I've never used it, but not sure how they can have a drive thru and make it work. The other issue is that the Cinnabons always look like they are about a week or so old. I made the mistake of buying a 4-pack once and ended up throwing 3 of them out as they were as dry as the surface of Mars. read more

This Schlotzsky's is not clean. There was no one else in the restaurant besides us, but all of the tables were very dirty. Three staff there and no one can bus a table? We felt like we were imposing while there. One of the staff came out to the dining room, sat down and listened to a LOUD video on her phone. We could hear it over the overhead music. I purchased a salad and a sandwich, both of which has avocado. The avocados were black. So for 18 dollars, I received food that was not fresh nor appetizing. If I had ate within the store I would have sent it back. The girl taking my order was void of personality and when walking into the store, the manager was outside chatting although there was another patron wanting their money back. read more

Saw that Schlotzsky's opened a spot on the East side of Norman decided to try it out. I ordered the 3 taco's ($9 with tax) and my girl ordered a sandwich meal. Total was over $20 and and only one of us got a drink. My taco's were tasty, but had nearly no meat at all. Very small and skimpy. The chicken one had two strips about the size of my pinky finger. The sandwich was decent my girl enjoyed it, but also small for the price. Overall flavor was good, portion size small, service average not fast. Cashier did not know answer to simple questions about sauces and veggies that come on items. Certainly did not give us any reason to return with so many other sandwich / taco options around for less $$$ and more meat. read more

I love Schlotzsky's, but I have been to this location three times and have been disappointed on every occasion. Tonight was no different. My husband brought home dinner, I unwrapped the paper hoping to find the perfect sandwich. To no surprise, I once more found a sandwich so over toasted the bread was cracked and hard. Almost inedible. This is exactly how every sandwich I have gotten from this location has been. I'm not sure if the bread is old or they just cook it too long. I do know that this is the last chance I give Schlotzsky's at this location. read more

It sucks when a restaurant has a good product, but terrible service. The staff at this location is incompetent and lethargic. Excellent service, food was fresh and prepared correctly. Owner introduced himself and was made aware we were new in town and my wife has never had Schlotzsky's. He immediately introduced the manager, who was just as nice, and thanked us for coming in. Will definitely repeat. read more

Food is great as always! They are out of large bread a lot and the drive thru service is terrible. I'm not sure if the intercom system is not good or if the employees are not well trained or a little of both. But I want to emphasize that the food has always been correct and delicious! read more
