My family rented the Nirvana Shores house for a couple of weeks in March '23. We came down to join them for a week and had the best time! The house itself is huge and spacious with tons of different areas for kids and adults to hang out together or for alone time. The beach is perfect. The house provides ALL of the potential beach activities equipment. The boys dug in the sand and used the metal detectors to explore the beach. We fished, we swam, and grilled fresh seafood on the deck in the evenings. We already booked our trip for next year, and we're looking forward to visiting this awesome area again and making more memories! read more

I am shocked that the property owner would OUTRIGHT LIE. As he KNOWS, the residents before us caused the toxix waste to flow into the entire lower level. He is an outright liar and I will pursue. liable. He in fact offered to reimburse for two nights and we had to chase him for one and a half years!!! He then credited a cancelled account so now there is more hassel to get the money directed to US. We will pursue liable and damages. Beware renters. This awaits you!!!!!!! Roberts is the worst property manager I have ever encountered as well as a LIAR. This is the worst bisiness I have encountered in 60 years! The plumbing backed up day one and for two days toxic sewage flooded the house. Twice plumbers came out. They offered a small compensation and then 18 months latr we were still trying to collect!!! After finally reaching the house manager, I requested a check since the credit card had been cancelled in the interim. Instead despite explicit instructions to which Robert responded, he sended it to the defunct card. Now I am still fighting to get the money!!! He is AWFUL TO DEAL WITH and I say to avaoid all his properties. They own a ton of them and do not care ab out anything except people' money without providing service. read more

So in response to Al. My family did. Infact evacuate to a hotel inland and we have a receipt for the stay, so we had to pay for 2 seperate places to stay and no. I was not planning on having the wedding at the house. I rented the house of refuge and lost my deposit on the venue aswell. If Al would have answered my called we could have had this discussion. Its amazing to me that i finally get a responce. Not 1 year. Not even 2 years. But 3 years later. Beach houses in paradise not only lied about giving me a refund, but now they are lying saying we didnt evacuate when in fact, i have a very hefty credit card receipt to prove otherwise. Another wonderful stay at a BHIP property. During this adventure we stayed at The Gardens at Bathtub Beach. A wonderful location, a beautiful home. Al and his team have created the ultimate vacation home experience. We cannot say enough about their hospitality, the amenities that are made available, the community, local restaurants, shops, etc. From the outstanding features of the home, the privacy, access to the beach and inter coastal waterway, our family spent countless hours relaxing, enjoying the sea life, the recreation, and the sunshine. We have tried numerous recommendations from the BHIP team and the guys at Beach Water Sports were amazing to deal with this year. Making memories is something that doesn't cost us anything. We had an amazing stay at Aquatopia South in April 2025! We were traveling with a family of 7 adults and had more than enough space. The amenities provided at the rental were fantastic, it truly had everything we needed and more. Al was always very responsive if we needed anything or had any questions during our stay. I was a guest at Beach houses in paradise for a wedding in Nov of 2022 during hurricane Nicole. I had to unfortunately evacuate after a day of staying there at no fault of the owner, but we had discussed a refund. We called the following week and did not get a call back, reached out to vrbo and the only advise they had was to give him a 1 star review in hopes that they would do the right thing. But now. 3 years after the fact we have an employee of the Beach houses in Paradise LIE and say we did not evacuate when i we did, and have credit card receipts to prove it. Not only is this company not reliable, they also feel the need to put salt on a 3 year old wound and reply to a review that should have been addressed 3 years ago. Very unprofessional and it is not ok to tell the public a lie about customers they took advantage of. read more

My family and I just came back from celebrating my 50th birthday at the Eden Resort Beach House. We were there for 7 glorious days! Words cannot express how spectacular it was to wake up everyday and see the sunrise from the master bedroom or the living room floor to ceiling windows, and every night to see the sunset views from the enormous kitchen and floor to ceiling dining room windows. Not only were the views spectacular but the amount of activities that were available at your fingertips were voluminous. Last summer we stayed in Chateau de la Mer and it was perfect! We've taken a lot of beach trips in our lives and have stayed at several beach houses on the east coast, and I can honestly say our experience here was by far the best in terms of the house and amenities. The house was immaculate when we walked in, stocked with all of the supplies and amenities we'd need for our trip. It's so nice to get somewhere and know your initial grocery store trip can be limited to food items, not having to worry about things like batteries, plenty of laundry detergent, etc. Not to mention, when you get your first day instructions and the letter tells you to please pack light, they truly mean it - leave all that extra stuff at home! Check out the YouTube videos out there on all of the houses under the Al Roberts umbrella and you'll noticed that most of them are stocked with the same or similar amenities: beach chairs, boogey boards, sun lotion, bug spray, life jackets, tents, paddle boards, sand toys - the list really does go on. We booked a second trip even before we left, but are going to switch that up to a new house we saw that the family wants to try out. We'll be booking with Al Roberts into the future and would certainly return to Chateau de la Mer - this is how relaxing, worry-free vacationing should be done. read more

