Came here for a tour a few months ago. Although came out with very distasteful health concerns…read more Asked some questions to residents and they have had mold in their own homes for over 2 years. They came to fix it and mold came back. When told to property management to fix it the mold again, they ignored them. Clothing, items, baggage were all ruined. And this happened around multiple years. Residents told management if they could be moved into a new apartment due to the mold but they'd have to pay the increased rent amount of $2,300 instead of 1,800 of the previous apartment they were living in. Management said they can cut the lease and leave or continue to live in the apartment because they will rent it out to someone else. Although it was "recently renovated" they said with new appliances, I think this was just a way to bribe people to stay. I don't think new paint fixes mold... That's all within the walls. Something will ruin your clothes, and you breath in at night. You'll get very sick. I'm surprised no one started a class action lawsuit yet and shut it down for health inspectors to come. The community is nice with a decent amount of amenities, but that won't persuade me. I personally won't be going any further with any application process.

Absolutely no privacy. MAJOR construction going on. Expect early morning sawing and hammering. Including weekends Drive thru the community. Talk to a resident. We'll tell you the truth. Don't sign until you do.

Enjoyed a long walk this morning on the Riverwalk. Mangroves lined the walkway. The views were…read moreamazing. It was nice to see several people walking and riding bikes. The docks were well maintained and the mangroves. At one end there is a boat taxi however it looked like they were going diving. There is one section where you can fish, all others have a sign posted. I'd say the Riverwalk spanned about a mile long. It was worth every step! Enjoy.

There was dirt, filth and not to mention the entire apartment was invested with bugs. While we were packing we bought a box of pizza left it on the stove and when we came back to grab another slice the entire box was covered with bugs from the infestation of the apartment... The manager will lie and try to cover up her mistakes, she is sloppy just like the Dakota at Abacoa. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUNAWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS...

It is embarrassing to have guests over and always be asked how we live with this. My daughter is often woken up by the noise despite having her try to sleep with earbuds in to block some of the noise. Numerous complaints to the office have resulted in no relief even after months of this. We cannot relax or enjoy our home due to the constant noise and the staff has done nothing about it.
