Absolutely the worst Qdoba experience I've ever had. We placed an online order and once we arrived at the store it took over 20 minutes just to pick it up. They had a line of 15+ people to pick up orders and one person helping get people their orders. There were 9 people helping people that walked in the door and ordered from the counter, 2 were helping with the pickup windows, and 1 for walk-in pickup orders. There was horrible organization and no one even offered us a drink while we waited. One person asked, and they were told no very rudely. So I took my son to eat at this location on Saturday. The food wasn't bad, however, the place was so messy. Every table was dirty. I had to wipe off a table and the seats just to have a place for my son and I to sit and eat. As I was wiping it down MYSELF the young kids were behind the counter looking at me with not a care in the world. By the time we left not one of them had come out to the dining area to clean it up. I had an awful experience with DoorDash tonight and was really stressed out. I hadn't eaten all day and had a busy shift at the hospital. The DoorDash driver never picked up my food so I went and got it. The queso is what I came for and it didn't disappoint! I came on taco Monday and got a ground beef crunchy taco and a chicken crunchy taco. Plenty of meats and condiments were given. However the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the food was just mediocre (aside from 5 star queso) The man at the register immediately apologized for my wait, which honestly wasn't that long. Wow! This place used to be the best. Is it under new management? Dirty. It's dirty. We went for our 5th and last time. Look at what we were greeted with... see the picture. If this is the trash can at the front door, you can imagine how filthy the bathroom was. One time we were there, they were cleaning the griddle. The man was hosing it off while jumping from the disgusting floor on to the griddle to wipe the hood. That's where you put food! Get a ladder. Or, at least don't do this in front of customers. But, that is the problem... no one has a problem with how dirty everything is!!! There are pieces of food EVERYWHERE!!! It's in the drink dispenser, all over the counters and floors, overflowing the trash cans... This time we went at 4:30pm. They were actually OUT of brown rice and beef and had no plans to make any before the supper crowd because the meat was frozen. Couldn't explain why the manager on duty wouldn't fix rice. He was in a bad mood AS ALWAYS from catering all day. This particular franchise used to be great. Happy customers and employees. Clean environment. Great food. Packed house with long lines. Every time I've been in this Qdoba, or any other, I've been pleased. There are always clean tables, fresh food and reasonable prices. They let you sample the queso, especially when they have special quesos like verde and diablo. The queso is delicious (it's probably my favorite part) and they steam your tortilla right in front of you. There are lots of healthy options to choose from for under $10. Guacamole is a dollar or two extra, like Chipotle and most other burrito joints. My only good complaint is that occasionally I get weird tasting rice here, or bites with burnt chicken. But that's pretty rare, and otherwise it's delicious. Drinks are kind of expensive (almost $2 for fountain) but water is free and you can usually find coupons. Plus if you join their reward system you get a free entrée after every ten entrées you buy. Not too shabby. Service ranges from decent to great, and the location is convenient if you're near west side Norman. Just beware that it's convenient for both of the high schools in town, so avoid it between 11 and 12:30 on weekdays in the school year, not to mention many of the local businesses employees take their lunch here. What's so great about Qdoba you ask? To start, the queso is fantastic! It's the only build your own burrito place that doesn't charge extra for queso, guacamole, sour cream, or shredded cheese. This location is pretty big for a Qdoba and is nice and clean. The food is consistent and on par with the brand. I love Qdoba. Walking in, the restaurant was pretty clean.. One table had not yet been cleared, but while waiting in line it was taken care of. Even though the line was oretty long, the setup makes it go by pretty quick. I appreciate that you get to see exactly what is put into your food and exactly how it gets there. I ordered from the craft 2 menu. I got the chicken quesadilla and chicken gumbo. Even though the chicken quesadilla is a "smaller portion" that alone would have been enough. They stuff it with lots of yummy cheese and I always enjoy their chicken. It seems to be seasoned just right, not too spicy. I didn't get any sour cream, which was kind of a bummer, but I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with the smaller portion or not. The quesadilla was still delicious though. The chicken gumbo was also pretty yummy. Something new they offer is brown rice-so I figured I'd give it a try. Not too shabby at all. My gumbo consisted of brown rice, chicken, tortilla soup, shredded cheese and sour cream. I have never been disappointed with the gumbo and this time was no different. In general, all the food was hot and yummy.. Probably the only downfall of my visit was the cackle of high school students present... That's pretty hard to avoid at lunchtime though. Luckily there was plenty of seating. Qdiba may be just a chain restaurant, but it's a nice change from the normal fast food scene. read more

I've been to this location a few times, and I can say that I'm not a big fan. The food is good, but I don't think the employees care AT ALL if it's not put together right. When I get a burrito, I'd like meat and cheese and sour cream across the burrito, not in sections. Also, the staff is very cold. This is a big thing for me. The restaurant is clean, and the food is decent, but the staff is just rude. Like i said, I've been here a few times and I've gotten a few different people, but they all seem like they don't care, and I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I really like Qudoba...specifically because of their queso. (It's amazing) the staff is relatively friendly and place is clean. I think something that makes Qudoba my preference over Chipotle is that they give you guacamole with any purchase for free. (And they give you a lot!) Personally, I would suggest their quesadilla. This is how stupid I felt when I ate the piece of shit burrito from the company that rents out space to run what they call a "Mexican restaurant". I don't know what that was, but when the woman picked up the trash can and dumped out all of its contents onto my ice cold and rock hard tortilla, I knew it definitely was not anywhere near something that could ever be referred to as Mexican. I paid 9.52 to contract a rare form of cancer that can only be cured by putting a gun to ones head and ending ones time in this cruel, sick, capitalistic country that would allow such a monstrosity to sell such awful food to a fellow member of the human race. I don't know who is going to be the person to call my mom and tell her she's going to have to pick up a second job and have an 80 hour work week because qdoba has seemingly foreclosed our home with such egregious prices, but it sure as hell ain't gonna be me.