My family and I stayed at Carpe Diem. We cannot say enough how amazing this trip was for our family. The house had everything you could possibly think of.. AND MORE!! The property manager communicated throughout the entire booking and stay process. The house was very clean and organized. The house was stocked with plenty of toiletries, beach supplies and COFFEE! The views were stunning no matter where you were in the house. We had 18 people in the house and never once did it feel crowded. The layout allowed for moments where you needed privacy and rooms where everybody could fit in to enjoy family time! I stayed at the Beach Houses in Paradise property "Nirvana Shores" and it was absolutely perfect. The house, its amenities and set up could not have been more perfect. Everything was impeccable, organized and they really did think of everything in advance - baby gates, ecen crib diapers and baby supplies since they knew we were coming with a baby. The house itself was amazing and having a private beach was the best experience - particularly during covid!! We just checked out yesterday from Carpe Diem on South Hutchinson Island in Stuart. We were together for a family get together and our stay was phenomenal!!! The property was a destination location and only 20 minutes from our home. The property manager told us to just bring our clothes as everything you could ever think of was supplied. I was amazed to see what lengths he went to to provide a incredible experience. There were 16 of us from 67 to 5 months old. The property had every amenity including everything you would ever need for gourmet cooking, beach activities, water sports, bikes, fishing equipment, fire pit, children's sandbox, and on and on!!! The first day we arrived 4 workers were installing a state of the art putting green which we got to enjoy as well. What was so impressive is how responsive the property manager was. When we checked in we thought we needed a few more safety gates for the smaller children. I texted the manager and within 30 minutes the gates arrived at our door. We later found several in our closets so they had really thought of everything. The sunrises and sunsets spectacular. As the patriarch of the family I was literally held hostage the day of checkout to promise I would book the property for next year by my children and grandchildren. We have rented homes all over the world. Until this experience our most special property was in Lucca, Italy in Tuscany which we had rented 3 years in a row. Our family found Nirvana Shores a perfect getaway during the COVID lows of this past year. Nirvana Shores is exactly what we needed. The ability to see the sunrise on the ocean side and later the sunset off the back of the house was AMAZING! The house is spacious with room for everyone to spread out or come together for family meals. Al Roberts, Property Manager, was also attentive to a few last minute needs too. BHP is a wonderful company that completely outdid themselves and made our weekend getaway AMAZING! It's a no brainer to rent your vacation home from them! My family and I stayed at the Chateau de la Mer this weekend and oh my was it lovely! The house was clean and spotless! Bathroom toiletries were included which was also nice because we all forget things when we travel. The home was filled with plastic wear, cookware, and had a completely stocked kitchen. The home was accompanied with SO MANY activities, including paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, fire pit, grill, pool toys. Literally so much thought was put into this home and we had EVERYTHING AND MORE! We felt like we were staying at a hotel rather than a rented house. All the bedrooms even had slippers and robes-nice touch. Not to mention there was a tea station and a million games for the kids. BHP made our weekend so special for my moms 60th birthday! We definitely will use them for our future rentals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

We had a family reunion at Family Tides one of the houses in the "Beach Houses in Paradise" collection in mid June. There was 19 of us and the house was just perfect. It had everything and anything you could ask for. There was plenty of room for all of us. The toys available to us were unbelievable- kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods and gear, life jackets of every size imaginable and bikes. In the kitchen was two stoves and two microwaves. There was even a wine cooler and additional ice maker. The house was immaculate and ready for us to,descend upon it. There was a welcome basket on the dining room table when we arrived. There was even a toiletry kits in each bathroom, one for women and one for men. Oh yes, there was even two washers and two dryers. There were plenty of paper goods and cutlery. There was nothing to want for. However, any request was taken care of by Al Roberts, the Property Manager in no time at all. Out the back was the ocean, and out the front and across the street was the Indian River. I could go on and on! So if you need a place for a family reunion, this is the place. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. Al is the most unprofessional person I have ever in my life had to deal with. My family and I wanted to rent out the beach house for 4 nights to celebrate my fiancé and I getting married since we had to cancel our big wedding. We were planning on renting out a house that holds MAX 22 people and only having 15 immediate family members (including myself and my fiancé) stay in the house. Given the fact we had to cancel our entire wedding plans we were going to have our intimate church wedding and return back to the house for a nice family dinner with fifteen family members, THAT IS ALL. Once I told Al he canceled my entire reservation which is beyond disappointing and unreliable. Not one person there would have been under the age of 26 (myself) with a majority of the guests being ages 38-60. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR VACATION. Due to all the stress of COVID-19, all we wanted was a stress free happy wedding experience since our dream wedding officially has been canceled by the venue.Now, because of Al I most likely will never have my day all because of what? There would have been no difference in a family of 15 renting this out and having a family dinner. Thank you Al for ruining my wedding experience for your own selfish gain! read more
