The best sub ever - would recommend. I like how you can make it your way. It was very fresh. Turkey, American cheese, cucumbers, and mayo is the way to go according to my 9 year old pal! They should have more chip selection, but the Cool Ranch Doritos are excellente! There are plenty of drinks to choose from fountain to bottle. My spicy Italian was delicious, and I love the jalepenos chips. Plenty of flavors for fountain sodas and I was happy to see root beer! This is the rudest subway staff! I walked in and asked about the BOGO deal on footlongs on the app and the lady was rude, "I know nothing about Subway app deals!" However, the franchise encourages subway club membership! The meatballs looked really old, and dried out... they did make more. They don't honor their own coupons! We received coupons in the mail and drove 20 minutes to use them only to be told when we arrived that we could only choose from a short list of sandwiches. The coupon clearly states what subs are not included but they refused to honor it. The old bait and switch! Spending my money elsewhere. read more

I just placed an online order because I had a coupon if I ordered on the app. It was a HUGE mistake! I ordered 2 footlong subs that were supposed to be toasted, they weren't. They also were covered in toppings that I didn't request and were very sloppily thrown together. There was chipotle sauce all over the sub rolls. Disgusting!! This location used to be awesome, but the past few visits, not so much. This location has lost my business, I won't return. read more

I ordered online and all three sandwiches were wrong. I ordered mine with no Mayo and with red vinegar. I took one bite and huge globs of mayonnaise fell out. I couldn't even take another bite. I opened the sandwich and wiped off about a half cup of mayonnaise. The other sandwich ordered ham and cheese but it came loaded with a to. Of Mayo and mustard, lettuce, olives, and onion. This is by far the cleanest and friendliest Subway I've ever been to. We noticed immediately that they had a 100 sanitation rating and Lazaar was so nice and positive. We just stopped by to grab a breakfast sandwich and ended up spending ten minutes chatting with him and it brightened our day. read more

Stopped at Subway 12330 NC HWY 210 BENSON NC 27504 on way home to Wilmington NC paid $5.80 balance on gift card and gave credit card for balance of $13.40 but was charged full amount $19.20 did not notice till arrived home and noticed mistake called Subway told lady Mexican manager whom was the one rang up my order she told me it was correct but would look back check and call me back she did call me back and said I was correct and told me come by and would give me a free sub like I am going to go from Wilmington to Benson for that told her I just wanted my $5.80 back said she would check back gave my name and number did not call back day's later I called her and she told me her manager said I could not get overcharge refunded I told her she needed to recheck did not call me back day's later I called again same answer NO refund on overcharge ok I had enough called credit card company and they are investigating Subway for not refunding my money! I understand why they have two and a half star rating so beware of this Subway!!!!!! read more

Two people working there and a couple inside. Pulled up to the drive thru and I sat there for at least five minutes before they answered. When I pulled up to get food, I paid and watched one girl make our sandwiches. I asked for no oil and extra vinegar. I watched the girl put oil and a little vinegar on my sandwich. When I asked the girl to tell the other girl to put on extra she got an attitude. When she finished my sandwich she slammed it down on the counter before putting it in the bag--with NO napkins--as usual! Every time I go there I never get napkins. She then walks over to the window and just dangles the bag. Not saying a word. I got my bag and said thank you and she just stands there looking at me. This by far the WORST Subway and I've been to alot. In fact I worked at one years ago. If we treated customers the way the employees do at this one we would've been fired! Not ONCE have I been there and the employees were nice! We go about once a week. So, skip this place and go a little down the road to Quiznos! Better service! read more

I've been to better Subways, and I've been to worse. This is close to home, so it's visited frequently. The staff is usually very friendly when we walk in, however they are quite slow. If you go, your meal will be right, just make sure to have some spare time before you walk in! read more
