The living space is modern and new and well made. The kitchen has soft -close doors and cabinets. The kitchen sink is a deep, farmhouse style, and I absolutely love it. The natural light really fills this place and makes it feel so bright and cheerful. The bedroom and living area is very spacious and everything is easy to clean. All the appliances work wonderfully. The amenities are so clean and everything always smells good. The pool is awesome, the gym is great, and the conference rooms have really come in handy. It's a gated community and it feels really safe here. Never had any issues whatsoever. They have recycling and trash services too. It's just the best place to live in Jensen Beach. Close to literally everything. (And no, I wasn't paid to write this. This is an honest review from an actual tenant!) Love it here!

Don't do it!! Look elsewhere to live if you value your family's health! Black mold is a problem…read morehere! We complained several times about the ventilation in the unit and they never did anything to actually address it. Poor ventilation breeds mold. The apartment was constantly humid 70+% humidity and they don't care. We'd buy fruit and it would mold up in a day. Smells coming from the AC vents that they didn't address. The air conditioners on almost all of the units are 20+ years old and they refuse to replace them. The electric bill was sky high because of all of these ventilation issues. It's magical how when we moved into a new place we stopped having all of the health issues we were having at heritage cove. Parking is a nightmare and they even admit it. They refuse to tow cars that are parked overnight without stickers or passes and there are always several cars like this. I had to park several buildings away from my building multiple times. People also speed through the complex and don't pay attention, I was almost hit trying to cross the parking lot several times and I had my baby with me, the cars literally came out of nowhere they were driving so fast. They refused to do anything about that either even though the posted speed limit is 15mph. The "gates" in this "gated community / luxury apartments " are constantly not working either so anyone can come in whenever they want. They even had a problem with thieves stealing catalytic converters from cars in the parking lot because the complex isn't secure. Many of the apartments are also severely outdated and in need of repairs/ remodeling. Maintenance is a joke. They'd come "fix" something and it either wasn't fixed or broke again almost immediately. When you move out they try to overcharge you- they tried to charge me for a cleaning fee of $120 when the apartment was clean and the move out instructions said if it was charged it'd be $110 and a carpet cleaning fee of $80 when the move out instructions said it'd be $60 and the apartment was left cleaner than when I got it and I know the carpets were never cleaned before I moved in because of all the nastiness I vacuumed up when I cleaned it myself prior to move in. When I brought all this to their attention and mentioned I had photos they removed the cleaning fee and credited $20 for the carpet cleaning then added a bunch of new charges to get the amount back up to where it was with the erroneous fees added. Lastly they refused to do a final walkthrough with us saying they don't do it but again the move out instructions said they would on weekdays. Another huge issue they have is residents allowing their dogs off leash and pet owners not cleaning up after their pets and they claim to be trying to handle it but nothing changed the whole time I was there. I'm so happy to be out of there and in a new place that doesn't have all of these issues!

They have Yacht,Tennis, Golf and Beach Clubs, several restaurants and lots of other amenities. $60,000 is required just to walk in the door. $23,000 is required for yearly membership. Lots of other fees are necessary depending on your residential choice. Then you might have a mortgage on top of that. A two or three bedroom condo on the ocean will cost just under 2 million. You might want to buy a home at the Yacht Club for 25 million. You can't blame a person for dreaming. Can you? If this is your cup of tea, go for it!

It always and two full size bathrooms, living room, dining room and a kitchen. Our favorite part was the full size screened-in balcony facing the beach. It had double access one from our room and the entry was location in the living room. This place all the amenities for you to stay for a week, towels, dishwasher liquid, coffee maker, etc... the location is right on the beach and the access is a short walk. The beach is so pretty and is private. The staff was helpful and very responsive. We would definitely stay again! There is a pool & gym, we did not use it because we spent the whole day at the beach!

As a parent to one I purchased in Lexington Lakes. As with every new home there have been a few…read morehiccups but they've been addressed and resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The HOA and the Association have been quick and efficient when wanting to add to my home (screen porch, impact windows). I submitted the proper paperwork and within a week I received approvals. Read your rules and homeowners responsibilities and everything you need is there. This community is spotless and the HOA does a great job of keeping to the rules. (Rules are provided prior to moving in; so reading the rules and regulations is a MUST to determine if LL is the right place for you/family). I don't find the rules to be unreasonable; in fact it keeps the outside looking beautiful and well maintained. Another reason LL is a great place to rest your head is that it provides all the amenities for adults/children such as a gym, playground, pool, and the neighborhood is great for walking/running/exercising, LL is quiet (but I live away from the upfront clutter) and very charming. Now lest get to the HOA fees: for one they are high, however, when placed into context of what you would pay for a free standing home or any other development, in my search, I didn't find one where the HOA included EVERYTHING but electricity and internet!!! the HOA many seem "too high" but if you had to pay for everything on your own it would be much more burdensome and MORE costly. What better way to actually SAVE money??? The HOA fees are proper and extremely fair. I purchased in LL for for all the above reason and a few I didn't name such as: NO SEX OFFENDERS allowed, if you have a criminal history (of any sort) pass by. LL has reasonable HOA fees considering what's included, this is almost a "turnkey" home (lock and leave for vacation), the manager has a lot to deal with but is ALWAYS professional and helpful! Stop being haters because the rules do apply to you and that is why eviction proceedings were placed upon you! In reality, the homeowners are not under the same scrutiny as renters (as it should be) and I applaud the property manager for keeping the riff-rats out! Happy homeowner and proud to call LL our home!
