New construction, the decor is impressive, eye-catching, colorful, and perfectly designed for this type of business, so that customers feel at home when they leave their homes and come on vacation to the Home2 Suites by Hilton chain. The customer service was the best at check-in, Marcia, and at check-out, Paula. Thanks to them, my stay was perfectly unforgettable, and I look forward to returning. The room they gave us was super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included and it is really worth it since the people who serve you are excellent hosts. The breakfast is complete and has all the options you could want according to your appetite. High recommend place if come to stuart and port saint Lucie for a few days.

Beds are more on the firm side, pool and deck was great as well. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room which was disappointing and when we asked for the daily housekeeping it had to be added to the schedule so we skipped it since we were only there a few days.

I've heard the event used to be held at a different venue, but many people seem thrilled with the move to this location. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. You really can't go wrong with an event held near the water, even if you don't get a direct view since there's no actual windows upstairs(that I've noticed). The space is elegant, well-designed, and consistently organized to perfection each year. Everything runs smoothly, from valet parking at the entrance to easy access via stairs or elevator. The second floor is mostly hallways with large ballrooms throughout, making it easy to navigate between spaces. Overall, it's always such a fun and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a special event or function--you won't be disappointed.

This property…read moreis beautiful & clean; however, we are locals and wanted a spa day to celebrate our Anniversary. I called the week of and asked if we could book a couples massage. The only availability they had was for Saturday morning at 9 am for 60 minutes. I agreed and made the booking. I asked if we would have access to the other amenities at the spa and they informed that it was a small spa, but you could have access to the pools. The day of the massages we arrived early to fill out paperwork, changed and sat in the relaxation room until it was time for our appointment. They did offer us complimentary water, tea, and cookies. I think at 9 am they could have offered light breakfast pastries instead of cookies and brownies as I know they serve breakfast upstairs. When it was time for the massages, they put my husband and I in separate rooms. I was under the impression that booking a couples massage we would be in the same room. The massages themself were nothing impressive. The staff outside the room were pretty noisy sounded like they were stocking things and talking. Someone even walked into my husband's room during his massage. When we went to check out the person checking us out looked like she might have been training, but she was also not the most pleasant. A 20% gratuity is already included so we paid almost $400. for 2 60-minute massages that were just mid. Not worth the price especially when they don't have any other amenities to offer besides the pool.

She was friendly, welcoming, and quickly took care of our reservation. We reserved a suite and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The room featured two queen beds plus a sofa with a pull-out bed, which made it perfect for extra space. There was also a small kitchenette area with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee provided. The suite included all the standard amenities -- TV, desk, hairdryer, and more. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options, including cereal, blueberry muffins, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, bagels, waffles, and a variety of juices. Checkout was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and if we're ever in the area again, we will absolutely stay here again.

It's not that this is a super swanky property (it's not), but it's a perfectly acceptable hotel that's clean and comfortable, if drab and dated. This is a very basic Hampton Inn that's starting to feel a little tired around the edges. The rooms and overall property are definitely due for a renovation soon, especially when weekend rates are pushing close to $285 a night for a standard King room. That price feels ambitious for what you're getting here, and it's mind-boggling that this hotel regularly commands rates in the $200 to $300 range. The hotel does check a lot of practical boxes. It's located right on a busy main road with tons of restaurants, stores, and chain conveniences nearby. I wouldn't exactly describe the area as quaint or charming, but it felt safe, relatively quiet at night, and easy to navigate. Parking was plentiful, free, and well-lit, which I always appreciate. The staff was friendly enough, but I barely interacted with anyone because the Hilton app made everything super easy. I used digital check-in, skipped the front desk completely, and unlocked my room by holding my phone up to the door without the need for a plastic key. Very convenient. The room itself was dated but clean. The AC worked beautifully, which is a necessity in Florida! I had it ice cold in there, so much so that I had to get a blanket. The layout of our room was a little odd, but very spacious. I like Hampton Inns because there's always a handy mini fridge and microwave in the room, which always make a hotel stay easier. Amenities are standard. There's a mediocre free hot breakfast, free WiFi, and an outdoor pool. Nothing fancy, but functional. This Hampton Inn is not stylish, not exciting, and maybe overdue for some upgrades, but it's friendly and comfortable.

She seemed to be everywhere--the beach area, the outdoor restaurant, the indoor restaurant, and the bar--always moving, always smiling, always making guests feel welcomed and cared for. Her energy and warmth are contagious, and she makes guests feel like friends. We will absolutely be back, if only to enjoy the presence of an employee (and now friend) like Wendy. I truly hope management realizes what a shining star they have in her--because she is the kind of person who keeps people coming back again and again. Thank you, Wendy, for making our stay unforgettable!

The building exterior and interior have been upkept well. The paintings and decorative accents are wonderful. The bed, bathroom, and even the extra hang out areas and kitchen are a great plus. Room was well worth the cost and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast baskets available are a perfect grab and go meal. We will return. There are a few things to keep in mind: 1- The restaurant and bar on first floor ate no longer open, so don't plan to eat or drink on site (bars and eateries are very close by). 2 - The hundred plus year old railroad system runs directly across from the hotel and the entire business district. We loved it, but it is loud and does shake the walls a couple times a day and night ;-) 3 - They use 1 ply toilet paper, you've been warned lol
