The house itself is huge and spacious with tons of different areas for kids and adults to hang out together or for alone time. The beach is perfect. The house provides ALL of the potential beach activities equipment. The boys dug in the sand and used the metal detectors to explore the beach. We fished, we swam, and grilled fresh seafood on the deck in the evenings. We already booked our trip for next year, and we're looking forward to visiting this awesome area again and making more memories!

The building exterior and interior have been upkept well. The paintings and decorative accents are wonderful. The bed, bathroom, and even the extra hang out areas and kitchen are a great plus. Room was well worth the cost and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast baskets available are a perfect grab and go meal. We will return. There are a few things to keep in mind: 1- The restaurant and bar on first floor ate no longer open, so don't plan to eat or drink on site (bars and eateries are very close by). 2 - The hundred plus year old railroad system runs directly across from the hotel and the entire business district. We loved it, but it is loud and does shake the walls a couple times a day and night ;-) 3 - They use 1 ply toilet paper, you've been warned lol

There's a lot of construction going on and a trailer that hauls in equipment parked at the empty site next to us when there is a whole row of empty rv sites. Our grill looks like it's been through WW2. And has no propane in it. People take their big dogs to the dog park and don't clean up after them. On the plus side the pool is nice. Most of the rv sites are big rig friendly. The town of Jensen Beach is quaint and within walking distance. I'm not entirely sure if I would recommend this place. They charge 3,400.00 a month for a rv site! At this price I would expect a lot more than what is offered. Like walking distance to the beach!

The house is 25 steps from the beach and is stocked with tons of towels/beach toys/supplies- anything you could ever want at the beach. In the ground floor of the house there's a hottub/plunge pool and various seating areas to hang out and play ping pong too! The entire house has at least 10 large screen TVs which have all the channels you'd ever want to watch.

We stayed in the hotel in the IBIS building which has 6 units. Room #3 had a king sized bed, full kitchen and a good amount of storage. The grounds have a small pier, plus a decent sized pool. On our side of the building a good sized tiki bar area with about 5 tables around it. We would just gather at night and enjoy our meal or an adult libation. The tiki bar looks like it hasn't been used in a while. Quiet location with much to do in the Jensen Beach/Stuart area. Yes we would stay here again.
