They came to fix it and mold came back. When told to property management to fix it the mold again, they ignored them. Clothing, items, baggage were all ruined. And this happened around multiple years. Residents told management if they could be moved into a new apartment due to the mold but they'd have to pay the increased rent amount of $2,300 instead of 1,800 of the previous apartment they were living in. Management said they can cut the lease and leave or continue to live in the apartment because they will rent it out to someone else. Although it was "recently renovated" they said with new appliances, I think this was just a way to bribe people to stay. I don't think new paint fixes mold... That's all within the walls. Something will ruin your clothes, and you breath in at night. You'll get very sick. I'm surprised no one started a class action lawsuit yet and shut it down for health inspectors to come. The community is nice with a decent amount of amenities, but that won't persuade me. I personally won't be going any further with any application process.

Absolutely no privacy. MAJOR construction going on. Expect early morning sawing and hammering. Including weekends Drive thru the community. Talk to a resident. We'll tell you the truth. Don't sign until you do.

Maddison Ahai is a young spitfire that knows all about about navigating, so knows her stuff with all this crazy times we live in ( thank God she can navigate for our middle aged and older peeps who don't know how to navigate it at all ) ! We love to visit areas with spectacular waterways. I have to tell you, I have never seen water so…read morepretty and blue. The Jupiter Inlet water is breathtaking. We loved staying at Baron's Landing. Once we parked our car, we could walk or ride our bicycles everywhere we wanted to visit. There are so many eating places nearby that you are sure to find something to your liking. We especially loved being able to walk right next door to Guanabanas. We ate at least one meal there each day of our visit. You can order a drink and sit out by the water and watch the paddleboarders and boaters go past. At the end of their dock, you can rent the paddleboards. It was so much fun watching them take off and arrive again. If you walk across the street, there are another 5 or 6 restaurants. We loved Lucky Shuck. And, if you ride your bike 2.5 miles you can visit Blue Pointe Bar and Grill. They are on the spectacular blue water mentioned above. We loved their food and location. Other things to do nearby are Burt Reynolds Park, the Lighthouse and Museum and Riverwalk. We rode our bicycles to all of these locations and loved every minute. Carol and her son are so personable and sweet. You can tell they love Baron's Landing and the guests that come to stay there. From check in to leaving time, we were pleased. Rooms: the full sized refrigerator, and everything you need to cook meals and be comfortable, make this better than just a hotel room or even a resort. Most we have stayed at didn't come with a stove or big fridge. We stayed in unit 4 and it was very nice. The a/c worked great and the bed was super comfy. No complaints at all. The pool is nice and we had it all to ourselves most of the time. AND, you can fish right from the dock. My hubby even saw two otters stick their heads up to say hello one morning. Area: Dubois Park is a great place for families to take children to as there is a wonderful huge beach that has lots of shallow spots to hang out at. My hubby and I got floats and floated with the current and explored the deeper spots that have the pretty blue water. You can also snorkel and see fish out by the inlet. Just a great place overall. Lots of picnic tables and grills. We highly recommend this place for your next stay. Priced right. Make sure to call and if there are vacancies you will receive a call back. Call plenty in advance of your expected trip to ensure you get a spot.

There was dirt, filth and not to mention the entire apartment was invested with bugs. While we were packing we bought a box of pizza left it on the stove and when we came back to grab another slice the entire box was covered with bugs from the infestation of the apartment... The manager will lie and try to cover up her mistakes, she is sloppy just like the Dakota at Abacoa. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUNAWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS...

It is embarrassing to have guests over and always be asked how we live with this. My daughter is often woken up by the noise despite having her try to sleep with earbuds in to block some of the noise. Numerous complaints to the office have resulted in no relief even after months of this. We cannot relax or enjoy our home due to the constant noise and the staff has done nothing about it.
